Greenify apps - T-Mobile, Samsung Galaxy SIII

What system apps are safe to greenify?

I'm sure there's a list somewhere...
Make a nandroid backup and start testing a couple at a time. If it ever causes issues, just restore the backup.

Step #1 is make a backup
If you've done that
Download something like root browser lite from the store
Navigate to system/app and delete the apps you don't want....
Be careful though

I had something similar happen, I reinstalled the app and used Titanium backup to uninstall it. That deleted the folder in my case.

What are you using to backup apps and settings?

I'm about to flash an update to my rom and I'm tired of having to spend 30 minutes setting my phone up after doing a full wipe/flash.
Any recommended methods or apps to avoid this or make the process smoother?
Thanks
