Help microphone dosn't come clearly

Dear all,
I have a problem, my microphone suddenly erorr.
When im making a phone call i, the receiver dosnt hear clearly. If i change to speaker and headset it very clear. So does the voice record dosnt make a record clearly..
Can everyone help me please? I already remove batt, restart. But useless.

Its very difficult to diagnose this problem, so rather would suggest you to take it to Service Center and get it checked could be Mic problem(Hardware issue) or you could backup your data do a factory reset and try once.

I know this is an old thread, but I just wanted to ask you whether it was a hardware problem or not and whether you fixed it or not (and how). My brother is suffering from the exact issue. The other end hears him well only when he's on speaker or using any headphones with a mic. Volume in voice recordings in WhatsApp is also very low.

I am suffering from the same issue as described here.
I belief the Note 2 has 2 microphones. During taking a call the one at the Home button is active which seems broken.
The other one on the top is active in loudspeaker mode, which still works.
In regular phone mode, the caller hears me a little if background noise supression is deactivated.
I tried several ROMs since I beliefed I must be a software issue. Now I think it just is a broken mic.
Since I changed my mid-frame I belief my warranty is gone.

Microphone doesn't work during calls with stock app

If I make or recieve a call with the stock sony call app, the other party can not hear me unless I switch to speaker. I tried with different people, it's always the same.
However, if I use google hangouts for calls the both the microphone and the spaker work just fine.
If I record a voice message in Whatsapp, the microphone works but is really low.
If I use Trackid for a song the microphone doesn't work again.
This has only started a few weeks ago and I can't find any solution on my own. Anyone has an idea what the problem could be?
I already tried safe boot and factory reset, it stays the same. I am really confused as it only happens in a few apps while working fine in others.

I submitted my zl in service centre for 25 days and they do nothing , always keep saying that parts are coming. Finally I ask them to give it to me without replacing the microphone as i have to go somewhere, Finally I factory reset my phone use a pin,cotton and and some water in the microphone then blown some air And it WORKED. So most probably its the dirt. For your hangouts working it might be your phantasm.

Main Microphone not working on phone calls! HELP

When i call, people hear me really distant and distorted, if i tap with my finger they can hear the sound. When i use a voice recorder app and set secondary microphone it records fine the audio, and with main microphone if i scream near the lowergrill it records low volume voice. Already tried reinstalling OS, from CM12 to lollipop stock firmware, Problem persists.
What else can i do? i used to have CM12 with no microphone issues for many months and suddenly it happened.
Please help me, a phone where i can't talk is not a phone. I CANT FIND any fix in the web for this, and in my country we have useless techs. so it's up to me and the web...

He's already said he's put stock firmware back on.
Try to go into the service menu and do the microphone test.
(To get into the service get your phone dialpad up and type in *#*#7378423#*#* and select the appropriate text)

I was just wondering this yesterday, thanks for the extra data.
And yes, already tried that. Secondary microphone records fine but the main doesn't.
Weird that if i use Whatsapp Voice send it does Ok. phone calls are the real issue and the most important though..
there should be a work around for making secondary work for phone calls;
anyways... SIM card is possible to be damaged so that only phone calls are bad? GSM, LTE, g3/g4.. I'm up for any clues about this.

And no more replies... Guess it's over. :\

I sent my phone to a technician and they changed the microphone; or so they said. it works now. But another drop made my camera to fail and they said even changing it won't work.
Is this true? :\

I'm unable to hear what person on other end is speaking via earpiece or speaker or through headphones and earphones
Neither the person on other can't hear my voice either via earpiece secondary mic headphones or earphone
It only happens in calls
I have already tried disabling Google assistant but it didn't help
I have already tried clean flashing it also didn't help
Even I have tried audio rerouting apps didn't help
I have calls volume at Max

Did you use recorder to record something. Is it recording properly and able to hear sound while playing back?

Sahara error was gone after opening qfil as run as administrator
I followed mikes guide zukeurope forum
Flashed mijus file that is 2.0.0.93 and later flashed
2.5.1.04 ST by astrobiswas
Then flashed back to cardinal aosp
With flying colors everything working absolutely perfect

Calling issue on OnePlus 3

I am currently having oxygen os 9.0.5 . From last few days , I am unable to receive or dial a single call. Phone gets hang and if it doesn't, I can't hear the voice from other side neither they can hear me. In short, I can't use this phone for calling . Also , it is unable to connect wired earphones. But it connects to Bluetooth earphones which is the only way I can call someone. When used with Bluetooth earphones, I can dial or receive calls. It's really annoying . Anyone having solution to this problem?

Ok same problem, it started with 9.0.5 update... rolled back to nougat and all the way to 9.0.5, still there's this problem.. tried most Custom ROMS too, still this problem...
