[Q] Problem - Display Alarm set time only if enabled - Zooper Widget General

Hello!
I am trying to figure out a way to make one of my "rich text" modules only display if the alarm is enabled.
I used to only use the following line : "Next alarm is set for #SADEEEE# at #SADHH:mm#" that would display "Next alarm is set for at " if no alarm was set.
I updated the coding of the line for the following :
$#SASET#=1?Next alarm is set for #SADEEEE# at #SADHH:mm#$
But now, the result that is displayed is : "mm#"
I'm not sure I can figure out what I did wrong for this to display, since it was working without the "Write Z only if X is equal to Y"
Any help would be appreciated!

You have to write #SADHH\:mm# otherwise zooper will see the : as an else.

Thanks for the alternative!
Would you mind explaining how the quoted expression works?

LED Indicator

Hi to All,
I'm a new user of the Touch Pro 2 and i can't find one option which I think is parametrable/adjustable - how to set length of LED indicator activity after "happening" like SMS or call took place?
Thank you for you help in advance!

Look under Settings - Sounds & Notifications - [May need to click on "Advanced"] - Notifications, then use the drop-down Event menu to pick an event and adjust the "Flash light for.." setting.
Thank you for your help - i've managed to set it in the way i wanted. But I have to say it's not very intuitive.
Kind regards,
Max

I agree, it is not intuitive. One of the reasons some people don't like Windows Mobile (or Windows, for that matter).
But I like it anyway.

needs a option to revert to defaults please
Beautiful!! I wonder why Samsung wouldn't include this to begin with??
Just one thing though, I think there's a typo. Standard is spelled "Standart" in the color profile.

Where did you get that?
Good app.
1. The word Standard, is misspelled as Standart.
2. Temperature slider not taking in effect upon the following scenario:
-Check temperature checkbox
-Press default
-Drag the slider (not working until I uncheck and check temperature again)

I think he means a textbox near each bar to set manually the value of each option...and I think it could be a good idea for next release.

Smart Alarm default

Hi Guys,
I've checked a lot of previous Q&A threads asking how to disable the default Smart Alarm feature that comes with the standard ICS clock. There weren't any helpful solutions. Does anyone here know how to disable the smart alarm as a default for new alarms I create?
I know how to go into each alarm one by one and disable it after I create the alarm. However, I would like to make it a default to have the smart alarm disabled whenever I create a new alarm instead of changing it manually.
It's really annoying when I set an alarm with Google Now and I have my alarm go off 3 minutes before it has to with a creepy notification ringtone going off.
Thanks in advance everyone!
Anyone?
I'm on CM10 and can't remember how it was on stock, but can you press menu while in your alarms screen and bring up settings?

Nope, it only has the option to sort or delete on the main menu. You would think they would have an overall settings selection on the main menu like every other app lol.

Samsung really managed to make a lot of things more complicated and buried deeper than they need to be, that's for sure.
Sorry, not sure in your case!

Yup, that much I had already figured out ...but I don't want to change that for every new alarm I create.
My default sound is 'Basic Ringtone' which is really annoying. How do I change this default to be some other tune?

If you use "More" to change additional settings on an alarm, it remembers the sound setting.
It will just default to "the last one used". AFAIK, there just no "general default" clock alarm. Easypeasy.

But my phone (original JellyBean firmware) does not default to "the last one used" no matter how many alarms with different sounds I save.
It always goes back to 'Basic ringtone'! This is what annoys me.
'Seems it dropped "a bit" somewhere in its settings, as you're experiencing nonstandard behaviour. That's awkward. I don't know if other members here have an opinion, but I'd be inclined to reflash with stock ROM myself in such a case...

Well an odd thing is that I actually re-flashed it yesterday with latest stock ROM. Same thing remains. Oh well. Not the biggest problem. Guess I can live with it and hope it somehow corrects itself eventually
Thanks for the input. :good:

Is it possible to change the widget with the widget

I don't know if I'm working this right. But basically is it possible to make it where if I click on a certain part of the widget it actually changes it to a different widget. example, so you have a clock widget that has the temperature and your cell signal. When you click on the clock it changes to another widget that is just the clock

That's currently only possible if you use Tasker to setup a task that changes a variable and pushes that variable back to Zooper. You can then use that widget to control the visibility of the modules in your widget. You would then have to use that task as an OnTap action of your widget/module to toggle between the two "versions" of your widget.

Any way you could point me in the right direction. I just got Tasker a few days ago and to be honest it's a tad overwhelming. Maybe just a nudge in the right direction??

alrighty, first. thanks so much! second, is it posable to have this also effect things like text? so, i can have a clock in one position when x=1 then have it in a second position when x=0. or just have it make it where when on 1, it appears and on 0 it disappears.

What you use it for is up to you. You'll just have to substitute the options you need like [ox][/ox] for the horizontal offset or [c][/c] for the color instead of the [bo][/bo] as in the example I have in the original post.
