Use flashtool and flash rooted kernel with cwm. Eg from doomlord

locked booloader

Please update rom to JB ...96 next step make rot using DoomLord tutorial script v18, install cwm using DoomLord cwm or Cry_doze and if you want twrp use _Sil_ recovery is in topic twrp touch recovery that's is the best recovery for lock bootloader , if you don't understand use search options . Sorry for my English. If I help use thanks button.

You can't root 587 directly. You have to downgrade to an earlier version of firmware to do so, and then flash a 587 kernel to get it back to the most updated firmware (therefore keeping root).
Flash this, root with this (by running the runme.bat file), and then flash this - You have to use flashtool to flash firmwares/kernels onto your phone. Here's a tutorial on how to do it.

the 4.6 mb is a kernel, so you flash 374 mb first, and then root, and then flash 4.6 mb
and sorry I don't know any websites listing all kernels by country. I only have this which has all firmwares listed by country

I replaced from this zip supersu.zip with supersu 2.68 beta and flashed it from twrp. BUT I didn't gain root access, so one more time I flashed only supersu 2.68 beta, and it looks work. Now I can uninstall bloatware and it doesn't install again after reboot. You can check flashing it unchanged(without replacing supersu), I didn't check it.
PS. I have a5ul. In twrp I chose allow modifications to a system. I think that most important thing in this zip is wp_mod module, but I'm not sure.

flash supersu from the original post
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1538053
then delete the supersu & busybox folders inside the zip and flash it after flashing supersu .. it should work.
I've been using the wp_mod.ko kernel module available here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/htc-one-m8/general/root-root-marshmallow-gpe-supersu-t3242210
It's in the file called "m8-mmgpe-wp_mod.zip", and while it's from the M8 forum, it's been working fine for me.
I've posted a few more explanations here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=66473763&postcount=49, but they might not be precise enough. Somebody has asked me for a step-by-step guide, so I'll try to produce more detailed explanations on that thread soon.
Edit Sorry, it seems you guys in this thread have a flashable zip that takes care of everything. Probably makes this post irrelevant.
thnx alot it worked
