If your phone is rooted then just use titanium backup or download root explorer and delete apk files from root/system/app manually.

You can't root 587 directly. You have to downgrade to an earlier version of firmware to do so, and then flash a 587 kernel to get it back to the most updated firmware (therefore keeping root).
Flash this, root with this (by running the runme.bat file), and then flash this - You have to use flashtool to flash firmwares/kernels onto your phone. Here's a tutorial on how to do it.

the 4.6 mb is a kernel, so you flash 374 mb first, and then root, and then flash 4.6 mb
and sorry I don't know any websites listing all kernels by country. I only have this which has all firmwares listed by country

U can't just get ur hands on Rooting (SU rights) without giving up data or Region.
If u really want to root ur device, this is the thread which can help : [GUIDE] Update to KitKat with locked bootloader & root
Yes u'll lost data (moborobo might help in certain backup & restore, I've used it) and as far as German Rom is concerned, this method replaces with UK Rom.
Umm so Root or Not to Root ur call..
Finally some clarity. I guess I won't Root it. Thanks for your help!

Hi,
This is a simple guide and it works for C1904 if your phone is fully rooted (I havent checked on a non-rooted phone, mine was rooted already)
This updates your phone to 15.4.A.0.23
All I have done is changed the below using "build prop editor" which you can download from the Play store.
ro.product.name = C1904_1274-5477
ro.semc.version.cust = 1274-5477
ro.semc.version.cust_revision = R1C
Once the above are changed, reboot your phone and start your Sony PC Companion, it will show you a popup that a new version 15.4.A.0.23 is available!
This a global version.
FTF download - https://mega.co.nz/#!8YgAUT7S!voIECUK4fIfXcLLHpQQml0gi48bvbaQ2snS2Yjr3m78
Few questions ? What bloatwares do we get in global version ? And what about future updates (if any) ? And hindi language support ?

Installed apps were restored! they were not deleted!
In fact I did a factory reset purposely to know more about this new ROM.
Below are the screenshots for this ROM.
You can not only check bloatwares but also you can get an idea on how the ROM looks like

OP I wanted to ask you if you have this problem?
When you go into the talk-back in accessibility and turn it on I have this weird problem where I am not able to click on anything. The whole touch screen kind of freezes and I have to double tap to navigate. The volume and power button seems to work fine. I turned it off and everything is back to normal.
I did factory reset the phone but the problem still exists.
>In the screenshot you can see that I am trying to pull down the nav bar but i can't do it and an yellow border comes up restricting the movement I have to hold it for sometime to pull it down.
This method worked for me, but I will need a easy method to root later on, because I want to restore the global setting to my local one

hi got a question about dualrecovery,
do you replace kingroot into superSU to install this recovery?
because the options are:
1. Installation on ROM rooted with SuperSU
2. Installation on ROM rooted with SuperUser
3. Installation on unrooted ROM using the TowelRoot method
4. Install ADB drivers to windows
5. Exit
i used the installer one.
"ZL-lockeddualrecovery2.8.21-RELEASE.installer.zip"
Thanks
