Clear data for play store and google framework. I assume you get an error of some sort? Just saying cant download doesn't give us much to work with. That could be a wifi issue, router issue, android issue, compatability issue, app issue....etc.
Tapatalked from my Galaxy S II.
We need the error code
sent from your future.

If you clear data/cache/dalvik for the Google Framework / Play Store and you still can't download please try: Go into System Settings > Accounts > Select your Gmail/Google Account, Remove it
Then go to System Settings > Apps > Play Store > Force Stop && Clear Data
<Back to Apps > Google Services Framework > Force Stop > Clear Data > Reboot - Add back your Google account, Open Google Play, try to download, it should work now if not you may be experiencing account issues with google or be restricted by location on the downloads you are trying to perform.

Try installing Lucky Patcher, you'll have to google it as it's not in play store. Then hit troubleshooting and remove fixes and backups

1. Install Link2SD
2. Search for Updated Apps
3. Integrate the updated ones to System
4. Clear All App Cache
5. Clear Dalvik-Cache
6. Reboot device
Now try updating the apps that you were having trouble with.
Good luck!

First of all I want you to know I have searched the other threads with similar problem and honestly anything didn't work for me, that's why I'm posting this in a new thread.
Let me get into what is the problem, I can't install/update most apps(while some get installed/updated). This isn't only for apps through Play Store but also through LG App Store. The amount of space remaining in Internal as well as external is about 5GB. The huge .obb files are in ext. SD itself done with the help of 'Folder mount' app. Of course my device is ROOTED with stock ROM. I have tried every solutions like clearing stuffs in /data/app or lib folder, clearing play store data, cache and many other solutions that I can find. Nothing works for me. What should I do now? Any help will be appreciated.
Running Stock 4.4 ROOTED -v500
For storage details refer pics attached.
Hey. Whenever i want to download an App via the Poogle Playstore the download stops at 100%. The App however won't install. I tried several tips regarding this problem like wipe the cache, installing th official playstore APK and even wiping the Setup Assistant's data. Weirdly, the playstore shows no notifications when downloading like it did on my old OnePlus One (Permissions are granted).
Anyone got a solution?
Go to settings, apps, 3 dots, show system apps, android set up app and clear data. Also clear data for play store and relaunch and see the behaviour. However, it may not show the download progress from play store but it will display if updates are available or not, apps installed, apps updated etc.

That however doesnt stop my main issue. Apps stop dowwnloading at 100% and then they wait for up too 10 hours before install.

Does this happen when you are on mobile data or Wi-Fi connection?
Go to Settings > Apps > Apps > Google Play Store > Storage then select Clear Data and Clear Cache. Start the Play Store up again and it should fix your issue.
