Please help ! - T-Mobile HTC One (M8)

Hello everyone my name is Albert and im writing this post because I really need help.
I recently rooted, flashed and install a custom rom (Android revolution) . Ive always rooted and flashed all my phone you can say i know my way around those thing. But 2 days i decided to do a factory reset on my phone because some google services weren't working. I also did an advance wipe from recovery and restarted. After I havent been able to use my phone because it just stays on the white screen with the HTC Logo.
I went into recovery and it says something about not having an os installed..
Ive searched everywhere I cant find any thing that can help
I've tried thousands of ways to fix it but can't seem to find one that works. Ive tried connecting my phone to my computer and tried to sideload a rom but my computer doesn't recognizes it just tries to install driver for MTP device .,
Seriously guys any help will be greatly appreciated. Im lost and desperate ...

You must have literally wiped everything. Follow these steps and you should be good to go:
-Download a rom from the development section
-Put downloaded rom onto micro sd card
-Put micro sd card into phone
-boot into recovery (use the button combination, if you don't know it, google it)
-(assuming you're using TWRP) Select wipe, then advanced wipe, Select: Dalvik Cache, System, Cache, Data
-Then slide to wipe
-Once you've wiped, press the home button in the bottom left corner
-Press install, then find the downloaded rom you've placed on the sd card, flash it and reboot
-Success?!?! :good:

Huge problem :S

I've got a huge problem with my desire!
this morning it suddenly stopped working!
My pcs don't find the ppc (in recovery mode) when i'm into the prompt (i've windows xp) and the recovery-windows.bat doesn't work.
So i decided to use the clockworkmod, i done a wiping of the data, and a cache + dalvik cache wipe, i flashed some different roms followed by the latest radio.
The ppc is now stopped in the white screen with htc logo from half hour and doesn't work yet.
anybody has some suggests?
i decide to restore a nand backup maded with rom manager (with the nextsense6 ) but i've the same problem.. the desire doesn't work yet!!!
What can i do?
i also tryed doing a full wipe and switching on without the sdcard, but nothing new..
nobody could help me?
I had a similiar problem on monday, after flashing and restoring a backup, my device was stuck on the white HTC boot screen.
I found out that I couldn't mount sd-ext in clockworkmod recovery, so I mounted the device via usb on my computer, put the AM Desire Recovery fake-flash ({this forum here}/showthread.php?t=689778) on my sd-card and booted that.
There's an option to fix the sd-ext, I executed that, then went back to clockworkmod recovery and tried to mount sd-ext, which worked, so I went on from there as usual.
hope this helps...
If this doesn't work, try to re-flash the radio (and not the latest one, some people have reported problems with this one).

[Q] Phone Constantly Rebooting!

I was wondering if anyone can help me. I have looked at the other posts which relate to a very similar problem, but none of them have quite the same problem as me. Basically, all the phone will do is show the 'HTC Quietly Brilliant' loading screen and it is stuck in a reboot cycle. I can access the bootloader and I have tried to factory reset with no luck.
I was watching a YouTube tutorial on how to flash CM10 onto my One X (I do have ClockworkMod and all of that stuff installed already). Everything was going well, but the video only briefly (for maybe a second) mentioned the fact that you have to put the CM10 zip folder onto the phone storage before you flash the boot.img. I went on and followed the steps and tried to flash the boot.img, but as I said earlier, all the phone will do is reboot over and over again. I have charged it to full battery so this should not be a problem when I go to fix it.
I would be really grateful for any help on the subject as I contacted the person who made the tutorial, and he has not responded. Thanks in advance.

Have you placed the ROM's zip file in your phone's root?
If you haven't, go to fastboot and flash CWM 5.8.4.0 and then go into recovery > mounts and storage > mount USB. Now place your ROM into the storage and flash it via install zip from SD card. Don't forget to wipe data partition, cache partition and Dalvik cache.
If this wasn't your case, just try erasing data partition, cache and Dalvik cache again.
If it still doesn't work, try flashing another ROM.
Thank You!!!

Thank you so much. I had CWM 5.8.4.0 already, all I had to do was mount USB and put the CM10 zip on the phone storage! I also wiped the caches, the phone works better now than it ever has . Thank you so much again, really appreciate the help

[Q] bricked ?

ok, some dopey kids at my daughters school, borrowed her fire and messed around with it...
we bought it used, with TWRP 2.1.1 installed and everything was great until last Friday!
Now, from the sketchy details i can pull together they went into the 'wipe' screen and wiped every option in there for us!
kindle now boots with blue kindle text, asks us which type of boot we'd like which is where it starts to go wrong!
It either goes into TWRP, but theres no option to load a ROM anywhere.
or, it boots eventually to the yellow fire text, but hangs there forever.
I cannot get the fire to be recocognised by the pc, to allow me to put a new rom on it to allow TWRP to pick it up an install it.
any ideas guys, or is it proper dead....
PS.... i have never rooted an android device before - so nice an simple instructions please!
Naww its fine it does need a system for sure and what's there is broken and may have a mounting issue but I can't tell that for sure. Connect it to the pc, enter recovery, select mount make sure there are no checks in the boxes of system or data if so uncheck them, hit the big mount button hopefully the sdcard contents will pop up on your computer screen. Transfer this rom to the sdcard http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1439916 not the altrom version that is for dual booting. When finished with the transfer of the rom zip select unmount, then unplug, wipe factory reset, wipe cache, wipe dalvik, wipe system, select install, flash rom zip then select reboot and system if prompted. Pm me if you have difficulty and I will help assist you if more is neccessary. Good luck.
Edit: If it will be some time before you get to it make sure you keep it charged a dead battery will compound the issue ten fold so leave it in recovery and plug it into the stock wall charger for storage.
super, thanks for that - I'll charge it up overnight then and give it a go....

International version - phone is not opening

hey,
i got htc one m8 3 days ago and i rooted the phone yesterday. today i installed a rom and i didnt like it and i deleted all files in recovery mode. after deleting i tried to restart but recovery said "there is no os, are you sure" and i clicked ok. now phone stuck on starting screen with a text "this build is for development purpose only".
as u know i cant remove the battery, i cant close the phone either. i really need your help to install original android software and how to do it
The easiest way is to download the rom you like and put it on external sd card with card reader, put the card in to phone, reboot to recovery and flash new rom from sd card. Second way is to sideload rom from pc to internal memory via adb and flash from there.
You can read about adb sideload from HERE (it's for htc m7 but the principle is the same), or google it.
Have something HERE also.

you use recovery wipe system, so it was said there is no os, are you sure. Press power + volume up 10s, screen is black, hold power and press volume down go to recovery, put rom to ext card and flash rom.

You deleted system, which is the OS. So of course there is no OS.
If you didn't know what that was, why on earth did you wipe it? I suggest slowing down, and learning more about the basics of modding the phone. Wiping system without knowing what it was, indicates a lack of basic knowledge. As does not knowing how to recover from this simple situation.
If you were using TWRP, it says right on the wipe screen that the default wipe (wipe data, cache and Dalvik) is all that is normally needed. It says this for a reason! If you picked "Advanced" it means just that, and you better know what you are doing before selecting to wipe things that you don't understand.
Just restore your nandroid. If you didn't make one before flashing the ROM, again it indicates carelessness and/or a lack of basic knowledge.
Or adb push a ROM, or use a USB card reader on your computer to copy a ROM to removable SD. Then flash in recovery.

[Q]Problem with my HOX. Recovery showing wrong folder for install zip from SD

Hey i recently installed this rom : https://forum.xda-developers.com/ht...tck-rom-sense-5-debloated-4-18-401-4-t3111605
It works great but i wan't to try Cyanogenmod 12.0.
So what i did : Downloaded the Rom.zip and Gapps -> put my phone on computer and copied both files on the Internal Storage(the only one who is showed up, its also the same where i copied this https://forum.xda-developers.com/ht...tck-rom-sense-5-debloated-4-18-401-4-t3111605)
I did a restart into the Recovery Mode wiped everything after that im was going to Install Zip from SD-card. but it doesnt show the same folders as on my Computer. its completly different. The Custom Recovery shows : sdcard0 but it isnt since i dont see the folders. I googled alredy a lot but cant find a solution.
The CWM doesn't shows the Rom.zip also not the Gapps.zip, but my Computer does.
Can some one help me?
Thanks in Advance
ps : I installed alredy other Recovery Menus like twrp / PhilZ but its always the same.
Also if i do an Factory reset in the bootloader or in the recovery menu it doesnt work its saying completed and everything is wiped but if i start my phone all my apps still there??
