that's sound like a hard-like a **** brick man..
Maybe it caused by sd swap(vold.stab) thing that apply on that rom..and then u flashed with no extrnal-sd inside..that causes havoc.!
If u want unbrick DIY style..google this;usb jig
If u don't want get ur hands dirty, service centre..

its because of whatar actually?
im just use 2 weeks... i suspect its because overheat cause at the cover area camera its like got a buble there... or its because software problem? cause i wanna claim a warranty by SME... but need to wait until next (now close 1 week for Chinese New Year).
am i possible to claim warranty if its caused by software?
thats the point.. if they can detect its my problem,is there any warranty?
but im strongly trust that my fon is overheat cause got a bubble at camera area near to micro-usb port...
P/s : back to b4,im use a thether to connect to internet while im doing my rooting,flashing...

If it would have been the software of Samsung(stock rom), which would have caused the overheat, you would have been on the safe side.
But because you were using a custom ROM, which even provides overclocking, which most probably caused the overheating and bubble, you actually don't have any warranty left. You can just try to send your phone to Samsung and if you are lucky they won't find out you were flashing custom ROMs and they might replace it.
BTW: A Topic with the name "Plshelp" is not very useful. If everybody would do that, this forum would be a mess. So next time think about a topic which expresses the problem. If you could change the name of your topic it would be good.
good luck

when you enter recovery mode, do you get any errors?
After I have tested Cyanogenmod9, I have used Odin to write a stock ROM on the phone. It didn't boot, and in recovery I was receiving "can't mount /cache; can't mount /system etc." It shouldn't happened something like that, but.... it did.
My solution: used the recovery (the buggy one) to update to latest (beta) CWM recovery from phiex, and then used a CWM backup that I had on the SDCARD. And errors vanished.
that erors gone i did factory reset and cache and dallvix something like that and the erors gone...have a application for repair the baseband?i try to fint in the internet but all about galaxy s/s2

Sigh...
Yadinbilu: take a step back, and think of how much time and effort you've spent trying to fix this phone. And all the stress that comes with having an unusable phone.
Here you have a group of well intentioned, generally knowledgeable people, some of which have encountered the very same problem you're dealing with.
As a group, we've tried just about everything that could be.
Entering various service codes in the phone.
Using leaked Qualcomm programs like QPST and QXDM.
Re-flashing all manner of firmwares and basebands.
Even flashing specially modified files that we suspected could reprogram the IMEI on the phone.
All of this has been going on for many months, probable even before you thought about buying your own Gio. People with the other phones closest to the Gio, like the Ace, Mini and Fit, have been doing the same efforts.
The Galaxy S GT-I9000, or any other phones of the GT-I series are generally not a good reference when it comes to hacking the Gio (or any other GT-S series phones), there are too many differences between the two.
All of this has always lead us back to one solution: sending the phone to a service center.
Many here have told you just that.
If its about the money this might cost you, well, tough luck. These boards are wallpapered with multiple disclaimers that boil down to this: You are doing this at your own risk. That risk varies, but it could go from minor inconvenience to very major. Miss a critical phone call or SMS. Maybe lose your job or miss an important exam because your alarm didn't go off.
Yet you don't seem to listen. Instead you start multiple new threads where you plead and snivel for assistance.
Get your phone the professional attention (and possibly new motherboard) it needs, or get another and throw away this one. Seriously.
It's gotten to a point where it's pathetic, annoying and sad to watch.
Goodbye,
Darkshado

Yeah. But no problem using it. I always use bootloader+pit+Re partition every time I revert to stock.
@ Op. Try using Stock DDLE1. Why DDLA1? its a really old firmware.

I agree with hitme987, I use it all the time with no errors and it works like a charm, provided you have a 5 file firmware pack.

I see in the last screen shot that you have a BOOT file in your firmware pack.
The boot loader needs to be DefaultCalDataWithBoot!! Not that BOOT file!!!
Judging by the output from Odin, it looks like you used that file.

I agree with you bro, but if he flashed that bootloader file then its quite possible that he facked up his phone
One must never EVER mess around with the bootloader unless you know what you are doing! If you flash the wrong pit file or bootloader (especially bootloader) then its bye bye phone and hello Samsung Service centre.
But luckily in his case it is repairable because he can still enter Odin. He just needs to flash the right bootloader to fix his problem (I presume, I've never seen his problem before though)
Doky73 did same thing with bootloader and hi got dead phone-samsung service

Hey guyz , I tried it with Doky73's 3-file firmware pack also , but that too doesn't work.
Also tried using DefaultCalDataWithBoot instead of bootloader. But nothing worked.Really plz help me out..........

maybe it'll work.. n if it work just flash ddle..

Well bro, you can try with this firmware pack as a last resort:
S5360XXKL3_DBTKK1.zip
This is my personal 5 file wipe pack, its German but you can change the language when you get to the green android. Its an official ROM, no edits or tweaks!!
If this still does not work, well then my friend I'm afraid that you managed to fack your phone up
Only other option is to send it into Samsung Service centre.
I can only presume the problem is due to your bootloader
BTW: Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers?
Sorry mate, I'm all outa guesses for you.
Good luck
Did EVERYTHING possible to me.
Guyz , i did everything possible , and ya , the sim and SD card are inserted.
Event tried using odin on xp , but same results.U all say that Samsung service center will get cell back to life , so does someone know that what do the "Samsung" guyz do to such a sacked up phone?????

Well wierd. I used to have the same DDLA1 package as the OP and I flashed EVERYTIME with the BOOT file (not defaultCalDataWithBoot) and never had ANY problems. I am dead sure that its not the problem. He mustve messed something up.
@ OP. Try these ways. First download stock DDLE1 from doky73 thread.
1) Try flashing without selecting pit, bootloader and repartition unticked . See if it goes fine else
2) Try using all the 3 parts of DDLE1 and take the pit, bootloader from DDLA1 (its fine I use everytime and never had any problems) and use defaultCalDataWithBoot as boot loader of DDLA1 and see if it goes through
else
3) Try the 2nd step with that BOOT file there (not defaultCalDataWithBoot) .
Repeat the above 3 steps by using DXLE1 package. If these steps doesnt work then your phone is in serious danger

LOL! I always flash with SIM and SD cards intact. flashed 50+ times no problem at all! Doesnt make any difference really.
@op: IMHO You have connection issue between the phone and the PC.
Try reinstall Samsung drivers, or whole Kies.
Use an other USB port, or use an other PC! And check the device manager while connecting the phone!

Without any form of backup of your efs (are you sure you don't have a Twrp or CWM backup with it?) Then you basically will have to either inject a working, non-GN2 imei from a phone that isn't blacklisted from your carrier. Or figure out if there is a newer way (maybe someone came out with a fix that I'm unaware of) to restore your imei (printed behind the battery of your phone) either way if you want your phone to connect cellularly than you'll need to freshin up on QPST and NV Writer

Who is your carrier... Basically in the TMO GN2 Q&A thread there are several post referring to solutions but obviously you will need to replace their modems with that of your own carrier and I also suggest once you find the threads that I'm referring to that you make sure there isn't an updated option available... I'm simply referring to getting your phone working on a carrier again... Not really flashing stock (unrooted) Roms... From your original post you seem to have had 4 problems (WiFi has already been solves). My post is referring to the null imei... As far as your home button only pulling up your menu key (which I interpret based on your original post) than I would ask if you have a recovery installed at all... If not I think it might be a cache partition error which chainfire solved on this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1932327 but that is a whole different bag of worms... Really I need to know more on how you got into this situation in the first place ( your original post said something about dropping the phone but when on to say you received a replacement) How did the home button get messed up?

I would think you should be able to hook your phone up to the PC and then within terminal (once you get ADB Shell and your phone is reading properly with the appropriate drivers) and use codes to launch Download mode or Recovery.. You could also (using this method) potential make a copy of your phone so at least you have a copy of it all on the PC...

I doubt it but not 100 percent but I think its 1 or the other... Ultimately I am new to using jdk/SDK etc and don't have the slightest clue as to what steps are needed to even get the GN2 to communicate with windows properly... With that being said I have been able to follow directions enough to unbrick an archos (had to install jdk/sdk etc, a virtualbox with Ubuntu, setup drivers to commincate the device thoroughly with the PC and then thru the virtual machine via USB, and then using terminal via Ubuntu flash codes and through Sudo fix files on the device to unbrick it... Took me like 3-4 days as I was so noon to it all but it was that experience that got me in to flashing phones in the first place

(((dear developer,
I have a
Samsung Galaxy S II Epic 4G Touch
This device completely stopped working and no longer capable of being opened again at that time ,later i went to the engineer in charge who did a " ........ " which it returned to work as it was .
after that, i started to download files from network , and during the downloading,it suddenly stopped again. I returned it to the engineer to fix the problem that occurred during loading . he fixed it , but this time when I wanted to use it , I discovered that the " logo" is for another device , namely Samsung I9100 Galaxy S II , not mine 1
I think that my device were charged with " bootloader " Other than that allotted to mine!
Now , the device works with me naturally , but I am having some problems which are as follows :
1 - its not capable to charge when it is off , and it appears to me that it fails every time i try to link it to its charger ! It then goes on to state the case for the recovery mode each time , and then I restart it which goes back to work as usual.
2 - I noticed a difference between the previous state and now in terms of the quality of the work and also problems in charging .
NB:i downloaded a new "Karnel" and and " Bootloader " but that did not work too !
After all what i have wrote to you dear, I want to know ,am i gonna be able to reload the " Flash " without needing "Riff box" ,
Any directly from my computer ?
What if i kept it on its current status , is there any damage to my device now or later? ?
i really need your help ,
Thank you ))))
My advice is to read up really good on PC Odin, and how to flash using it. Then flash a stock, unrooted rom to get you 100% back to where you started. Good luck!

Hey buddy... I'm going to jump in on this, even though JD is the Man. I just don't want you to brick you're device.
Don't download a rom not made for this device ( epic 4g touch ). That is what has put you in this position to begin with. Go to rwilco12's repo. Its in the epic 4g touch forum and go to Android development. Then pick stock roms. Read...read... read. :good:
If you picked the sph - L710...because you saw JD was running that.... consider this.. not everybody who is in here helping, is still running an epic 4g touch anymore. If I'm not mistaken... JD is running an S3 from boost mobile. That is probably why it says L710..I'm not positive. But I am positive that you need to use the roms for this specific device or you're going to brick. It's a miracle you haven't already.
Ask youre buddy if he flashed a bootloader... because I think he did and if that's the case you need to get the epic 4g touch one back.. should be as easy as using Odin and flashing a one click... I'm not positive... but I think this devices bootloader is all tied up in the one clicks... but look around and make sure. You might have to Odin a bootloader first. I'm just not sure as I've never looked into it, but from what I ( think ) I know. Because of this devices kernel/recovery issue. The bootloader is different than most devices and might be all tied together.
I'm sure JD will pop in later after he gets free and let us both know for sure...
Thanks @Gil81. And OP, you may want to thank him as well, because if you had flashed L710 you world have surely bricked. I have moved on to the Galaxy S3(L710), but as Gil can attest to, I was on this phone for a few days . And as usual, he isn't steering you wrong. Download the Samsung drivers to your pc and Pc Odin, then the stock tar of your choice(sph-d710), located here:
http://www.rwilco12.com/downloads.p...(SPH-D710)/Stock ROMs/JB/GB27/No Data Restore
You can find full restore, no data restore, rooted, unrooted, your call. Read, read, read, before you mess with odin. Then when you're ready, flash the Odin tar, reboot, profit. Good luck, and thanks Gil, good seeing you again bro.
