KitKat ROMs change partition tables. Flash stock firmware with Flashtool to restore original partition layout and then reinstall JB ROM.

you forget format partitions!!!!
do this:
1. flash back OLD kernel from your old rom (4.4.2) (will boot)
2 go directly to recovery& FORMAT system, data & cache in mounts n storage menu. power off
3. flash fusion kernel now. & go recovery. again format partitions.
4. install rom

Are you unlocked and rooted?
Have you installed CWM?
If so, can you boot sucessfully to it?
Are you using the GN Toolkit?
Bit more info as to what you have done so far would be helpful...

What happens when you boot into CWM?
If you have a JB ROM image on your flash then you should be able to completely wipe the phone (system, data and dalvik (under advanced options)), install the new ROM then boot it up.
Having a phone that hangs during boot is usually symptomatic of not having wiped the phone properly when flashing a new ROM.

Try this: Make sure you have the JRO03C boot and system images handy (i.e., in the same directory as your fastboot.exe file), reboot into fastboot mode and type the following command in a terminal:
fastboot erase system
fastboot erase boot
fastboot erase userdata
fastboot reboot-bootloader
fastboot flash system.img
fastboot flash boot.img
fastboot reboot-bootloader
fastboot reboot
EDIT: Note that it should take 5-10 mins to boot up.

Then I flags ics miui rom and work great then I flashed miui update and it was corrupted and get many problems till I fix it by going back to stock ICS. Now do you think this is the issue ???

Going back and forth should have nothing to do with it. But it really does sound like you're not wiping one of the needed things first which mixes your ICS and JB files.
I'd suggest that you download something like CM10 and AOKP build1, go to CWM and do ROM Wipe/Factory Reset, Wipe Cache, and Wipe Dalvik. These are the 3 you need to do. Then install zip from SD - your new ROM. Then install gapps for JB. Boot up. If you use Titanium Backup, don't restore any system data.

Ok thx for help I fixed ..
i decided to unlock my bootloader on my already rooted phone to try out some new JB roms. I installed Sspeed kernel and RecoverX which was fine then I followed the instruction to install the latest PACman rom by wiping all the caches and the system in recovery before flashing the rom. Problem is I accidentally left out the flashing and went straight to reboot phone. NOW THE PHONE WILL NOT GO PAST BOOTLOADER ANIMATION.
I tried using flashtool to flash stock rom. The phone is connected in fastboot mode but will not flash! PLEASE HELP!
Many thanks in advance!:fingers-crossed:

To flash stock rom you need to be in a flashmode, not fastboot.
Ive done that few times just install any kernel via fastboot, then you will be able to go to recovery its just that recovery is kept in system partition, so you wiped all the system and recovery flash any kernel that has recovery build in, and you will be good to go

Pull your battery. Put it again. Do a key combination to go into recovery mode. Restore your backup or flash that rom again. Simple.

It is dangerous to open XS's back...
Just press power + vol up until 3 vibrations.
If you really can't go into recovery, use flashtool to flash stock ftf.
Similar case:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1689420
So I made a stupid mistake but know where. This is not my first time to flash roms and karnels, but don't know where did I go wrong...
So here goes the story:
I had Racing Bean for a while and then I decided to change so I wanted to try the new Kit Kat
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2545367
First I went back to stock 0.587 (because I never did before) and then I forgot to install recoveryX.
After that I flashed the karnel (nAa karnel)
So now I can't go in to recovery to install the rom and wipe the system
I tried.
Volume Down
Volume Down + Home
Home + (Connecting the cable)
Volume Up + Connecting the cable
Maybe something more but can't remember
What should I do? Thanks in advance
ARC S (LT18i)
BTW: When the legacy logo loads a purple light blinks but nothing...
Well if you have flashed the kernel you should be able to boot to recovery... Turn on phone...as soon as logo comes keep pressing any button... The purple led will change to blue and it should take you to recovery...

Usually kernel is inside the Rom (zip file) when u download, u should go with that kernel for best compatibility.
copy the zip file to sdcard
extract the zip to get .img file, flash your device with that file.
enter the recovery and install the zip file u copied
wipe cache, data ...
install gapps if u want
wipe again
reboot

Never had this case.... I will wait for a while because of the first boot but didn't have this problem before.....
BTW: I use the V. Down to go in recovery (CWM 5 installed before this!!)
EDIT:
1.1 (optional): If the device is not booting, reboot to bootloader again and run:
fastboot erase system
fastboot erase userdata
Should I try this? One thing to check how do you go to bootloader on arc s (flashmod?)
