Thanks! I've been needing the modem bin to fix my phone since I tried flashing the 4.0.4 modem lol. It ended up making the phone unusable.

Please do not flash these. They are for development purposes only. Head to this thread, grab the leak and continue reading through it for all of the instructions.

Just Unlocked via HTC Dev site
Flashed latest TWRP - openrecovery-twrp-2.7.1.0-m8.img - and also tried two previous versions. The two latest versions make the phone load right back into hboot screen. First version hangs for a moment, making me think it will boot into Recovery, then phone just reboots.

Product_name: Mako
Variant: mako 32gb
bootloader version: makoz10f
secure boot: enabled
lock state: unlocked
I tried your fastboot variables i.e.
fastboot.exe getvar cid (returns empty value for cid)
fastboot.exe getvar modelid (returns empty value for modelid)
Its been 3 days, that I am trying to get into recovery. I have tried both TWRP and CWM recoveries (various versions for LS970, Mako, PhilZ). I have also tried flashing stock ROM via LG Flash Tool 2014, completes successfully but phone enters BootLoop.
Therefore teenybins+LGnpst took me out of bootloop but now it cannot enter recovery. Although Teenybins say that they include TWRP

Hello!
My European M9 won't boot or enter recovery. I'm S-OFF and unlocked. It appears anything I do in fastboot doesn't "stick" even though it reports "OKAY". WriteCID, oem lock, flash recovery/boot/whatever.
When i try and enter recovery after flashing, it says: "Failed to boot into recovery mode", so I don't think it flashed anything.
Trying to flash some things though, like aboot, gives the error "35: RU_PARTITON_NOT_SUPPORT aboot".
RUU doesn't do anything (reboots after a few seconds).
Things I've tried:
Different RUUs
Different RUU.exe:s
Different recoveries (including pre-3.0 twrp)
fastboot erase system/userdata/cache/recovery
Before I erased recovery (which was probably very stupid) it gave this error on screen when entering recovery:
Here are the error messages I receive when going into recovery mode:

Flashed successfully. Than i type fastboot oem rebootruu. Its rebooting at starting ruu mode. Can you share your hosd file and your fastboot?

You have to unzip the recovery first. It needs to be an .img file when flashing via fastboot.

Thanks for your sharing.
I`ve tried to flash through CMD. But it always say " image not signed or corrupt".
I`ve messed the recovery. I tried to flash the Chinis TWRP recovery in Moto Z Play. But after flashing whenever I want to enter in TWRP by pressing volume up + volume down button, it comes to stock recovery with "No Commands" message.
Then I tried to flash the same TWRP in same way, now it`s always say "image not signed or corrupt" and cant flash any recovery (neither TRWP nor Stock Recovery).
Would help me to fix this issue ?

None of these files are from Motorola, they are from users, we can't digitally sign these files with Motorola's keys. You've unlocked your bootloader provide by one of Motorola's keys used to sign and lock bootloader. You can't revert this unless you send it to Motorola...

Doubt it
READ THE COMMENTS OR POST AND I MIGHT BE ABLE TO HELP
So, i tried to use this method: https://forum.xda-developers.com/g4/general/managed-to-relock-bootloader-t3660282 to relock my bootloader. Had the rom 29a installed, so I tried to use the command line. The lock was successful. When I did the reboot a red message shows up: "Your device is corrupt. It cannot be trusted and may not work properly". When I try to boot into recovery or download mode this message shows up anyway. I guess there is nothing I can do right?
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The problem was:
Re-locked bootloader
No download mode access
No recovery access
No system
OEM toggled off
Solutions tried:
SDCard method
fastboot erase/format/flash
Since the bootloader got relocked none of the options above worked. However, I found a solution, thanks to @steadfasterX using the Qdloader 9008 to unbrick the phone. This was the only method that worked.
Anyone knows a method to fix the IMEI using fastboot, or a method to re-unlock the bootloader without using official methods?
If you have a backup of your misc partition while your boot loader was unlocked, then you can flash it with the patched LG UP, and that should should unlock it again.

How can I do that? Recovery and Download mode not working
I missed the part about download mode not working. Just curious, what does the device show up as in Windows?

It doesnt shows up. It bootloops the red message, only fastboot is working. Tried to flash the unlock.bin but this occurs:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Minimal ADB and Fastboot>fastboot flash unlock unlock.bin
target reported max download size of 536870912 bytes
sending 'unlock' (1 KB)...
OKAY [ 0.037s]
writing 'unlock'...

Try this method to live your download mode - https://forum.xda-developers.com/g4/development/unbrick-lg-g4-h815-9008-qualcomm-t3452853

SD necessary? 8GB?
The method above works. Writes a workable rom to the device using the SD card. I used a 8gb and it worked fine for me.

Yes. Nothing is working since I can't access either dl mode or recovery mode. My last hope is to discover a way to toggle on oem using fastboot

Perfect then we can try to flash the efs back in fastboot. I dunno if it will work but as those are not modified they should be accepted.
When you took the backup on what exact ROM version have you been?

6.0, but I can't flash or erase anything via fastboot since the bootloader is now locked and I can't reunlock since the OEM is not activated.
