[MOD] iOS Emoji Keyboard on your Android smartphone!

I have found this mod exploring the net. Have been using it for some days, works perfectly (playing Lords and Knights, lol).
DOWNLOAD APK
DOWNLOAD LIB FILE
Instructions:
1. Download both files and place on SD Card
2. Using file manager (I use Root Browser Lite from Google Play, awesome app) push .so file into /system/lib/
3. Push apk to /system/app/ or just install it as a normal app (it will appear in /data/app/ and will be removable)
4. Enable keyboard in settings
Should work on any device, but this is the list of tested ones:
-HTC One X (Endeavoru)
-HTC One S (Ville/VilleC2)
-Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (P5100)
-Sony Xperia arc/S (anzu/ayame)
-HTC Wildfire S (marvel)
-???
This is not my work, I am just posting it there as a really useful mod for dear Android users. If you recognize your work here, simply PM me, so I will give credits, or even ask the moderator to close the thread in case of lack of permissions from the creator.
This mod will allow you to input iOS emoji, but you also have to see it, right? Jelly Bean+ ROMs have emoji files by default, but you can get it on any rooted 2.3+, just Google.

You haven't copied lib file to /system/lib/, everything is in the instructions, goddammit.

followed the guide, checked twice but i also keep getting force close.

here's flashable zip for this keyboard.
tested on sense rom only, but I think it will works too with any aosp rom since has own lib.

Multifunctional lock in the lockscreen

Hi guys, I didn't find a better title for the thread (i'm italian, so sorry in advance for my bad english)
I was (desperately) looking for something like this: (an image explicates it better)

For example I move the lock down to access the music, left to access Internet, right to unlock, exc. Is there any app or mod which allows me to do it on the nexus 4? I don't like stock lockscreen at all

If you have a custom ROM, it's probably in the settings->security->lock screen->slider targets
Not sure if there's an app for it.

Cyanogen mod, aokp..Pac..and other roms have it if you have root accses on your phone maybe you could extract only lockscreen app.. From any of those roms and replace in sistem app folder in root manager..or download widget locker or similar app from playstore

Both good ideas, i'll first try widget locker, then i'll try to replace lockscreen app, do you think it will work?

You cant just assume any rom will have this feature. PA doesnt have lockring targets.

I managed to do it using Widget locker, it's not as useful as i thought ehehe thanks anyway everyone!

[APP] Latest GPE 3.62 Camera & Gallery for sense roms (4.4.2 based) [16.03.14]

this is zip to flash from recovery.
it contains 4.4.2 google camera v2.0.002 and google gallery v1.1.40304.
it also contains some needed libs to get panorama and sphere mode working (all taken from latest gpe 3.62 rom).
nothing in sense based roms is getting overwritten.
compatibility: i only tested on 4.4.2 sense 5.5 based rom (4.19 based). on older base it might not work.
reason for existence: photosphere works better than the "panorama 360" that was ported from one max.
download: GPE_3.62_Camera_2.0.002_Gallery_1.1.40304.zip

I tried these just to see if they would work on my non rooted THL W200 running stock JellyBean 4.2.1 and to my surprise the Camera app works but the Gallery doesn't install I'm afraid, but am still well happy as I like the interface on this camera for quickness to focus etc.:good:

It's working for me on the same rom... I used TWRP 2.7 to install this

I found the files, how do i set them as default apps to use?

it's a flashable zip not to extract and install apk's. flash the whole zip from custom recovery such as twrp or cwm.
both apps will appear in your applist automatically after flashing and rebooting.

default apps for what? it's not like this phone has a camera button.. explain please..

Default camera selection happens when you,choose to take a photo. From anywhere other than actual camera apps. So try that and see if you can lock it down as default.

Works on Xperia TX running 4.3.
Don't know much about the picture quality of the photospheres though looked a little grainy.

Looks like if I flash this stock sense camera/gallery will remain right?

I'm Sorry To say This But.... What in The Hell!? These apps Don't just port Over -_- Seriously,
This kind of installation should come in a Zip folder and is meant to be flashed via a custom recovery, It may work if your GPrime is DeOdexed.

read the post of the link, says clearly to replace a file, is not an installer via cwm, the accuweather in grand is AccuweatherPhoneMass2014.apk, just change the name of the AccuweatherPhone2014_S_HD.apk for the name of the app for grand then apply permissions and restar the device, the weather take a while to load, but work fine

Well Did it Work? I'll Try myself Though I Doubt
Just As I Expected.. Did Not Work. -_- The icon does show in the widget menu but after putting it on the homescreen after a couple of long seconds it simply says "Unfortunately weather stopped" or something like that

Bro i tried This....But it shows weather has stopped working.
I downloaded this zip file...unzipped and copied both apks to system/apps And replaced the old weather file...Than set permissions rw-r-r .
I rebooted my phone And the Widget shows weather has stopped working error :/
I also renamed the file to grand prime weather phonemass but still same result..
What to do now ? am i doing something wrong ?

I think that happened because when I installed I was using wi-fi. When I left home and start using only mobile connection the temperature appeared.
Anyway, the launcher works great, but I'll wait more time for some upgrades, like the options when we hold the apps icons
