[Q] Possible brick? - Sprint Samsung Galaxy S III

So my Sprint S3 asked me if I wanted to update it this morning, and I said yes and it downloaded the update and everything then rebooted. Clockwork recovery asked if it could override the stock recovery and re-root it and I selected yes to both. It restarted again and would not go past the Samsung logo after the Sprint animation. I tried to load a recovery image I had through Clockwork but it failed. At this point it would not turn on so I took it into a Sprint store. Of course they denied to work on it because it was rooted but now my phone is stuck in download mode. I cannot go into recovery mode or even just power it on normally. It is in "Odin mode" and also has the "Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in Kies & try again." I tried to flash a stock rom in Kies but it fails to connect, so I tried Odin 3.09 as well as 3.04 and both fail with

N1150 Fails to flash (any) recovery using Odin

When I try to flash CWM or TWRP Odin says PASS but my tablet just reboots and no recovery is installed. I have installed Kies on my PC and successfully used CF-Auto-Root but recovery just won't install.
If it helps, this is the message from Odin:

What is the device
Sorry for my ignorance, but can you tell me what is your device actually? I'm bit confused about "N1150."

I flashed the wrong recovery in flashify. But I think it's in a soft brick state. When I reflash to a previous recovery, this is what I get:

I tried to flash twrp 3.0 zerofltespr and I think it was the wrong file for the wrong device. But the error in Odin Mode I get is "unsupport dev_type". When I plug the phone into the computer, it will autoplay the internal storage and SD card.
any ideas?

Help with installing TWRP on SM-T321

I have a Chinese Galaxy Tab pro 8.4 sm-t321, trying to flash TWRP recovery on it using Odin. I have rooted the device using CFAutoroot through Odin.
I downloaded twrp-3.1.1-0-mondrianlte.img.tar and used Odin v3.12.
Odin manages to install correctly (i think?) and it shows "Pass!"

Could someone tell me what i did wrong? How do it get TWRP to install correctly?
I just want to install google play on it and the guide I read needed TWRP to install Open GApps.
Many thanks

Can someone help me on this? My phone was upgrading from 5.1.1 to 6.0.1 and then it died, so I turned it back on to download mode, and used a stock image of 5.1.1, and no luck. I tried 6.0.1, and still no luck.

Please help, this is my personal phone I use daily. If you can help me with 4.4.4, that would be good too. :good:
I also unticked the bootloader option.

bricked it - symptoms - solution?

In case anyone has this problem I will leave the message below. I was successful finally in flashing the stock ROM and getting my s7 active working again.
I somehow bricked my s7 active. The symptoms: when I attempt to boot, here's what I get:
recovery booting small letters upper left hand of screen
installing system update with animated android figure
"no command" with yellow triangle and exclamation mark
then a black screen with the text:
Android Recovery
samsung/poseidonlteuc/poseidonlteatt
8.0.0/R16NW/G891AUCU3CRE7
user/release-keys
reboot system now
reboot to bootloader
apply update from ADB
apply update from SD card
wipe data/factory reset
wipe cache partition
mount /system
view recovery logs
run graphics text
power off
and at the very bottom of the screen:
#fail to open recovery_cause(no such file or directory)
#reboot recovery cause is [unknown]#
file-based OTA
supported api:3
# manual mode v1.0.0#
successfully verified cmverity hash tree
I've downloaded SM-G891A_G891AUCU1APG7_G891AATT1APG7_ATT and I know how to flash with Odin (Odin 3, 3.12 in this case.) I run in Administrator Mode (Windows 10). I am able to go into download mode, connect with Odin, select the proper files, and START. Here's what I get:
<ID:0/004> Odin engine v(ID:3.1203)..
<ID:0/004> File analysis..
