Wow! Nice review! I also bought this device and i can't wait to play around with it!
I'm about to replace my old Galaxy Nexus (yeah, its that old but updated. ) to a Nexus 5 but some people had some issues with the pairing. :/

Are you running 4.3, stock or custom? Should be as minimum, though my Note 2 is on stock 4.4.2

Running stock on 4.4.2 the app just wont find the band

When you are scanning for the bracelet push the button on X5, that will wake it up.

I'm doing the first charge now. I'll try it out by the morning. The only sad thing is that i won't be able to try the android app and pair it because i'm still using Galaxy Nexus and it's not compatible. By the next week i'll try with my Nexus 5.

Just saw Vidonn updated their app in playstore. Haven't checked it out yet, would be interested what they changed.
Also, talked to Vidonn guys directly, and apparently they are working on a next get X6 bracelet. Still, X5 is probably one of the cheapest functioning waterproof activity bracelet you can get now.

I've the OnePlus One.. but my smartphone don't see the Vidonn X5

I found some bracelets (like MiBand that I have) but the vibration not strong enough and it was only 5 vibrates and that's it

The new Vidonn X6 smart bracelet seems to be available as well. Will you be reviewing this anytime soon as well Vectron? I didn't like the Sony Smartband as it has no screen, and the Sony Smartwatch isn't any good either as I had to charge it almost every day. Was thinking about the Vidonn X5 but as the X6 just came up that might be interesting as well!

Can anyone tell me if you have the pair the braxcelet via the app or just with the Phone itself? I now have a cheaper other bracelet that connects via the app but when i kill the app i also lose connection. If you only use sports tracking it's not a problem but when i kill the app i don't receive notifications on incoming calls etc.

About sdcard like primary memory, the problem is that the external sdcard become sdcard2 and at the sdcard is the internal memory.
Any one know how to switch sdcrd2 to become sdcard?
I remember in the zopo 500+ was available a package to flash from the recory.

I assume you are referring to the ROM and not the recovery
To set external SD as Primary or "Default Write Disk" go to /Settings/storage/ and choose phone storage = internal_SD or SD card = External_SD
Just incase you are talking about the recovery
Go to /Backup/ tap on "Storage" and choose Micro-SD

I just ordered one.
I have a Elephone P8000, but I found that is a little bit too big.
But the Hardware specs (except for the display) seems to be just the same.
I will eventually try the Eragon or Nexus rom for P8000, if I succeed to install Philz recovery.

Based upon to that the Elephone p8000 has the same hardware, it "might" be possible to used it's alternative roms. (on your own risk)
You will find them under the Elephone P8000 section.
There is at least two of them.
Eragon & a nexus rom.

How good or bad is it? On the Kingzone forum I read that there are gps, battery, wifi, cellular connection and sim problems.

Until now just Sim1 not recognized.
I tried different kinds of Sims, but no way.
It worked for just 1 minute at the first boot up, but later...
No battery, GPS, WiFi and cellular connection problems
PS: there's no "user2root" option under the debugging section of the engineerMode
Any way to root this device?
PS2: I entered the bootloader (volume down + power button) and it's all in Chinese
Quick Update:
Sim1 problem still present... Battery problem after 15% too: it goes to "battery saving more" and the battery looses 1% each 15sec.... I'm thinking to ask my money back...

@dave il barbaro There was some hickup with the pickup of my delivery at gearbest.com.
But it looks like I would receive the phone tomorrow, thursday. (if I'm lucky)

This phone seems to have flaws right now. At least mine have.
- Sim 1 not working.
- Wifi unstable, drops and slow, and almost not usable at all.
Hope there will be an update, and that it is not hardware related.

Maybe there are som bad batch of deliveries with problems. Did you buy from Gearbest?
Have seen videos with both sim:s working, one published yesterday, white color though.
Anyhow, how is your WiFi performing compared to other phone? Mine is like 1/3 of MBPS of my current phone or woirse. I db-analyser though I don't see that much of a difference, maybe a little lower sometimes.
Some wifi-networks refuses to connect and work as they should, since they work on my Honor 6.

A lot of confusion about m808 vs m560 vs V5
I found on a Taiwanese FB page that someone has a root method for m808, but it didn't work on m560.

Hi I watched ur reviews on YouTube before buying the device.
But I received it and I think it has malware/spyware pre installed. I don't know if this was stock rom or added by 3rd part seller.
I Really like the phone and want to keep can u help be how to resolve the issue.
The problem is an app called Pandora's box services which has permissions for everything. I can't doable or uninstall.please I hope u can help

no as it hadnt been set up when i booted it up.
I now have kingroot installed so if i factory reset will that erase/cause any problems?
using kingroot it seems they are listed as system core app modules"
i havent deleted them as i dont know what they do and it might mess up the phone. i'm trying to get titanium backup pro so i can freeze them to check before uninstalling but i keep getting error bm-cpe-13 on google.

Gold, but I call the colour champagne Better look for me silver, unfortunatelly out of stock. With Android 6 phone is greather then i expected. Cheap buy really, it's a really nice smartfone.

Seems like this month they inverted the priorities. A2 got it a few days ago (on April 18th), so our phone should be getting it within the next days. Don't hold your breath for any bluetooth/wifi/Gcam issues bieng solved though. They are just including the default Android security fixes.

All these issues have been fixed for me with march update. Actually, I never had problems with Gcam. Just tweaked with the settings of the Nokia version and Autofocus was fine.

Which version of back.rider gcam are you using? Can you share the tweaks to fix autofocus? Thanks!

Yes Slimshady76 You Are Absolutely Right. They Are Not Going To Fix Known Issues. They Just Release Default Android Security Patch.

When you disable it, it is no different than stock camera though isn't it (which is quite s*** tbh)

What does everyone expect for $159US ? It's a great phone for an extremely low price and it's camera punches way above similar $159 phones.

The phone's hardware supports Cam2API, so I expect it to work properly - which it did on Oreo, but semi-working on Pie. This sensor is capable of amazing pictures, but instead Xiaomi makes it take the worst pictures. It makes the quality worse after taking the pic, especially at night/dark scenes. I'm not comparing it to other phones, because it is dumb to compare it to other phones of this segment. Can you compare a 1000$ MacBook and a 1000$ gaming notebook? It is all about hardware and software (which Xiaomi doesn't seem to be doing well), I made my research before buying this, so I expect a little bit more from the camera.
