Hi all,
I get the insufficient storage available message when trying to update some apps, particularly WhatsApp today. I've uninstalled, deleted the folder from data and rebooted. Still no joy installing it back! I've also cleared Google Framework data and rebooted.
Are there any other solutions? I've tried Lucky Patcher in the past but it always seems to get stuck in a loop asking me for BusyBox!
I would appreciate any help. By the way, I am rooted, running CM11.

Every time i try and update an app it gives me this message
Even though I still have like 22 gb or storage left
Is there any way of getting around this error
I tried searching everyone says to delete the odex file or something like that I deleted what I thought was it but still nothing
Same Problem
I'm running 4.3 build 2.2 slim rom now. I receive the same "insufficient storage" error wgile updating certain apps such as yahoo mail, dolphin browser, twitter, and agoda. The rest of the apps update without any problems, though... I cannot see any reason why this is happening when I still have a couple of gigs in free space...
Could the settings in "android tuner" app have anything to do with this? As far as I recall, this problem with the updates started after I installed a few apps- android tuner being the most pervasive among them...
I hope someone who has encountered this same problem has found a solution other than re formatting and re flashing everything...

Trying wiping cache
If you're like me, you probably made a backup of your apps using an app like Titanium. I did the same and after installing the new ROM, I restored all my apps. The problem is that after doing so and while trying to install new apps or updating others, I started receiving the message "Insufficient Storage Available". I tried all the solutions available on the web and nothing worked.
It appears that some or more apps are getting into conflict with some of the ROM data. Probably it is related to some Google Apps. What I did to solve this problem was reset the phone and then install the apps I wanted. Then, I restored the apps but deleted all former system and Google Apps from the backup before restoring. No problems yet.
So, it seems that this conflict is causing all the problems with the instalation of the apps. Don't know exactly what, but hope this helps.
Thanks in advance for any advice given!
I was running Mahdi Rom, one build behind the latest, and all I can remember before things went tits up was I was updating a couple of apps through the play store.
Then I started getting repeated androidsystemui processs ended errors every few seconds. I rebooted into recovery and wiped everything through TWRP. Still got system errors after reboot, couldn't even get through the google account login and sync.
Downloaded the LG mobile support tool and flashed back to total stock -- can't go wrong, right?
Now I'm getting android.system.acore proccess ended errors, and Google Play won't run at all. Any hope, or am I fried?
Fingers crossed,
Yojimboj
I changed my Find 7 to run in unified storage mode and flashed the nameless rom. It booted and worked fine. I then flashed the official Xposed Lollypop zip and when I booted I get the "Google Partner Setup Stopped Working" error. I hit okay and it goes away. When I tried to install the Xposed APK, it said finished but said it didn't install. When I install an app fro the Play Store, I get the 504 error code. I've cleared the data and cash on both the play store and play services. I've rebooted multiple times. I did earlier try the experimental Xposed on this rom and it was stuck in a boot loop. If the rom is incompatible, I can use another rom. Not too picky with roms. It needs to support unified storage though. 2GB Isn't enough space for apps. (What was OPPO thinking?)

I'm not sure if you figured anything out by now but I had the same exact problem. I was on nameless 5.1.1 with xposed armv75. In the past week I noticed my phone was getting laggy as hell on nameless in the last few updates. Rebooted because of the black screen of death I was getting and when I got back into it I had app updates but they would never download. I doubt you're still go through that but if you are or angry one else reading this is just a stunning to not waste your best time. I tried it all all. Error 504 no matter what I did. I flashed euphoria and haven't looked back!
I was facing the same problem and I fixed by doing a Wipe cache partition with TWRP, I don't know why but that fixed the problem.
Hey everyone, I successfully flashed Pure Nexus and ElementalX on my Nexus 5X.
However once I noticed it did not format my entire phone completely, I decided to try to get a good clean install. Looked it up and followed this guide:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-2/general/fun-guide-clean-installation-roms-t3435820
However, after I flashed, I literally had an unmountable storage. After finally toying with it I got the storage to mount properly, and I went ahead and installed Pure Nexus and gApps.
They successfully flash, but when I boot, I keep getting a '.com.android.phone has stopped' and 'Google Services Framework has stopped' in a non-stop infinite matter. I can't complete installation.
I've looked up how to sideload a google framework APK and it didn't seem to do the trick.
Can anyone help me? I have no phone at the moment until this gets resolved. Thank you.]
