How many pages back is that? I looked in here while I was downloading the update. I didnt see anything. I didnt make the op but dont see why you're hassling the guy who did. Will nobody else admit that the xda app is complete pile of junk and search is a pain to use. Its not like there is multiple posts of the same thing. Maybe you know because you spend all day on here.

I know and i tried to search for this in the forums but to no avail. guess the string '@@@' is hard to search(find). Google totally ignores it too

I'll see if I can find the thread. If not, check the apps. See what third party apps have been downloaded and then we can give more insight to what it might be.

I had this as well but it seemed to go away on its own after an hour or so? Only happened once though....
Something similar happened once where ROGERS became @OGERS on the phone. It cleared after I rebooted.
No malware
Stock unlocked/unrooted 4.0.1 yakjuux
I sent the screenshot I took to Google, but as expected, they didnt care
A simple reboot was not enough.
He had to remove the battery as well. This fixed it and the characters did not reappear since than.

Until then, here's the apk you need. Simply move it to the system/app folder, and delete the TWCalender apk, then reboot.

I did a google search and came up with a thousand dif things to which none worked..and if you read.the other thread I still had service it was 1x. You need a tw ROM installed if you don't already and you need your msl.

i did an ota update. the update was of abt 12 mb. it looks like the kernel is new old one has a build date of december/ nov.this one is showing april 20.
also i just noticed that stock rom is getting better than ny other so called custom roms.
