[HELP] how to make scrolling anywhere

Hey all,
I am currently developing a software on my phone to control the air conditioning remotely.
I would have liked to know how to make a scroll from anywhere of the screen and not use the scrollbar on the right: (
And I also know how to put my button on the bottom like this

Failed to compare , music hub has stopped

I have new problem in my note2 n7100, hang and restart, music hub has stopped,sometimes phone work with black screen and led blue only only way to work again remove battry or hold power key to restart, flash stock firmware but have same problem,

Home screen appears like this but when i enter som app it gets off but then i go back to home screen its still remain also same in manu i did hard reset change the wallpaper but problam still remain i did flash with official rom but didnt succeed help me devolpers
