Home screen appears like this but when i enter som app it gets off but then i go back to home screen its still remain also same in manu i did hard reset change the wallpaper but problam still remain i did flash with official rom but didnt succeed help me devolpers

If you have just upgraded your ROM then you could do the following things.
1)Zero reset, or
2)Just change the ROM with another one.
You could try the new PDAViet ROM.
Every time i turn my phone of and then turn it back on my clock wont load what should i do cuz dey phone wont even tell me dat i have received a text message
I suggest you reflash the phone. (reinstall the ROM)
Try a hard-reset first.

Can also be done via Clear Storage 1234 if can't do above.

I don't think you can. When that screen shows up, you have no rom. You can try using the bootloader and get some stock firmware files, or just throw it away.

Since it's my first post here I wanna say hello
My problem is that I got HTC, wanted to turn it on and its all I can see (photo).
If I don't go into recovery menu its gonna just go into bootloop.
any ideas how to fix that ?
