So whenever I use the HTC gallery app any time I select the sticker option all the options appear as gray boxes and if I select one of the boxes my app crashes. Anyone else having this problem?

Twice my girlfriend has accidentially dragged a homescreen app to the launcher trying to delete it and I can't figure out how to fix it without doing a restore is there any other way?

You trying to uninstall the application or remove it from the home screen?

I did the same thing, I had to restore, which didn't matter to me cause I had just backed up right before the mishap. But that was the only way I could get it to remove it

To restore the launcher bar:
Long press on the home screen
Select custom shortcut/pick you activity/launcher actions/open close app drawer
Select OK
Drag the icon to the launcher.
I supppose you could drag the new icon to the left or right side of the launcher to make restoring it easier.

Just a quick problem I've been having the last few weeks, I keep getting two notifications when I receive a sms, in the notification bar it looks like a postcard icon not the regular sms icon. Also I used to get the msg preview pop up.. Not anymore though. Currently using apex launcher pro, been over settings with a fine tooth comb and tried disabling sms alerts but that second alerted keeps coming up... Any ideas anyone?

Back up texts and try do a cache and data wipe of the app restart and see if you can set up messaging how you want them wiping data is the fix to 80% of app issues hope this is useful

That won't work, it's not an app its htc messaging, the stock sms. There's no cache to clear I don't think.

Is there any greatly moded stock apps for stock rom?
A music app with ability to delete songs from "now playing" screen?
A camera app that takes the best pictures?
A browser that doesn't hide statusbar?
And one more thing so I don't have to make new thread. Is there any splash screen to change?

ViperX ROM has an option to add custom app notifications at lockscreen and it works with Whatsapp.
Goto WhatsApp > settings > notification > popup notification, and set it to "always show popup" Then you see your notification in lockscreen, you can even reply
