i know this may not be the correct forum but any help would be appreciated.i have an ascend p1 9200 which was running on rom b336 it was becoming glitchy so i decided to revert back using huawei guide.i got the phone flashed ok using the intermediate pack(think that took it to b321) then when trying to put the rom i required (b229) it messed up.i can get into stock recovery but wiping data and resetting phone has made no difference.can i recover phone ok from this position and if so how is it done.any help would be appreciated

Hi, i didn't know where to post so i just posted this here since i saw other huawei posts in here. (Moderators pls move if misplaced).
I've got a big problem!
I have got a Rooted Huawei Y300 and i've unofficially unlocked the bootloader with DC-Unlocker successfully, and have CWM Recovery installed!
Now here's the deal, i've downloaded Cyanogenmod 11 (4.4) but after i tried to install it, it stopped halfway with "set_metadata_recursive: some changes failed E:Error in /sdcard/name_of_rom_here" (Status 7).
I tried other CM's getting the same error.
Than i tried to reflash to original firmware (V100R001C00B175) from the huawei website, but since i bricked my phone i cannot move the "dload" folder to internal storage so i tried to place it on my sd-card and booting up using Vol- & Power, the upgrade stops at step 2/2 saying it failed.
I'm very sorry not having a backup of the original firmware before i tried CM out (a very stupid and hasty move).
Does anyone have a solution? The phone is just a week old and i've never bricked a phone before (all my old handsets from samsung's to sony's / htc's) and never failed installing a rom or anything related.
Frankly i never suspected CM to fail flashing since everybody else is succesfull ;-/

Ok here's a update. I managed to install AOKP (4.3.1) so i atleast revived my phone. I'm guessing it was something with CM11.
Anyway moderators you can delete this thread, since i found the solution myself..

can you provide instructions on how revive? mine bricked it got stuck on boot logo after succesfully rooting then i installed chainfire 3d but after that when it reboots it got stuck on boot logo plsss help me on this..
My ascend P6 had 4.2.2 version and I had run the TWRP CMD Installer V1.1.3b, unlock boot locker, jelley bean recover and working well. Finally, I had run install stock kitkat boot.img and my phone got stuck in Huawei logo,
Please someone help how to get out, I am pretty new to ascend phone and no idea at all, many thanks and greatly appreciated,

Tried to flash a custom rom using a rom loader on the phone, said rom flashing was succesfull and it will reboot.
Phone rebooted and now is stuck on the Huawei Ascend logo, computer cannot detect it.
I put on some firmware files from the Huawei site on the SD card, but it does not seem to be working.
Any help is very much apreciated, I just need it to be working (even wiped clean) by tomorrow.

Tried the update.app method, tried recovery mode, tried everything.
Looking for a way to wipe it clean and install the android 4.4.2 or 4.2 on boot like a new computer.
I can provide pictures if needed.
EDIT: I think if I can wipe the internal storage and the files from the SD card it would work, but I have no way to acces the internal storage, help?

please help me, even a factory reset did not work. After turned on, the Ascend logo will come on and it gets after Android logo appears. I have no experience with android, so as detailed iexplanations/ instructions as possible would be very very much appreciated!

I went to a shop and they couldnt tell me what the problem is.
You could try flashing a custom recovery via adb from a pc, I would suggest looking around at old p6 Q&A threads I did have an old thread with detailed instructions and links for all the old downloads, then try flashing another rom via the twrp recovery.
