let it settle without battery for 5 minutes
if you can boot into fastboot, reflash your phone with stock images http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1626895
or
reflash with odin (use wipe package, see my sig) and use pit file with the firmware (untick auto-reboot) .boot into recovery and wipe cache

also did you flash the right radios for your device? that can cause all kinds of issues. but i would just odin back stock or if you made a backup of the stock through recovery before flashing try restoring it before doing a complete odin. also could try fixing permissions after wiping caches, doubt it will do any good but worth a try!
My mobile going to fastboot also in cmw I try to flash using odin but not working after flash it get reboot but than it only showing "X" which is startup screen but not start after that
I flash using odin and also put the pit file but not working plz help me to find right stock file for my samsung galaxy nexus i9250(maguro/yakju)

Hello All
Help Please
A friend of mine have purchased a second hand Note 2 GT-N7100 that have N9300 firmware installed on it (it is working thought...). need your support to flash the original Firmware back. to do so, i cannot access Downloading mode....
thanks in advance
Hi, please be carefull while flashingg!! U could ruin everything if u flash another device's firmware!! Check if ur friend has a custom recovery like philz or twrp. If he has one, download a custom rom and flash it through the recovery. Download mode should be fixed, check by pressing and holding volume down+home button+power button at thr same time. Keep holding them even if the phone shuts off, let go them untill u see a green screen.
Once there, download the latest N7100 firmware from sammobile, or download the leaked 4.3 by samsung and flash it via odin. And there u go!
Give me a thanks button if i helped

it is original samsung ? not a fake or a clone phone ?
Hi
Not really sure if it is a fake or not...it has what seems to be an extra SIM compartment at the left side from the SIM compartment closed by a SIM like plastic piece and white adhesive tape that i don't remember having on my previous Note 2 (not sure though)

Have you tried Kies?
Try to go into download mode and try to flash the Stock ROM. Maybe it's just the screen.
Have you tried the one click unbrick tool? The other option may be a hardware problem with the screen as you have already commented.
