AutoRec
KitKat Recovery Installer
Info
Many people upgrade to KitKat and find it so annoying to look for a flashable zip file, or trying to downgrade the bootloader, flashing patched kernel,... in order to have a working system, custom recovery with KitKat. So we make this little app to do all the job for you automatically.
Process
Using this app means you'll downgrade your bootloader and flash a custom recovery (in this case, we used TWRP 2.7), fix download mode, also install patched kernel so you can boot back to your current system (stock LG KitKat ROM)
Guide
Upgrade to KitKat using KDZ / TOT / OTA method
Root your device (using ioroot25)
Install AutoRec (grant root permission)
*D801 must root before taking KitKat OTA
Downloads

AutoRec: http://bit.ly/g2_AutoRec

Bump.
What I've noticed is this;
I guess I have a d80210a, because that's what it says in bootloader text/info at the bottom...
If I Flash a version of a Rom that might be based on a "b" or "c" version, when I try to use LG R&D Flashtool to revert to genuine stock the prices will fail at approximately 49%. Then I can reboot and the already installed Rom will have survived the failed Flash attempt.
One thing this might tell me is that the specifics of the hardware and the current running software (Rom) is checked some time during LG R&D Flashtool process.
So, the versions at hand, a b and c might be connected to hw somehow and this won't matter (it haven't mattered for at least) until you try to revert pure stock.
Just my two cents of thoughts...

Hi Bro,
You can use the latest LG Flashtool 1.8 and the latest .tot file. It works flawlessly.. I'd recommend not to flash this Rom on ur current rom as the base of this rom is E980.
This ROM has also European Languages .Very nice. I removed the modem.img from zip and flashed it on my E986. I did a factory reset in recovery and format system and wipe dalvik cache and than install zip from external SD in CWM 6.0.4.8. The External SD card is working. Fotos and downloads remained on internal storage. Also speakerphone is working in a call. Awesome Finally a fully working LG 4.4 2 KitKat with Dutch language.

Hope so. Still waiting for the link. I'm on 20c and root isn't that easy to install. (it's the linuxSE kernel which makes it really difficult)
I had to install supersu then go into supersu settings and disable and reenable it. That way it worked for me. Some have no problems with supersu.
If you're not sure you have to wait for chupa with a little modiefied kernel.
Will tell more after trying it out.

tested it
I have many problems using this rom.
1. Not working to Take pictures with recognition of hand.
2. Camera Takes pictures automaticly.
3. Music Player stops suddenly.
4. It has more lags than v20a (polish)
To sum up. I really prefer v20a than this v20d. Now there is another version for spain v20c so I will test it. Good luck.

Installed everything and it is all working well. I tried installing CWM (the version found at http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g3/development/cwm-recovery-6-0-5-0-f460s-l-k-t2874916) but it is not able to boot into recovery. Is there any possibility for a fix for this? The only way to install certain features is by flashing zips.
after install this rom cannot go into the CWM Recovery & default Recovery too.
Than God found you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
MANY THANKS SIR! Ive been waiting a century for this!

If youre running on stock Lollipop, you have to flash a Kitkat .TOT and .DLL of your model version via LG flash tool, Root, Install a recovery(CWM), then flash this Rom.

It is very simple, use this app: "Stump Version 1.2.0" install the apk, choose use brute force metod, reboot when finish, then you must install the supersu app in the playstore, its free, thats all brother.

Hi, how are you?
Thank you so much for this rom, I'm really enjoying it.
I'm missing recovery but that's ok.
May I ask, how can I make the navigation buttons look like Lollipop?
Thank you so much again.
Best wishes, HFoletto.
