I was wondering what kind of screen that the supersonic uses ( hdpi, mdpi, or ldpi). I am wondering because I would like to download some CM7 themes off of Google Play, but I do not know what kind of screen my EVO has, which is important since some themes will only work strictly with hdpi, mdpi, or ldpi devices.

I believe hdpi but may be wrong.

im tired of the same old boring cm7 lockscreen, i want something new, but is pretty much all the same, sliders side to side or upside down, and such, im in the look for something like the Samsung galaxy x lockscreen that looks like you are turning a book page, or something different, any ideas? I've been looking but no luck.
thanks people!

Liquidvillian rom for sure is one of the coolest lockscreens.. or miui, I use miui mostly for the lockscreen.. but still the "up and down" slide you refer too.. still mixes it up a bit.
Sent from my HTC Vision using XDA App
Yeah liquidvillian lockscreen is awesome and that's something like I want, and miui is cool too and differs from the ordinary, but I could never get the lockscreen working it kept the normal lockscreen
Sent from my HTC Vision using XDA Premium App
Liquidvillian is nice but pointless for all the pages cause widgets you can't fully utilize.. and idk anyone that wants 5 screens for their lockscreen.. just different I guess. If your talkin about miui 2.3 then update to the latest build by g4rb4g3 and it should have the latest miui lock screen. I just came from that rom..

Is there any way to get the lock screen off of one rom and put it onto another?
I like GOTO Lockscreen from a market.

Anybody know if this is possible now that gingerbread has been made for Motoblur?
Sent from my HTC Vision using XDA Premium App
the gingerbread keyboard is already multi touch is there a feature you're looking for?
Gingerbread keyboard is nice, but the bigger keys help lots on the motorola multitouch keyboard! Just wondering if someone could get it ported to other devices now that its capable of being used on gingerbread, rather than just froyo with the new gingerblur update being released

I pulled the latinime and lib from the deodexed dx leak, but it seems it won't play nice.
time to decompile the apk..
Ive seen this on the new Dual Core Motorola phones. Is there anyway we can get this on the Epic Touch 4G? More clarity..The screen ui rotation like the iPhone. That would be super sweet!! Thanks..

Can somebody please try to get this over because i would really like this on my eptouch
here is a link...at around 2 min you will see the rotation transitions. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7QYQtpzEl7A&feature=related
With all the fancy transition effects with the Go Launcher I'm running, I'm surprised there's no rotation transition effects.
On the OGEvo MikG has adopted this in his Tom somehow. Maybe someone can ask him on how we do this for out phone.
any updates?

Talked to a buddy of mine about this...
There's an app called spare parts that lets you add different animations and transitions to the phone.
He commented that for android 1.5 and maybe 1.6 you could add fancy rotation animations, but for later versions it won't.
It's also not an option in go launcher, though there are tons of other animations.
Maybe this no longer exists in stock android? Maybe HTC had to reinvent the wheel and add lots of custom code to make this happen for their sense UI?

Its in ICS, so I'm sure it will be ported over when we get a rom.
Bump.
So more "Spin" and less brash.
I hope we can get it ported over, looks sweet.
Does anyone know if this is possible to do. I think it would give our nexus a better full screen effect.
Anything is possible but it supposedly killed performance on old versions
But I would also like to see this in the future
And also there are multiple threads explaining this bump

Yes it is possible... But you're going to have to do some decompiling and compiling and change the status bar back ground .PNG file and recompile the .apk....

+1 woulb be kinda cool maybe in the future it will be standard for most roms or atleast a option
well, you can't get transparent navigation bar in JB by changing the background only, but you have to do your changes in smali too
A black to transparent fade in both status and navbar would be sweet as hell.
Please make this happen <3
Just like in Atrix HD
Bump! lookin' forward to this mod
What does the atrix launch with? ICS or jb?
Bump! i'd love it!

ICS for sure. When JB was released, it was only available for the Galaxy nexus, nexus S and motorola XOOM, and the Atrix was out before that
What's with all the talk about status bars? The guy asked about the navigation bar (where the soft keys are)
Haven't seen anything about it. But I agree that it would be pretty sweet and I would be down.
I've read on another thread that someone managed to make the navbar transparent. Only problem was the glow from touch stayed after using the buttons...
Haven't read that thread in a while, think it died.
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using xda app-developers app
I have been thinking about this too since the day I got my Gnex..
I use a black background usually, but I think it'd be very very cool to get the navbar to be transparent. Even if the button glow had to be removed (when I run AOKP, I turn the button glow off anyway - I think it looks retarded how it gets cut off on the top and bottom on shorter nav bars).
Would definitely be interested in seeing something done here.
Couldnt we just get a cm build from them and copy the framework required?
I'd love a transparent volume indicator. I know its available but I want to have it on the stock Google ROM.
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using xda app-developers app

Awesome would be 80 or 100% transparebt Statusbar i think kind of easier. But i don't know either.. but i may be wrong

Is it possible to port this lockscreen to our Nexus 7? If so, would this be difficult? Would there be any interest here for it? I think it looks amazing! http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=24811293

No. You are actually replacing the whole lockscreen framework. It would be nice if it was an .apk though.
Lock screens are really hard to port. Like to the point older samsung phones can't even get the water ripple lockscreen. Only jelly bean ones and that's only cuz you can change a line in the build prop.
