[Q] Nexus stuck in Boot Loop, can't seem to fix - Samsung Galaxy Nexus

Hey guys, my first post on XDA. Alright so straight to the point. My Galaxy Nexus (maguro) has been stuck in boot loop for the past day, and no matter what I've tried, can't seem to fix it.
I have CWM, and I've tried factory resetting through it, I've tried wiping the cache, dalvik cache, data, system and cache partition but I can't seem to get out of the loop, in fact it doesn't seem to delete any data in the first place, I'm still stuck with my notifications popping up every time I get onto the home screen for those rare few seconds.
In the few seconds that I do get available on my home screen, if I try to factory reset the normal way through the system setting, my phone reboots without resetting anything.
So yeah, I'm at a total loss, the last time I had a boot loop a simple factory reset did the trick, but this time literally just don't know what to do.
My phones a Galaxy Nexus, running Paranoid Android 4.4.3 beta 4.0 I believe, and my CWM is 6.0.3 I think
So any of you guys have any suggestions?
EDIT 1: Forgot to mention, every time I try to connect it to my laptop via USB, phone reboots. I don't know how much info this offers, but I'm trying to be as thorough as possible.

Try to flash a factory image. But your EMMC is probably fried..

My Galaxy \Nexus won't boot....Perpetual flash screen
I got a notice of several (around 16) apps with updates this afternoon. They were very slow to update (I think the AT&T bandwidth was horrible) My phone rebooted -- which it has about 5-6 times in the past two weeks since I got it.
On immediate reboot, I was getting System UI stopped, report ?
After about 2-3 reboots like that, I am now on the tiled flash screen after the Google intro after reboot.
I've removed the battery several times. I've tried with and without the SIM card. I've tried with a power connector connected...nothing.
This has been going on for over an hour.
I'm very frustrated.
I had the same issue, i have relocked the boot loader and I'm going to take it back tomorrow for an exchange. I was getting to the google logo and then it just reboots back to the google logo even time. I tried a nandroid restore, didn't work, i tried to wipe every thing it still wouldn't boot. Now it just stays with the google logo on screen.
I also had the System UI stopped a lot around 8 times a day.
Hmmmm

Phone got stuck in infinite boot sequence, had to do reset from recovery mode!

Really annoying, I am using the Galaxy Nexus GSM model. I did not do root or do any custom ROM flashing. I was just walking home and listening to music when it randomly entered the infinite reboot. (shows google logo, goes through boot animation, then restarts and does it this over and over).
I wonder if it's related to me recently trying to install the google wallet APK? Either way, I am extremely frustrated. Is this a problem that can be remedied by rooting?
It's possible that is caused by corrupt data, in which case a factory reset from stock recovery should do the trick. Unfortunately, it's also possible that it's a hardware issue...

[Q] Nexus Prime continuously rebooting

I brought my Nexus Prime from Korea last month.
A few hours ago I was listening to music on my phone when it rebooted. After that it came back on for roughly 10 seconds before rebooting again.
I uninstalled a game from my phone roughly 30 minutes before this error happened.
I cannot use my phone now, I get a few seconds of use out of it before its stuck in a continuous reboot cycle.
I have tried letting it cool down (it was a hot day), removing the simcard and changing batteries. Not sure what else I can do with only a few seconds of use.
Model number - SHW-M420S
Is anyone able to help me get out of this reboot cycle?
Try to back up important things and do factory reset. Is your phone rooted? CWM recovery installed? If so, before doing factory restore you could try wiping cache/dalvik cache first.

Luckily its still a new phone, so there isn't much on it.
The phone is rooted in that I cannot access it in any way. Even connecting to a computer is useless as its only on for a few seconds before it reboots itself.
CWM recovery isn't installed, will be when the phone is working again though!
Is there a way to wipe the cache/dalvik cache or factory reset while the phone is off?
fastboot will allow you to erase data, userdata, as well as flash a custom recovery like cwm or a full rom.

edit: boot your device with POWER+VOLUP+VOLDOWN into fastboot. search google and/or xda for some fastboot tutorials.
I had this problem awhile back. It was a bum phone with hardware issue. I had to exchange it. Yours may be in the same boat.
I will try a fastboot later today and let you know the outcome, thank you.
If all else fails I'll send it back to Korea for new hardware I guess.
I ran into this problem a while ago. I had to restore the phone to stock using the image from Google. Haven't had a problem since

No reset possible

My brothers Galaxy Nexus crashed two days ago and rebooted. Since than whenever you boot it again, it boots normally but after about 10 seconds crashes and reboots again. No matter if you unlock it, SIM installed or not, with external power or not makes no difference. Always keeps crashing and rebooting. So the first thing I did was a factory reset within the bootloader. When it restarted nothing was wiped. Wallpaper, unlock code and all apps were still there.
Weird.
So I decided to flash the the whole stock image again. Downloaded the latest version from Google and flashed it. Took a fairly long time (30 minutes), but had no errors or irregularities and had the same result as the factory reset -> nothing. Everything is still there.
How can this even be? The only thing I could imagine is a broke storage. Is this a possibility?
Thanks in advance
It might be a broken storage. One thing you can try is to flash an older version than upgrade via OTA. Assuming that you have 4.3, you can flash 4.2.2 than via OTA, you can update. I had a rebooting problem before, but it was because of my battery. When I unlocked my bootloader I was surprised to see that my data was still there but when I factory reseted, it was gone. Old Samsung Galaxy Nexus can't seem to factory reset

Okay, so my Unlocked Galaxy Nexus keeps bootlooping, but not in the standard way... It turns on, stays on for 15-20 seconds, then crashes. It also might be worth mentioning that the device is rooted. I have gone into recovery mode, wiped the dalvik cache, wiped the cache partition, then attempted to factory reset, although when I do so, I get this message "E: unknown volume for path [/sd-ext]". After I reboot the device all my data is untouched and it keeps bootlooping. I've also tried flashing the factory version via the Nexus Root Toolkit, it seemed to be free of any errors, but again, once I booted the device back up, all the data was still there. One more piece of information that might be useful: when i boot the phone in ODIN mode it says "Downloading... Do not turn off target !!", I'm clueless as to what this is supposed to mean. Any help is appreciated, I've gotten a new device already, but this issue makes me incredibly curious as no repair shops had ever encountered an issue like this one before, and I've not found any threads on the topic.
