Hi everybody, I'm new and I'm a complete disaster! (sorry for my english, I write from Italy).
I decided to change my Fujitsu F-06e for a Xperia zl to try some roms, and I received it today.
Reading and meshing many different tutorials I obtained root permissions, installed an advanced recovery, bricked it and then I flashed it with sony mobile flasher using a stock firmware I found on the internet.
Now I'm back again to the beginning!
So, I ask you to help in installing a new customized rom!
I wanted to try this:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2709292
I passed last 6 hours fighting with this damn phone, so, please, help me!
For AOSP roms (CaynogenMod, AOKP, PAC, Omni, etc..) you will need to unlock the bootloader
How to check bootloader status:
First, you should confirm that it is possible to unlock the boot loader of your device by checking the service menu.
In your device, open the dialler and enter *#*#7378423#*#* to access the service menu.
In your device, tap Service info > Configuration > Rooting Status. If Bootloader unlock allowed says Yes, then you can continue with unlocking.
If it says No, or if the status is missing, your device cannot be unlocked.
Click to collapse
If your bootloader is unlockable, follow these steps:
1. Make a backup of your DRM Keys using this! You need to be rooted for the backup, so get root and recovery as you did before.
2. After rooting and backup unlock the bootloader.
3. Use fastboot or flashtool to flash the 'boot.img' from the roms .zip that you downloaded.
DooMLoRD said:

Then flash the kernel using following command:
Code:
fastboot flash boot boot.img
Click to collapse
Then reboot from fastboot
Code:
fastboot reboot
Click to collapse
Click to collapse
4. Enter recovery, wipe (data, cache, dalvik cache), and install your rom.

Ok, I flashed again complete firmware cause I could get root, so now I rooted it.
May I use sony mobile flasher to flash boot from the rom I chose?
I tryed many different roms but they all stop when I turn on the phone, starting a loop.
I tryed stock cyanogen, pacman rom and this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2709292.
Everything is going the same. What is wrong? I flash boot.img before installing zip file from the recovery. I tryed to do the wipe or not, but that's same. Help me please...
All right.. Those roms need to be unlocked bootloader, you can only install custom roms based in Sony stock.
If you want to use these roms, you need to backup your TA partition and unlock your bootloader.
But I did it! At least I think so...
You have to flash boot.img with fastboot via adb! Then reboot into recovery and flash ROM...
Gesendet von meinem C6503 mit Tapatalk
I flashed boot.img with fastboot using this string: "fastboot flash boot boot.img" then I flashed the rom's zip from the recovery. Isn't it correct?
That's correct. Have you checked if your bootloader is really UNlocked?
Gesendet von meinem C6503 mit Tapatalk
Yes, I did and it is!
So, everything should be right? Why isn't it working?
Should be right. Which recovery do you have after flashing CM11 boot.img? Does it say something like CM based recovery?
Gesendet von meinem C6503 mit Tapatalk
CWM-based recovery v6.0.4.6
Then there's probably something wrong with te flashing of the boot.img. You should have the latest 6.0.4.7 version with the CM touch navigation if you flashed latest CM boot.img!
Gesendet von meinem C6503 mit Tapatalk
Ok, once again.
I download this:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2709292
take the boot.img file from the zip,
put it in the fastboot folder,
open the prompt,
go into the fastboot folder,
write this "fastboot flash boot boot.img",
connect the phone in fastboot mode (pressing vol+ and connecting the cable),
the program starts and it says "ok",
disconnect, ok, now is v6.0.4.7 (it was the previous version because I tryed another rom based on the previous version of cyanogen),
I start the phone, enter recovery,
install the zip of the rom (the one I used to get the boot.img of course),
it's done (no errors), I wipe the cache, and wipe data/factory, and it says this
"-- Wiping data. . .
formatting/data
error mounting /data!
skipping format...
formatting /cache
formatting /sd-ext
E: unknown volume for path [/sd-ext]
formatting /sdcard/.android_secure...
error mounting /sdcard/ .android_secure!
skipping format...
Data wipe complete.
Now if I reboot system it stops on the cyanogen logo.
Could it be for the errors I got during the wiping procedure?
I'm going to throw this f******g mobile from the window!
Hm, when you do a factory reset you wipe your freshly installed system as well!
Flash boot.img, reboot to recovery, factory reset if you want, install ROM, wipe cache and dalvik only, reboot!

Hey man ! It happened to me once. You've done it everything right. The problem CAN be the downloaded ROM, it was my problem.
I can give you 2 suggestions:
1) Download the desired ROM again, and repeat.
2) Download the rom from cyanogenmod, xperia zl it's the ODIN one. I've installed the 10/04/2014 nightly, it's working. And proceed like you've already done.
Good luck ! :fingers-crossed:

Relax, in my case: i've reinstalled the stock rom .101 via flashtools.
Used the stock for a day, the next day I installed the cmROM via flashtools and it worked. Try using the flashtools instead of cmd, i think its more reliable. Maybe can be missing some code in cmd , I remember that you have to put "fastboot 0xfce ...."
flashtools link : http://techbeasts.com/2013/10/29/how-to-install-and-use-sony-flashtool-on-xperia-devices/
1- reflash stock .101 (flashtools > flashmode (THIS MODE IS ONLY FOR STOCK ROM) )
2- download cyanogen rom and put the .zip in the root of sd card
3- plug the phone in the pc in fastboot mode (power off the phone, conect the cable pressing volume+ when the blue led appears, it's in fastboot mode)
4- Open flashtools, click on the lightning and choose: fastboot mode > flash kernel to flash boot.img
5- When prompt said that's done, unplug the cable and enter recovery
6- Wipe data, cache, dalvik and flash JUST THE ROM, not gapps already (it can be problem with gapps too)
7- Reboot and it should work but without the apps from google
8- reboot recovery and flash gapps
Good luck again ! :fingers-crossed:

Guys i have royally screwed my girlfriends xperia arc s.
i have been trying to get it all working for about 6 hours but have made a complete mess.
Been trying to install doomkernal but it seems like i cant get any kernels to install at all..
Now the wifi is giving "error" and i have no idea how to fix this.
If i could please get some help urgently would be much appreciated.
If i can get the wifi fixed and some advice on how to get the kernels to install correctly would be much appreciated.
I have done the commands via fastboot to load the boot.img files but ever time i check the kernel in the phone it does not update?

For wifi , you need to flash a fix file provided by doomlord.... read the doomkernel's post completely..
yep i did, i flashed the kernel and it says it worked but in the phone info it does not say that doom kernel is installed.
Ive tried to install a few different kernels and none seem to be working?
downloading 'boot.img'...
(bootloader) USB download speed was 9203kB/s
OKAY [ 0.594s]
booting...
(bootloader) Download buffer format: boot IMG
OKAY [ 0.003s]
finished. total time: 0.597s
Then it shows DoomLord image or free xperia image but once the phone boots up it doesnt seem to change the actual kernel..

Nope can you elaborate sorry guys.

I have fixed the wifi now! Thanks.

If you want this ROM, you've to install a different kernel.
Either DooMKernel for MIUI or BlendMIUI Kernel

Place the ROM on the sdcard.
Install one of the kernels above using ADB.
Boot in the recovery and do a full wipe (also wipe dalvik cache ).
Install *.zip file from sdcard & reboot.
In order what i have been trying to do:
Root the phone with Easy rooting toolkit by DoomLord.
Install CWM with a CWM-Install file i downloaded
Install Kernel (Doesnt seem to work at all)
then install the ROM.
What am i missing or doing wrong? :\
Ok the phone is rooted, CMW is installed.
To install the kernel i go through CMD and do it via fastboot?
This method has not worked for any kernel ive tried to install - it pulls the picture of the kernel on the screen then reboots but doesnt update the kernel?

Yes, use the command fastboot flash boot boot.img (don't forget to open CMD in the fastboot folder).
Then go into recovery, do a full wipe, install *.zip file from sdcard.
Ok MIUI DoomLord complete:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Android\android-sdk\platform-tools>fastboot boot boot.img
downloading 'boot.img'...
(bootloader) USB download speed was 9201kB/s
OKAY [ 0.719s]
booting...
(bootloader) Download buffer format: boot IMG
OKAY [ 0.003s]
finished. total time: 0.723s
It now is displaying the DoomKernel image on the arc but it is doing nothing - the image is sitting there and not moving
15 minutes now and the image still on the Xperia, nothing changing.
This is the problem i seem to keep running into - it wont let me add any kernels at all it just doesnt seem to work?
Anyone know why at allll?
Have you entered CWM after installing kernel?
It was still stuck on the DoomKernel image, only way to get out of it was battery pull.
What do i do :\
* Pulled the battery and im now in CWM. The phone boots up back aswell
Kernel Version exactly the same as before
Push kernel and then enter CWM!
Wipe everything and install ROM.
ok so this is normal?
What settings do i do exactly inside CWM?
Wipe Date/factory reset
Wipe cache partition
Wipe Dalvik Cache
Wipe Batter Stats
In any particular order?
Is there anyway to know the kernel installed correctly even tho it doesnt display in the about phone settings menu?

No, you've written everything in the correct order.
Then install the ROM.
I have to put the rom back on the SD card - meaning i have to put debugging mode etc on - will i need to go back into CWM and wipe everything or just boot it up do the settings transfer the file and then go into recovery and install it?
Will it still be rooted etc and bootloader unlocked?
Put the ROM on your sdcard.
Shutdown device.
Boot in fastboot mode.
Push kernel using ADB.
Reboot and enter recovery.
Wipe everything.
Install *.zip from sdcard.
Reboot & enjoy.
The kernels are prerooted and you're not locking your BL, so of course it is still unlocked.
Done - installing miui now....
Praying this frigggen works !!!
Completed.
Reset.
Phone is stuck on Sony Ericsson screen and not doing anything.. FML.
5 minutes and still on Sony Ericsson.
man this is a joke :\
So another try..
Connect your device with your current ROM to a PC.
Put the ROM (*.zip file) on your sdcard.
Shutdown device.
Connect your device with fastboot mode (pressing menu button) to a PC.
Go to your fastboot folder.
Press shift key, right click and select "Open command window here".
Install kernel by using the command "fastboot flash boot boot.img".
After installing disconnect your device from PC.
Enter CWM recovery by pressing volume down button several times while booting.
Do a full wipe/factory reset, wipe cache, wipe dalvik cache.
Select install zip from sdcard.
Navigate to the folder you've saved the ROM and select it.
After installing select reboot system now.
Hi everyone!
Yesterday i tried to root my HOX and was pretty successful with that. In the beginning at least.
First I wanted to take a look at the MIUI ROM for the one x and it worked like a charm, but I wanted to try some otherones too. So I made a backup(nandroid) of my phone working with MIUI.
The I tried Revolution HD. I had todo a "super wipe" for that. So I did.
All the time I tried to start the flashed ROM I ended up in a Bootloop.
As this didnt worked out like I wanted it, I tried almost everything in the wiki.
As this wasn't working I thought, it's may caused by the rom. So I tried another one: "Insert Coin" which looks pretty much like that, what I wanna have.
But there I have the same problem as with the Revolution HD one.
After restoring the MIUI ROM everything worked like a charm again.
My question now is:
What can I do to make the other one(s) working?
Do I really have todo the total recovery to make it work?
Check if all the steps i have posted for you below have been made:
Did you do as follows?
move your rom over to your sd card
move the boot.img into the following folder: C:\fastboot
now while your phone is set in fastboot and connected to your pc
1.) fastboot flash boot boot.img
Then do not restart your phone, but head over to recovery mode
in recovery mode:
-wipe cache
-wipe data/factory reset
-install .zip from sdcard (install rom)
Restart phone
Enjoy custom rom
????
Profit!
Sounds like you didn't flash the boot.img (properly) before installing the ROM.
Just to add to shadehh's comment, you should type:
fastboot erase cache
Before you type fastboot flash....

Damn! Did I forgot smth?
Here's what I did:
* Download franco r11
* went into fastboot usb
* "fastboot erase cache"
* "fastboot flash boot boot_franco_r11.img "
* Went into recovery (switching off fastboot and choose recovery)
* Cleared cache and made a full wipe
* installed the insertcoin-rom (7.3.0)
Same problem again.
It starts, I can actually see the background screen and everything. the touch does not work and a few seconds later it reboots itself.
Any ideas?
Did you use the super wipe zip file ?

God..please follow this instruction..it is really easy, actually:
1. Download Fastboot files from HERE
2. Download the latest ClockworkMod Touch Recovery from HERE
3. Download your choice of ROM..place it in your sdcard.
4. Extract and place your Fastboot folder on Local Disk C..it will be easier for you..
5. Place the CWM Recovery in the Fastboot folder, rename it to recovery.img. Also extract boot.img from ROM that you have downloaded in it..
6. Reboot your phone and put it to Fastboot Mode..
7. Open Command Prompt, type in:
cd..
cd..
cd fastboot
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot flash boot boot.img <--- This is the STOCK kernel that you have extracted from the ROM
fastboot erase cache
7. Choose RECOVERY and then if you have super wipe script, flash it first. After that flash your choice of custom ROM..if you don't wanna use the super wipe script, you can also use wipe data/factory reset, wipe cache, and wipe dalvik cache, then flash you ROM.
8. Reboot!
9. Wait until the first reboot to finish before you want to flash something like kernel or mods!

You can as long as you flash franco's kernel-modules in recovery after you flashed the boot.img and erased your cache. So, you MUST copy kernel modules to your SD before flashing the new boot.img. It also helps in kernel changes to erase your dalvik-cache under recovery-advanced before your first boot to prevent any app FCs.
hi
i already unlock the bootloader, install custom recovery TWRP, and done a backup
i also copy my backup to PC
now i'm confuse
- i need to root the phone or can i just flash the new room?
- if i need to root the phone i found an italian guide on 4.0 and attach file, can i use that? i have 4.1.1 on mine now
i'm not interested to have HTC stock with root but what i want is to install MIUI ROM
this is the only guide i found in english that explains how to install the rom
external link (i can't post it) miuiandroid.com/community/threads/installing-the-htc-one-x-required-s-on-steps.16592/
what i understand is:
- boot my device power + menu down, to see the FASTBOOT USB i have to select FASTBOOT
- flash the boot.img
- press the power button once (HBOOT i guess), click volume down, highlight recovery & press power
- Flash the downloaded ROM via recovery normally and it followup at this link
external link (i can't post it) miuiandroid.com/community/threads/how-to-update-upgrade-miui.15424/
i need to copy the img rom in SD ROOT before starting with all this process
- now i need to Wipe data/factory reset, Cache Wipe & Dalvik Cache Wipe in all tutorial i found this is done with clockworkmod
in TWRP under menu WIPE i guess are System, Cache, Dalvik buttons
after that i'm note sure if i need to flash italian language, if i don't need and i can just download it later i tihink is not a big deal
unless is all in chinese
is the metod correct?
do i have to copy ROM file in .zip format as i download?
here where i found ROM
from official site grey button miui.com/download-7.html
OR
from UK web site miuiandroid.com/community/threads/3-4-28.20232/
the boot.img is here
point 3 miuiandroid.com/community/threads/installing-the-htc-one-x-required-s-on-steps.16592/
i'm not sure if would be better to use clockworkmod, since most tutorials use that..
thanks
Doesn't matter which recovery you use. Yes just place the zip file on your sd card. Flash boot.img as you already said. Perform a full wipe and then flash the Rom zip. Reboot and its done.
The Roms are pre-rooted so you dont need to worry about that. Italian language should be included i guess.

Heres what i do :
1) Put Rom.zip on SD card
2) Put boot.img in fastboot folder
3) fastboot erase cache
4) fastboot flash boot boot.img
5) fastboot erase cache
6) Reboot into recovery
7) Full wipe (except sd card)
8) Install rom
9) Enjoy new rom

i did my first mess but fortunally i could restore since i had copy the backup on my mac too
i don't know what went wrong but this is what happened:
- i did how was told before, but actually i download boot.img and rom from 2 different sites
- after reboot it didn't move from first screena waited for 15 minutes almost, so i did reboot in recovery tri to wipe but nothing happened
- so i decide to restore... but it did boot even if it was successful
- i thought that if i flashed the boot.img first time i may need to do it again, i found boot.emmc.win, rename it to boot.img, flash it and then i restored successfully
:victory:
now, to try a different rom i need to restore (maybe is safer)? can i copy the rom from recovery or fastboot?
what can it be wrong with my miui rom? could it be boot.img and rom file mismatch? can't find where to download both

i would try a different rom for now, viperx perhaps. and the boot image is in the rom zip, extract the boot img from the rom and put it in your fastboot folder then copy the rom to your sdcard. once you have done that, fastboot erase cache, flash the boot image, fastboot erase cache again, then back into recovery, wipe cache and dalvik just to be sure then use recovery to flash the rom and hey presto. all of the above is assuming you have the one x international tegra 3
I have htc one x european terga 3, as far as I know mini is only for tegra 3
what you describe is exactly what I did:
- I leave the rom zip ad it is, I didn't remove boot.imf that I extract, correct?
- when I flash I hit hoot fastboot, connect USB and fastboot change in fastboot USB, to go back I select Hboot and and hit power, prom there recovery
- I did unlock bootloader but did not get rooted my phone, could it be that?

@nogotaclue sorry i read so many, and some of them sayed that root was not necessary if you flash a new rom, other sayed it could still be necessary... now i rooted with the app and did a new backup that i'm coping on PC
reading further it says: to wipe, install rom, and flash boot.img after
"Now go back and press install. Go to the folder where the ROM you downloaded, is located in. Select the ROM and slide the screen to flash it. After it flashes, press the back button. Press Reboot and Reboot into bootloader. Open the ROM you downloaded from your computer. You should see boot.img. Extract it to your computer. Open my toolkit and press Flash a Kernel.
Locate the boot.img and it will flash it."

yes you can do it that way, i usually flash first but sometimes it does not work, so just flash it last as it says in the tutorial
after root, with the same steps, the ROM starts... but
touch screen is not working :crying:
now i'm gonna look arond to see if i found some post about that

YES :good: without that path touchscreen wasn't working :victory:
hope is not going to mess all up with first update
First of all, I want to tell that I am a beginner and do not know much about rooting and custom ROM installation.
Few days back, I became very keen to know what is custom ROM and is there any custom ROM available for my HTC One X. I searched through internet and found one, downloaded it. Rooted my phone, Unlocked bootloader. After that I installed CWM touch recovery. Everything was going great. Then, I first flashed the kernel given along with that custom ROM. it Flashed. Then, I flashed that Custom ROM. I Showed an error. I flashed it twice or thrice but it stucked on that error. Also in a Hurry, or Excitement, I forgot to take a backup of my previous ROM. After that, I switched on my phone it does nothing and stucked at HTC Bootscreen. I factory reset my phone, it wiped all data from phone. I Thought, a RUU would work, but it also doesn't worked.
I went to HTC Service Center, they are saying that motherboard will be replaced, which is almost of same cost of phone. I cannot spend so much.
I tried so many ways, but nothing worked.
So, I am Finally here seeking help from Experts. Any help will be highly appreciable.
Sorry for my bad English.

Try this, flash this recovery :
https://www.dropbox.com/s/qp21ubo10xetcvn/Philz recovery 5.15.9.img
Make a full wipe and install the rom.zip. and flash the boot.img from the rom.zip
What rom were you trying to flash ?
If its a kitkat ROM you can't use cwm recovery to flash that rom.. you either use philz recovery given by mr hofs or latest twrp recovery from the twrp thread or indexed listing thread..

1. Bootloader was unlocked, i have relocked it. I'll unlock it. no Issues.
2. I have tried CWM philz touch custom recovery. I'll install it again
3. It do not have any ROM at present. Earlier it had 4.2.2 JB Stock ROM
4. Yes, I flashed boot.img. Nothing worked
1. Unlock the bootloader again
2. Flash the Philz-Recovery
3. Boot the Recovery
4. Install the Rom via ADB-Sideload
5. Reboot to bootloader
6. Flash the Kernel (boot.img)
7. Reboot into system
If you get an error, then post the Code here , so we can find out what's wrong with your phone.

sorry for this stupid question. But how to use ADB Sideload..??
Just mount the sdcard in the mounts and storage menu ! No need for adb sideload
And don't just install the rom, you must perform a full wipe before that !
Factory reset
Wipe cache partition
Wipe dalvik cache
Format system
Format data
Format cache
Then install the rom !

If that doesn't work try this , this is what I did when I bricked my HTC One X:
1. Download Fastboot
2. Download adb
3. Download cm-10.2.1-endeavoru.zip (https://download.cyanogenmod.org/?device=endeavoru)
(I used this one , it's justs so you get your SD Card Working again and you can
put ROMS and everything on it again)
4. Download openrecovery-twrp-2.4.0.0-endeavoru-JB (http://techerrata.com/browse/twrp2/endeavoru)
(This one will be used because it has touch ability's and you can install ROMS with it )
4.1 Or you can download recovery-clockwork-touch-6.0.4.7-endeavoru.img (a.k.a Philz recovery)
(This one will be used because it has touch ability's and you can install ROMS with it )
( I used Philz recovery 5.15.9.img (provided by Mr Hofs -> who is a great guy btw)
5. Download openrecovery-twrp-endeavoru-2.1.7 (http://techerrata.com/browse/twrp2/endeavoru
(This one will be used for adb push commands, openrecovery-twrp-endeavoru-2.1.7 has a built
in ability for your sd-Card , adb can recoginze it but the problem is your touch will not work.)
6. Go into bootloader -> fastboot and do this:
6.1 fastboot flash recovery openrecovery-twrp-endeavoru-2.1.7.img
7. Go into recovery (Hboot -> recovery)
7.1 just open the recovery, your touch will probably not work. DONT LOCK IT JUST LEAVE IT OPEN
(ADB sideload didn't work for me so that's why we are going to do this)
IF YOUR TOUCH WORKS YOU CAN SKIP STEP 8
7.2 do this command: adb devices
If you don't find your devices in this then the next steps will not work.
YOU HAVE TO SEE YOUR DEVICE
7.3 do this command: adb push cm-10.2.1-endeavoru.zip /sdcard/
You can only do cm-10.2.1-endeavoru.zip if the zip file is located in the same folder your using
with command. I'm not sure about /sdcard/ . I cant remember anymore But this will put the
but this will put the zip Directly on your SDcard.
8. Go to bootloader -> fastboot
8.1 do this command: fastboot flash recovery openrecovery-twrp-2.4.0.0-endeavoru-JB.img
8.2 or do this command: fastboot flash recovery Philz recovery 5.15.9.img
Your touch wasn't working but it will work now.
9. Go to booloader -> fastboot
9.1 extract the boot.img from the Download cm-10.2.1-endeavoru.zip into the fastboot folder
9.2 do this command fastboot flash boot boot.img
9.3 fastboot erase cache
10. Go back to recovery
10.1 Wipe User Data
10.2 Wipe data cache
10.3 Go to advanced -> wipe Dalvik Cache
11. Install zip from sdcard
11.1 Choose cm-10.2.1-endeavoru.img
11.2 Install the zip WITH full wipe
12. After the install, reboot. You should have a full functional HTC ONE X now
13. Now but your ROM's(ZIP FILES)/Recovery(ZIP FILES)/Kernels and everything you want on your HTC because
You can see your HTC on your PC again!
I tried adb push.. But i cant find the pushed zip on sd card in recovery.. Moreover i tried flashing using fastboot command i.e. fastboot flash zip rom.zip it ended with an error <remote not allowed>

For maximus hd do this :
Flash Philz 5.15 and mount the sdcard and wait literally minutes to let the sdcard pop up, copy the rom, do a full wipe and install it then also flash the boot.img from the maximus rom in the bootloader and reboot the phone
Don't make this so hard on yourself !
Philz 5.15 recovery is not flashed. And ended with an error 0xa . any other way??

Uhm really.....second time : post the error/your taken steps ! I'm not playing a game of sharades here ......

Please don't get angry on me.. M a beginner.

1.Make sure you are using the right kernel version for the Rom,and for your device (CM based kernels for CM based Rom's,and Sense for Sense,etc..)
2.Make sure you are flashing boot.img using the correct commands and a procedure
3.And make sure that recovery is compatible with the rom (example Viper rom and Phil'z advance recovery,etc..)
The right commands for flashing the kernel are
1.Go into fastboot mode on your phone
2.Connect the phone and PC
3.command is: fastboot flash boot.img (you can drag and drop your boot.img of choice right in the command window instead of typing the whole name of it)
4.after flashing it's done do the: fastboot erase cache without leaving the terminal
5.Now just unplug the phone from usb cable and reboot into recovery
6.Now find the zip of that kernel you've just flashed on your sd card (I assume you've placed it there) and install it by flashing that zip(that's where the modules are)
7.reboot and that should be it.

I downloades this recovery: TWRP Recovery [2.7.1.0] [Unofficial] http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2776581
I downloaded One_X_4.18.401.3_odexed stock rom from Mike.
Then i run the commands:
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot erase cache
Then i unplug the phone and and reboot into recovery.
I do a factory reset and wipe data.
Then i choose to install the rom from sd card and the rom installs complete.
I start the phone then after a few minutes Google Play and Sense start to FC all the time and the phone restarts and hangs at the HTC logo and i cant do nothing anymore.
What im doing wrong, i have flashed roms several years and never had these difficulties.
Where can i find the kernels for stock roms?

Here are some kernels
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2226360 (this one I've used on sense stock Rom,and it's a good one for battery life
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2588449 (here you have versions both for aosp and sense rom's,also great kernels from @audahadi )
And you can try some sense rom's other then mike's,cause as i understand his rom is something firmware dependent as well as cid,I'm not really sure cause I haven't used it or tried to flash it at all
Also think about trying regular cwm recovery or Philz, just try differnet stuff and I'm sure you'll figure it out.
