[Q] No Notifications on CM 10.1 - Galaxy Ace II Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hey,
i just installed CM 10.1 on my Galaxy Ace 2 and it runs fine. So thanks for it.
I only got 1 bug which is really annoying: I dont receive any notifications from apps anymore. I installed all apps via Titanium Backup to have them and all the saves/settings too.
Does anyone know how to fix this? Any help would be really nice.

[Q] 4.1.2 Expanding Notifications Issue

Hi guys,
I flashed Android Revolution HD 5.0 (4.1.2) and have a problem where I cant expand notifications. I dont mean the drawer, the actual notification for example GMAIL, SMS, Email. As in using two fingers and swiping down to view more information like in 4.1.1. I then tried Wanamlite rom and got the same thing. Then used super-wipe script and still the same. People on Android Revolutions HD's thread have the same issue.
Anyone know anything about this? Seems strange if Samsung disabled it in 4.1.2.
Cheers

[Q] Question about the 'people' app on Cyanogenmod 10.1 for Gio

Hello everyone,
Just a few days ago I decided to start looking into rooting and flashing my Gio with a newer software. Only to discover that there's an amazing community out there, still putting in time into improving everyone's experience even with old-ish low-end phones that the manufacturers have already kicked to the curb. Really amazing stuff!
Anyway, I grabbed a recent Cyanogenmod 10.1 RC from Jenkins and flashed it to my phone. It runs incredibly smooth and I'm very happy with the result.
The only thing that irks me is the contact manager app included, I think it's called 'People'. It keeps on forcing me to sync everything with my Gmail account. Now I know this is just how Android was designed to work and that in the case of my Gio, Samsung created their own dialer and contacts. Is there maybe an App or a possible future Cyanogenmod update that will allow me to simply store the contacts on my phone without linking it to anything else, like in the old Samsung contacts list I had on my Gio when it was stock?
Cheers in advance!
I'd like to sync it to Google because I like to flash ROMs so if I wiped my data, just login back to GAccount and ur contact will back
But if u don't like it, just disable auto sync from settings

Note 5 port, gear 2 not syncing notifications

Hi guys,
So thanks to the note 5 port (with shinto kernel), my note 3 feels like a new device. Literally everything works, except gear 2 (is not syncing notifications). Did anyone figured out a workaround? Perhaps someone can post titanium backup of gear manager from latest t mobile stock lolipop? Thanks

Panel Toggles Missing

Hi all,
I recently updated my s6 to stock Android 5.1.1 Sprint (G920PVPU3BOL1). It's all fine, except that I am missing some toggles in the notification panel (mobile data and hotspot, mostly). I made some research and it seems it is a general issue with galaxy s6. A workaround often suggested is installing "QuickPanel Restore" from the Galaxy Apps application. I got it and installed it, but it did not work.
Can anyone help ? It will be very much appreciated, thanks.
