Hi,
Recently, I got a GT-S8600 (Wave 3) with Bada 2.0 but... You know, Bada isn't the best OS for a Samsung's phone, so, I want to know if there's any news about Android port on a Wave 3, you'll maybe tell me Wave 1 and Wave 2 isn't stable but, really... If anyone can work or can tell me how to port Android for Wave 3 it'll maybe beautiful. I want it so much to really test the Wave 3 performance, and with Bada I can't do it.
So, if any of you have somes news about it...
Thanks.

1.2 for wave s525 will be released soon!
or
wait for the developers to modify big wave phones
if they are able to modify that
we can too enjoy the consequences!

I think, Bada 2 is comming for all Samsung with Bada
Is it possible to get android in Wave II if so everything works fine in that ???
No...
Currently it is not possible.
Wrong section.
Android port is for the moment only for Wave I, but as Wave I is very similar to Wave II, the progress of the android port (refer here) is nearly the same.
Hi there, I'm a samsung wave 8500 own and I'm so tired to have the Bada OS... I've seen thare are some problem with the modem in the android ICS porting. In your opinion could be easiler try to made a porting for windows phone 7? some days ago I tried the samsung Omnia 7 a phone that, in my opinion, had similar hardware components but is more fluid reacive speed and pretty. the similar hardware componets could be an help to create a porting?
ps Sorry for my bad english
I am thinking about buying a Wave flagship smartphone since I have only used the Wave 533 which is a low-end model of Bada 1.1. So nostalgia hit me once again and I have finally decided to buy a Wave flagship (I have money but I try to use them wisely) but I do not know if whether I should pick the Wave 1 or the Wave 3 since after buying it I will use Bada for awhile but then install Android on it. As far as I know there's no Android for Wave 3 even though hero355 uploaded a video with a Wave 3 running android and there's no Android 7 on Wave 1.
Leave what you think down below.
P.S. For developers: is the FOTA encryption that hard compared to Wave 1 that you cannot develop Android on a 5 year old device?
Need to buy wave 1 or 2.
If you want, I can sell you 1 for 30 euros )
Hi! I'm asking if you can install samsung OS on non samsung devices(in my case realme GT ME), because I personally think that realme's UI is just boring. If you can do that, please let me know how. If not, than thanks for the information(sorry for bad english)
Buy Samsung if you wany Samsung ui
The only reason i didn't bought samsung is that my realme got the suoer fast charger (65 W)
It was possible throught Project Treble, but nowadays you can't find any ported OEM roms.
I have a Samsung S22+ and a Realme GT2 Master, I can send you an OEM Rom of each one if you need. But I don¡t know the process to apply.

Both Realme and Samsung are Android phone's . If one is boring , then same goes with the other . You have chosen Realme not only for 65w charger , it's got 120Hz display + good proc + samsung parts + good camera sensors , all while it cost's only 65% of a Samsung phone with same spec. I've tested lot's of android phones over the years , Motorola's and Nokia's firmware are 100% cleaner and snappyer than samsung firmware. In other words , why do you ask for all the system when you can just install a more feature rich launcher from store ? If someone ports Samsung os to your phone , he cannot keep steps or be responsible for same os updates / stability and won't promise that .
