This might be a stupid question but I know there is a way to do this maybe not with tmobile rom...... But on internation roms I was able to have the emoji icon where the microphone icon is on the keyboard to not have to longpress to get to actual emoji etc etc...... So my question is does anybody know how to put the emoji icon "happy face" where the microphone is

Anyway to hack or change theme on the default samsung sms app? I hate the colors. I don't need fancy photos or graphics, I'd just like to change the solid colors for the bubbles and then background.
You can actually change the bubbles and background of the default text messaging app by opening the app press menu /settings.. You'll see bubble style and background style.. Click each then slide over to the style you want

I personally like what comes with as to customizing the messaging threads. Though a mod to customizing it would be nice add on.
Do you want it to look like this with stock ROM?

I think that's a bug.. Also with the images showing up small and no ability to zoom in on them without saving to the gallery... It's very annoying! I think it was sprint that just got a update that fixed this problem... Hopefully we'll be seeing the same soon..

Does the sprint ver. have Extended toggles? am i just missing something in the settings lol
You mean in the notification drop down? I was wondering the same. Coming from the GSIII I'll surely miss those.

I CAME ACROSS AN EASY WAY TO GET PIE AND A NAVIGATION WHILE ON MC2 I THOUGHT I'D SHARE.
USING THE XPOSED FRAMEWORK INSTALL THE LATEST GravityBOX APP. WITHIN THE APP UNDER STATUS BAR IS AN OPTION TO ENABLE PIE, AND THEN THERE'S ANOTHER OPTION TO ENABLE A STATUS BAR.
NEITHER CAN BE CUSTOMIZED ALL THAT MUCH BUT WORK FLAWLESSLY.
Sent from my SPH-L900 using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
Im confused, why couldn't you have pie working before without an xposed module? I use it with our rom more than anything since I found it.
Do you have a different version of pie than I do? This is what im using now...

Yeah I've checked that one out before too. I always put pie on but unless I'm on aosp and can customize apps and theme it, I forget it's there and don't ever end up using it.
I just wanted to share a cool feature in that xposed app.

I use the LMT launcher to get pie. All you have to do is download and install the apk

I am running the DarthStalker ROM I don't know if that makes a difference or not, but stock also had the settings menu separated into 4 tabs? I read somewhere on the Verizon Note 3 forum that you press the menu button when your under settings menu and you can change it back to the old look without the 4 tabs. But for some reason antebellum I hit the menu button when I'm on the settings menu nothing happens?? Anyone know how to change this? Thanks

Anyone?
Sent from my SM-N900T using Tapatalk 2
It's disabled on the T-Mobile version (the menu press option in settings) - you have to hack up the apk or find a way to trick the phone into thinking its VZW for it to work (latter would likely cause other issues elsewhere though, but I could be wrong).
Damn. I hate the tabs. With a passion. Running a 9005 rom and still no workie.
