Idk if the older touchwiz launchers have it but in the newest one just press menu on the home screen and then press edit. Then press the blue home symbols on the corner of the tiles. Refer to pic.

Pick a background. I use GMD gestures. No dock bar icons, no screen icons and no widgets. The perfect desktop on a smartphone for me without losing a bit of functionality. Doubt I'll ever go back to screen clutter.

You cannot with barebones stock unrooted. You need to be rooted and either flash a zip file to modify the necessary files...or use an AOSP ROM.
TWiz is downright primitive in this respect of basic customizability at stock.
Thanks for your respond but I can't fine the right flash zip to make possible! !!

It's clearly possible.
Just someone has to make it happen.
From what I've gathered the Sprint Tab has a different CPU. As of now there is NO Custom Rom or Mod that enables multi window on the SM-T210(R). But I am sure it will be there once CM 10.x is ported over.
i have a t211 one and i dont have that option
run 4.1.2
any idiea
sorry for bad eng
