nokia x is the latest android device launched by nokia
and every one want to root it find its custom rom
but before that we need to boot into nokia x recovery mode
so 1st step is covered
i will tell you how to open nokia android recovery
it is very simple
just power off your nokia x
now wait for 15-20 seconds
now press the power button you will se nokia written on screen
now just press the volume up button for 5-6 seconds and poof
you are in nokia android recovery

Why can't you load fastboot? You can't enter the bootloader screen by holding Power button and Vol down button for more than 10 seconds?

1. Turn off your device
2. Press Volume + and Power Button 15 seconds
BootLoader Mode:
1. Turn off your device
2. Remove wires and battery
3. Hold on Volume + Key while you connect USB
4. Device should be detected as Qualcomm CDMA Technologies MSM
At least Nokia recovery, allow us to do & restore weird backups.

Guys i think i found a way to boot into recovery atleast!
use the same nokia X tools and try to flash "gapps", follow all the instructions to do so!
and then along the procedure it will try to boot into cwm recovery n finds that there is no recovery at all! and then "downloading boot.img comes up and it installs cwm recovery and boots into it ! voila!

Hi guys plz tell I have flashed wrong Rom and stuck in Nokia x logo and unable to get enter into recovery mode
problem solve when nokia x,xl stuck on nokia logo
all you have to do is :
1-twrp recovery
2-nokia x flasher
3-nokia xl or x original official rom
( nokia xl original rom name is rm-1030 (search on google)
(nokia x original rom official name is rm-980 (search on google)
4-nokia x manager
how to install
1-open phone when phone stuck on nokia logo join the usb between phone and computer
2-open nokia x manager and wait to detect your phone ,then click on reboot to recovery
3-when phone reboot to recovery choose ( wipe ) then click on (option buttom) {in left under the middle} and click on any thing except (sd card):good:
4-slide to perform wipe data/factory reset
5-when finish click reboot
6-remove phone battery and wait 10 seconds and put it again
7-when phone is closed click on the( power buttom ) and (low voice buttom) then when phone vibrate click on low voice buttom only fo 20 seconds
8-you will find that phone stop on nokia logo again
9-remove usb from phone then put it again
10-open nokia x flasher on computer then it will detect your phone automatecly
11-now it is the most important part ,just on the left of nokia x flasher click on system and choose system file from the files u downloaded in rm-1030 or rm-980 and click on data and chose( user data from the files you downloaded) and the rest like that . click start flashing and wait to finish.
12-after doing that click repoot if your phone didn't repoot ,remove the battery and put it again
13-it will stop on the nokia logo for 1 or two minutes then show the language list to choose language then open)
14-your phone will back to you again thanx
iam sure its 100% works but its not my responsible if your phone damage or stuck again

I've tried to flash a custom Revolution HD rom on my HTC One M8. After its complete installation, my phone won't boot and I can't even enter custom recovery mode..... please help

How to enter Fastboot Mode for HTC One 2014 M8
Power off the smartphone completely.

After several seconds with the phone turned off you should press Power. slide to vol down!
After the device powers on you need to press and hold Volume Down and then press again Power.
This will load the Bootloader Mode of your HTC One M8 and you can release all buttons.

Hey Guys,
I want to install Windows Phone/Mobile 10 on my Nokia Lumia 920 and tried some Tutorials already.
I always stuck on the "NOKIA"-Bootlogo after installing Windows 10.
I did the following steps:
- Downloaded WPInternals 1.2
- unlocked bootloader with RM821_3051.50009.1424.0004_RETAIL_eu_croatia_511_04_445648_prd_signed.ffu, FAST8960_PHI.hex & Engineering-SBL3-Lumia-920.bin
- Made a Backup of all my Files (with W8.1)
- Used "Platform => Flash => Custom ROM" to install Lumia_920_RM_821_10.0.14393.67_windowsmania / WIN10_10.0.10586.36_LUMIA_920 (tried both)
- Flashing worked fine, After finishing, Lumia displayed green screen with NOKIA Logo.
- After Reboot it stucked on NOKIA Logo (black Screen).
Did I something wrong?

you tried hard reset with key combination?
Press and hold the following buttons Camera + Volume down + Power until your phone vibrates, then release only the Power key and keep pressing the Camera + Volume down for a couple of seconds 4-5s until the phone reboots..
or Press Volume DOWN and keep pressing it while you connect the charger until you see an exclamation mark!
Press - in this order - Volume UP - Volume DOWN - POWER - VOLUME DOWN.
Your phone will reset and reboot. Pls be patient during the reset process.
i put custom ROM without problem to croatian Lumia 920... i not have any problem with upgrade
only what now on mind is to try change retail FFU to poland ROM maybe???

just now i unlocked one 920... and yes after boot unlock started to bootloop reset... press and hold volume minus, after exclamation Volume up, Volume minus, power, volume minus and is fixed...
if not help, start WDRT and flash original SW again
