and there isn't changelog
but if you try this ROM may be you never change it ......

Well, I've used the version 09 and I've changed it...
Every ROM I see of this cooker seems to have a lot of bugs...
I don't know if they are really bugs, are just "noobiness" of the users who install it...but at the end, I feel a lot reluctant to install it on my device...
A good changelog, would help to convince me and take these fears away...
It's the only ROM that mentions "PagePool", but at the end, I don't know what that means. If it's good or bad. Do other ROMs have it? If so, how big? Is it the big, the better, or the other way around?
Which bugs were corrected with this ROM?
Any tweaks? Registry Optimized? If yes, which optimizations have been made?
Is this ROM faster than the previous releases? If so, at which costs?
Battery consumption? Improved? Or is the device faster, but with more battery consumption?
See, this are the questions that are in my mind, and probably in many others minds...
I have a ROM form another cooker installed, because he has a great Changelog. I knew exactly in what I was getting into before installing the ROM. I really don't understand why the ROM from this cooker don't have a complete changelog...is it supposed to be a secret or what?

P.S- My english is not perfect, but I guess it's much more understandable than the english on the changelogs. Maybe...and just Maybe... there's somebody here in this forum who could make a right translation from Vietnamese to English...and even better: who could speak with the cooker to make a full changelog...

Well said, s1rl4ncel0t... I completely agree. And your English may not be perfect, but it's pretty damn close. Wish I could say the same for the OP. I also tried 3.00.07.13 PDAVIET; it had too many bugs and eventually hung my Trinity after a reset. Probably won't try PDAVIET again.

Can we get a link other than the crappy rapidshare? I always get either the message that I am already downloading or I have reached my download limit or I have to wait for 108 minuts or so, although I have not downloaded anything for ages from rapidshare... rapidshare just sucks.

The key word here is - official.
Kies gonna have this rom afaik.

I'm hoping updates through Kies will not delete data on the phone.

If it is the beta JF6 firmware and just got "offical" now, it is not better than the JG5, because there are more bugfixes..

Indeed! i'm happy with JG5 right now! with no changelog i'll wait until it's tested!

No Source? No Infos where this build comes from? sorry but as long as it is not on kies this firmware is for sure not official, so i will stay with JG5 and wait for a kies firmware.

@Dexter: Why should it be more stable just if it is official? If it is the same JF6 like the beta, then the JG5 is more stable..
Maybe samsung makes some FWs official and this needs some time. So when a FW is official it could be obsolete, because the newer ones are better (but not offical - until yet)

Link for JF6 'beta' what you are talking about pls.

Ok, there is no JF6 (just found JF5 and JF7), but the name is a code or?
I9000 - > product code
XW - > region / network carrier designation (dunno what XW is)
J - > release year (J = 2010).
F - > release month (F = June).
6 - > version number.

I have here a tutorial that will help you to install wp7.8 on your lumia 610.
New Firmwares!!!
Firmware avaible for the following models
Supported 610 models are:
- Nokia lumia 610 (RM-835)
- Nokia lumia 610 (RM-836)
Supported 800 models are:
- Nokia lumia 800 (RM-801)
Supported 900 models are:
- Nokia lumia 900 (RM-823)
Supported 710 models are:
- Nokia lumia 710 (RM-803)
- Nokia lumia 710 (RM-809)
Supported 510 models are:
- Nokia lumia 510 (RM-889)
What you need is:
Nokia care suite:http://www.softpedia.com/get/Mobile-Phone-Tools/Nokia/Nokia-Care-Suite.shtml
Navifirm:http://www.softpedia.com/get/Mobile-Phone-Tools/Nokia/NaviFirm-Plus.shtml
Step 1) Download the Firmware:
- First download Navifirm and extract it to your desktop in a folder named Navifirm
- open Navifirm and choose by server: Nokia care suite
- Now browse for your phone in my Case it is the nokia lumia 610 (RM-835)
- Download the firmware 8858
- Wait for it to finish download can take up to ~10 minutes
- After the download is complete navigate to the Fw folder and stay there!
Step 2) Flashing the firmware:
- Download and install nokia care suite 5.0 from the link in this thread
- Open the Application launcher and from there choose (Product support tool for store 5.0)
- Now connect your nokia lumia 610 to your pc and leave it powered on!
- Go to file and open product type in RM-835 and choose the device
- and then by no connection choose USB1 RM-835 and click on the sync button.
- Now click on the tab programming and choose recovery.
- in the down right corner you see download progress and behind that a green squere click on the arrow behind the green squere and choose ''open data package location''
- The folder should be empty that is good now go to the Navifirm folder and copy all the files inside the Fw folder to the folder from Nokia care suite!
- DO NOT FORGET TO CICK ON UPDATE LIST!
- after you done that click in nokia care suite on the 1066.0000.8858.12470 firmware and click on start your phone will shut down and the screen will stay black.
- Wait for the progress to be done and your phone will have WP7.8!

I have a Nokia Lumia 610 that was bought from Carphone Warehouse and was carrier unlocked straight out of the box, the only firmware i can find on navifirm that is remotely close is Tesco_GB does this lock it to tesco or just put tesco branding on the phone? there are other firmwares that say CV_GB_VAR22....whatever, are these for UK (Great Britain) and what effect does it have on the phone?
sorry for all the questions, ive done loads of googling on this and cant find a scrap of info that would help.

Wich fw do you use?

Lumia 900 cannot remove a battery for an RM number. I'd want to back my phone up before doing this in case something goes wrong.

Windows 8 WORKS. I just got it to work atleast. After you installed the Care Suite, you need to go to the install location and then the drivers folder. Install all of those and it now turns up in the options screen.

the only other reason why the beta key dont work is maybe u filled in the wrong details on the revolutionary page. i would start again, fill in the drop down boxes and try again

It is a FOTA, (Firmware Over The Air), update and you can check... Settings > Software update... to see if it is available for you. Alternatively, you can connect to the Samsung PC suite, Smart Switch and check via that.

So no image Clipper feature after update as in s23.
Nice Samsung, it seems, taht the most expensive phone on the market is not premium enough to get relevant features even from lower tier devices...
And they are talking about improved support etc... nonsense

Maybe you should wait for the S23 to be officially out, this is nothing more than a Gallery update.

I have now been on this One UI 5.1 update for 10 days and have not experienced any battery drain or lags. In fact I would go so far as to say that my battery life is improved.
2 caveats are that I do not use the Samsung keyboard which some people have linked to a battery drain and the other is that as per all updates I used...
