[Q] E980 notification light not working; need advice on hardware part change

I recently bought Lg Optimus G pro E980, AT&T model. It does not work even when i turn ON phone. seems hardware change. if it change part on below link, will it fix the this issue. i tried to reach seller but he isn't able to confirm this. so need your input.

How to remove U+ roaming clock/application/ from LG G3 F400l

Hello guys. I installed android 6.0 on my korean LG G3 f400l. After that this U+ application just won't go away. I don't want to root it. Do you have any solution regarding this? Thanks in advance.

Google assistant not working offline on moto g4 plus rr os

Plz help me ..google assistant is not working offline on my phone with rr os ..i have downloaded offline speech yet it is not working!!

As far as I know it will not work offline on any ROM
