LG KS20 - MS20 - how to disable camera

I own an LG MS20 (similar to KS20 with no wifi or gps) and I need to disable the camera.
Is it possible with registry editing?
Can I simply delete the lgcamera.exe file?

I am looking into adding an LG launcher bar to an aosp rom I run OMGB but I can't find it anywhere.
The one in particular I am looking for is on the LG vortex phone. It has four seats and an all app button.

[Q] E980 notification light not working; need advice on hardware part change

I recently bought Lg Optimus G pro E980, AT&T model. It does not work even when i turn ON phone. seems hardware change. if it change part on below link, will it fix the this issue. i tried to reach seller but he isn't able to confirm this. so need your input.
