Hi, you can try Apex launcher or another launcher on the play store for this. I know Apex, NOva have this feature

Thanks for the reply, but I really hate custom launchers because they mess with it too much and add garbage. The Google experience launcher is perfect but I hate that Google now is always there. If the stock launcher had the transparent navigation bars that's would be good.

Hm? Nova launcher then dont use all of its feature

Transparent soft keys, or transparent nav. bar? Transparent navbar you got in Nova, APEX, Kcin and Google Expirience launchers. For transparent soft keys use Xposed Framework and Gravity Box. You can change soft keys color.

Thanks, and my bad transparent navigation bar. I've tried gravity box through xpose but I does not do exactly what I want.

The Google Now homescreen can be turned off by long pressing your homescreen and going to settings. It's the option at the top I believe. To remove the persistent search bar, you can install an Xposed module called Xposed GEL settings.

Launcher pro and ADW will both let you hide it.
GO Launcher can also hide the dock

need a app that reverts the app tray to 4 rows

I want to see if anyone else finds the app trays too crowded. Can this be edited on the prop build or something
You can download another launcher and change it there.

I recommend Holo Launcher. It's exactly the same as the stock launcher, but it has much more options and customisability.. including app drawer options and transitions and stuff.
It looks way too empty with 4x4 rows though in my opinion:
Nova launcher let's you do this. I switched it down too as I also felt it was too crowded.

nova, apex, go, I think almost any third party launcher will let you do it.
Pretty much what everybody else said. If recommend nova or apex.

What the smoothest launcher and support softkey?

LG stock launcher is very good, smooth and beautiful.
Gpro home button is difficult to press.
but when activate softkey for my gpro, dockbar is overlap bottom app row.
so i looking for the smoothest launcher and support softkey, I realy love softkey.
sorry for my bad english.

I've found Nova Launcher to be the best in terms of both performance and accommodating of the altered screen dimensions when using soft keys. Some others like Holo and Apex handle the soft key bar fine in portrait mode, but do some odd things in landscape orientation that case icons and widgets to overlap. Nova works flawlessly for all scenarios.
Try 3d launder?

try apex launcher. its smooth and supports themes too
Just to add more confusion, I am a huge fan of Action Launcher. There are some things that I wish it did differently, but I love the slideout application tray.

For $15.99? No thanks.
Nova does well for what you're asking. It also seems smoother to me compared to other home screen replacements. Apex has a nifty tablet mode built in but I'm not sure if it merges the status bar + nav keys at the bottom.
