[Q] Stock Recovery Can't Access External Memory - Samsung Galaxy W I8150

Hi..
I need help..
My galaxy wonder can't startup, just stuck at samsung logo, and suddenly shut down.
1. I flashed original gingerbread firmware via ODIN, it shows PASS message in blue notification, but my galaxy wonder still won't startup, still the same : stuck at samung logo, and suddenly shut down
2. I flashed CWM 5.504 and 6.04, ODIN show PASS message in blue notification. But when I entered recovery mode, CWM wasn't isntalled.
3. And when I entered stock recovery and apply update from sdcard, I couldn't access to external mcard. My phone show contents of internal storage, not external
Anyone can help me please?
Sorry for my bad English

Before flash original firmware, do a wipe data and wipe cache.

stuck at orange triangle.

I wiped /cache, /system, and dalvik and data. Then i tried selecting a zip file from my sd card but I was not able to do so. So i decided to power off the phone and enter recovery again but now I am stuck at the samsung galaxy triangle screen! what can i do to get out of this? This happened when I tried going from starburst 1.6 to viperROM v2.
Hey I had this same problem this afternoon and got it back to normal.
First I did a system restore following these steps,
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1282420&highlight=Eg30
Then with odin rerooted with zedomax's kernel
http://downloadandroidrom.com/file/Epic4GTouch/kernel/ZedomaxEpicTouchKernel//SPH-D710_Zedomax_EpicTouchKernel-v3.tar
And then flashed the new ROM following the format system, wipe everything, install zip method.
Hope this helps

Boot into CWM and reflash the starburst rom. wipe cache, wipe dalvik caches and format system under mounts and storage.
When this problem happened to me, my phone couldn't mount the internal storage device or the sd card so it wouldn't do even a normal boot, in CWM it couldn't find any ROMs to install, and I would get error messages when trying to wipe data etc. Then after a few reboots and battery pulls it was stuck at the yellow triangle screen. Download mode was the only thing it would boot into so I was forced to follow the steps described above.

PLEASE HELP! Can't boot or use CWM

I'm on the latest AOKP Jelly Bean build. Everything was working perfectly fine until I rebooted by phone after a charge. It gets stuck at the Google screen for about 4 or 5 minutes then just goes black. I can get into Clockworkmod, but it's showing a whole bunch of errors every time I try to do anything "E: Can't open cache/recovery/log, E: Can't mount cache/recovery/log". It also will not mount the SD card.
Please help!!!
I had this problem when I first unlocked the bootloader and rooted. Do a search for returning your phone to stock. You only need to do the last step that flashes the system partition. You will lose your data, but your phone should work.
This is the site I used, step 6 only:

Use Odin http://db.tt/PVsnbLIM
And flash this https://dl.google.com/dl/android/aosp/mysid-imm76k-factory-98d21321.tgz
If you want to attempt to save ur data boot into recovery and with using adb from a PC run
adb pull data/media.. and see if it works. try to mount /data first but I have a feelin its gone
Recovery Options
If you can get into CWM, what happens if you do a wipe of system, data and dalvik then reboot?
If that fails, your next step is to try and reflash a new ROM image, but that could be tricky if you don't already have a ROM image on the sdcard partition on the phone. I don't know how you can copy a new image over to the phone if you can't boot to Android. If anyone knows how to do that, it would be useful to know...
CMW > mounts and storage > mount /data
adb push NAME OF File.zip /sdcard/
unmount /data

Go to CWM then connect your phone to PC in CWM go mount and storage and then mount usb storage now you should see the phones internal memory on pc and external sd if You have now downloading for example 7amada V5 rom its gb but pretty stable and smooth and then copy to internal storage then unmount usb storage the in CWM:
wipe data
wipe cache
wipe dalvik cache (in advanced)
format system
format cache
and then in CWM go to install zip from sdcard and select the zip file from sdcard which you download and flash then reboot.

1. Which CWM version are you using
2. What ROM are you trying to flash
The first thing you should realize, is that formatting the /system means that Android no longer exist in your phone. Therefore you can no longer boot into your phone; boot into Recovery instead.
The second thing: Are you sure you're trying to flash a ROM explicitly made for the W? ROM from different devices most likely will not be able to run on the W. In fact, the error message "No space on this device" might very well mean that CWM tried to flash the ROM onto the wrong partition.

can't wipe/data factory reset or dalvik cache..

can i ask ya'll a simple life saving question !?
i'm unable to wipe data/factory reset.. even dalvik cache.. phone restarts into recovery or just hangs at Samsung logo upon trying to recover from Nand backup where it just fails at the point of either kernel or data wipe to further go ahead and rewrite them from the backup itself.. could be partition error maybe!?
well i'm able to mount data, but then again fail to format, it just restarts the whole recovery again..
hence, i can't do any ROM flashing, nothing whatsoever.. any inputs!?
using Odin maybe i should just install the stock firmware .tar file n then try factory reset !? it would wipe internal SD i'm sure and maybe that works..
Help me out in this brethren plz, any inputs!? my phone's almost rendered useless..
i was using my fav DN4 ROM.. when i tried to replace my phone battery, it just got stuck on Samsung logo..
unable to mount data
I got same problem
in twrp I got unable to mount data
my battery get problem
then my note 02 getting stuck
I was using eclipse
what should i do

SM-T210R can't mount /system

Okay so today I tried to flash Inspirekat v2.1 rom on my galaxy tab 3 via latest TWRP, and after I wipe system, data, dalvik cache and cache I reboot into the system and I can't get passed the samsung galaxy tab 3 splash screen after some time I found out that the problem is the unability to mount the /system file, then I tried CWM and still the same thing.
Unfortunately I didn't make a backup because I didn't have any precious data there so I just thought I would skip that, I've also tried formatting all data on internal storage but with no avail...could anyone light up a candle for me?

If you wiped "system" after you flashed, then you no longer have a rom installed. Re-flash the rom.

Sorry I messed it up a bit in my previous post, I didn't wipe system "after" I flash but before I flashed
Every time I try to flash it just takes a minute then I reboot into the system; same thing happens then I get back into recovery to see that the /system is unmounted and can't be mounted back also when I try "repair partition" it shows that only 54mb of /system partition is used and around 1300mb is free, any insight on that?
Some errors about not being able to read storage file context and can't find path to /sdcard also appear sometimes on the log window or however it's called at the top right.

TWRP does have some issues mounting system sometimes.
Once you boot into recovery, choose the reboot recovery option and try the flash sgain.
