I'm curious as to whether or not it is possible to write and compile appliciations natively on the HTC Touch Pro 2. Is this possible? Or would I need something like Rhobuntu to be able to get access to a terminal and a compiler?
Here is a video showing Ubuntu Touch in action . The port still needs some work, but is usable. This device currently has other images available as well.
There is a crowdfunder going on here
I saw that there was an Ubuntu Touch port for the d2spr but after reading through the thread I found that it was zonked. I've yet to find any information in regards to FirefoxOS B2G.
Has anyone successfully operated either of these OS's? Are they worth flashing? Are they even available to the Sprint Galaxy S III?
Hello Everyone,
I'm a newbie trying to make my Samsung Galaxy tab3 10.1'' 3G dual boot(Jelly bean 4.2.2 and ubuntu). Can someone help me here to make it with steps from the beginning. Why I'm doing this is I'm very comfortable with ubuntu desktop and I want to work from tab with same experience.
Also, Can I get the physical(Home Button), capacitor button working and the 3G?
Thanks,
Haseeb
Ubuntu Touch is available for GT-I9100G. Recently, I bought a new GT-I9100G. But I don't find nowhere for GT-I9100G. I need help for porting Ubuntu Touch on GT-I9100G.
P.S: Sorry for bad English
Download an app named Linux deploy from play store and install any destro as you desire from this app.
