Look through the forum and have seen several kernels to version 4.4.2, I would like to know what room based on that versiƱon and what kernel is recommended for it.
I currently use Carbon 4.4.2 Rom with Kevinjoa own kernel.
thanks

Where can i download the ktoonsez stock kernel to recover my wifi and bluetooth drivers...i couldnt find the link...
Thanks

There is no such thing as a ktoonsez stock kernel. Ktoonsez makes custom kernels. Tell us which rom you are referring to, and maybe we can help you out with the kernel from that rom.
Flash a stock firmware to restore the drivers. You have to find your carrier specific firmware, or you could try installing a stock kernel. Those would probably be your easiest ways.
He's got a link in the first post of his thread to a rooted stock kernel that has all the stock modules

Houstonn has made a geehrc kernel that allows E975 Optimus G's camera to work when flashing his roms, and our SlimBean 4.3 and Presumably my illusion rom 2.5, since it's built on the 4.3 Slim base.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=45183113&highlight=geehrc#post45183113
Just so you guys know, houstonn has mentioned that he's going to take down all of his files and delete his XDA as he is moving to a new device, so you might want to pull his geehrc kernels and all the roms on his test folder before that happens.
E975 (probably e977 also?) kernel found here:
http://downloads.codefi.re/houstonn/test/kernel-geehrc-houstonn-4.3-JSS-0901.zip
Houstonn's 4.3 roms: (Paranoid Android, Carbon Rom, RasbeanJelly, CM 10.2)
http://downloads.codefi.re/houstonn/test/
SlimBean:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2380082
Illusion ROM:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2424937
happy flashing
You're welcome to try all of our 4.3 ROM's but I'm not sure if they all work perfect with his kernel.
So,what's the point in flashing a rom that will not get support in the near future?

Good roms are always welcome.
Would be great that you could make a E975 rom, I'm downloading the at&t ROM and won't show 13mgpx in cam.

The roms are excellent, and whatever magic sauce is in that kernel you guys should pull off of his github also, then you can flash whatever roms in our forum you like with functional camera. Also, for whatever reason it works on the slim/illusion rom, those are actually based off of dvhexers repos, so is BeanStalk, so it just opens up freebie options.

This kernel will fix your camera with AT&T roms.
The illusion rom is very good and pretty, if it get the option to turn off the touch key light would be awesome. And the camera, the kernel don't resolved that. Maybe with another at&t ROM could work

For me work very well.
Hello all. Just got myself a LG e975.
I've already tried enhdroix and artmod roms but now I'm a little scared
I noticed the terms gee, geeb, gproj and asop and now I'm really confused. Are there some of them I cannot use on my e975 lte or is there no worries?
Last thing.
I would like a kitkat based Rom with custom kernel for undervolt. Is there any you can recommend?
Kind regards
Liindberg

Your E975 device is GEE and you can use GEE and GEEHRC (and maybe GEESPR) roms. BUT DO NOT USE GEEB ROMS ON YOUR DEVICE!
GPROJ and AOSP are two kind of base for Optimus G roms. gproj is a little old and use old binaries and drivers. Cyanogen Mod 11 (CM11) and all roms based on CM11 are grpoj.
But AOSP is based on Nexus 4 binaries and roms that are newer. Before downloading any rom or kernel you can check if its gproj or aosp based.
Thank you so much man! Saved my Day
I thought myself i should use geeb so im glad for your answer. What models uses geeb then?

Please shed some light on CM12 I want to flash this -> [KERNEL][E975][LOLLIPOP->5.0][STOCK->4.4] Solid_Kernel_V1.6, but stuck at the options available at the download page ( loller79.altervista.org/ ) because of two versions for LP, each for gee and gproj..

You should use GPROJ version for Lollipop If you are using official CM12 for E975 from this site: http://download.cyanogenmod.org/?device=e975
I mean: Solid_Kernel_V1.61GPROJ-LP

I've lost the EFS partition of my Optimus G and now it can't support GEE roms just support GPROJ!! So i've installed official CM12 on it. But on my another device Nexus 5 I have installed "Resurrection Remix LP" that I think its a full functional ROM with many customization here is XDA link for E975: http://forum.xda-developers.com/opt.../geehrc-resurrection-remix-lp-v5-3-1-t3012333

I'm really confused, I have a E970 and can only install GPROJ. None GEEB worked. Is there a workaround? From the bold sentence it seems like if I play with the EFS it may work?

Try this - http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/software-hacking/tweak-arkaynine-boost-script-v3-0-t3120404 and others in that forum.

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.paget96.lspeed
Also you can install a modified kernel (like advanced (v16) or unofficial rock z1l)(for 5.1.1 .236) both works wery well and have a very lot of features
You can install thoses with a kitchen rom and i recommend you to use mx v8 + unofficial rockz1l, ALL-F2FS and overclocked with some tweaks, its really awesome

First, you need to install a TWRP F2FS recovery, http://forum.xda-developers.com/crossdevice-dev/sony/twrp-v2-8-6-0-f2fs-z1-z1c-z2-z3-z3c-t3098573, use this procedure to convert the partitions and migrate the system to f2fs(if you are coming from any rom inst .236 i recommend you to do a full wipe and not restore /data) http://forum.xda-developers.com/xpe...rial-migrate-filesystem-to-f2fs-ext4-t3004755 and install this kernel http://forum.xda-developers.com/son...ent/kernel-unofficial-rockz1l-kernel-t3274282 or other whit all-f2fs support(for the best performance) and reboot. Isnt difficult and works whit all roms[emoji108]
