And what was the last you doing.
Are you tried to restore the FW with the LG mobile Tool.

Ok. I rooted stock, then downloaded lg update. This resulted in a boot loop to cwm. Then - big mistake - I installed a cwm boot fix for a lg handy from cwm. This surely screwed up boot entry. After that it is black no matter what I try.
I flashed this: http://androidforums.com/esteem-all...w-get-out-clockworkmod-recovery-bootloop.html
lol. yea you pretty much F'd it up.
Hmm try LG Recovery Program.

Yeah, f***. I should have followed the rules of survival. You are in a dangerous situation, stay calm, do not rush. Now think twice, no fast solution. Which is the logical course of action? Too late. I was downloading recovery from LG Mobile support tool 1,5GB, thought, lets see if I can have a faster solution...
What is LG Recovery Program?
I think the only thing helping would be a jig.
Could something like this archieved?
http://forum.cyanogenmod.com/topic/71825-hard-brick-to-hell-and-back-guide-to-recovery/
Or I try this one here:
http://www.fonefunshop.co.uk/cable_picker/96296_LG_3-in-1_Micro_USB_Unlock_and_Flash_Cable.html
Its really hard to cope with my stupidity in the moment...
My gut instinct is that a jig could get you into download mode but I have no idea what pins to use.

I tried the jig from the link above. Nothing. It is dead alright. Gonna send it back for repair.

Best fix, is to ODIN back to stock and start over. If you flashed a ROM, you could try going into CWM and wiping data/cache/dalvik and reflashing...
Go to Development section and follow the thread near the top in the stickies regarding how to fix a semi bricked epic.

With the phone off, press and hold the 1 key on the physical keyboard then add pressing and holding the power button. Yellow triangle saying download mode will pop up. Then you connect the cable to the PC with Odin or Heimdall running.

EDIT - No sollution found!!
Please examine this thread if you have similar problems, but please don't ask how we got it fixed. The phone was just done for, dead, bricked, whatever you want to call it.
Good luck with yours!

Hey people,
A friend of mine is getting a white screen on his Galaxy Y, can't do anything with it. Even a hard reset (as found on the internet) doesn't work. (Hard reset being holding volume up, center button and power button).
Does anyone have experience with this problem?

Thats NOT a hard reset! Pull the battery, and insert it again. Now do your "hard reset". As in, holding volume up+home+power key together until you see the Samsung logo. Do a data wipe and restart. If that doesnt work, search for flashable firmware packages in the Development section. If that doesn't work either, replace your phone.
Hey guys,
Thank you both for your replies.

Stating what happened: He just suddenly had a white screen, unable to do anything with the phone. Rebooting, pulling the battery etc. didn't do anything.
Your second option didn't work either unfortunatly.

Sorry about that, I just read in about this phone, since it's not mine, and I already forgot about the second part.
Unfortunately, neither of this works. Every boot method gets him a white screen. Since he rooted his phone about a week ago, looks like he's going to need a new one.

try flashing the ROM using Odin from the PC
Might Odin be the same as Samsung Kies in dutch? Or is this an external program?
Assuming it's this program: http://odin-win.sourceforge.net/
Now how does this work? I've been flashing my phone for quite a while now, but I'm not familiar with this program. Can I just download a ROM (stock) from the developers part here?

Sorry for bringing this up again, but I kinda feel sorry when people brick their devices. Yours doesnt have to be a brick. Read this. The instructions are on the first page. There's a link to Odin too. Hope for the best!

I'm fairly a noob when it comes to rooting and whatnot, however i've learned quite a bit since i've started. I rooted nexus s with no hassel. My friend the other day gave me a LG Nitro HD, the phone boots shows the LG logo then goes to the Clockworkmod touch 5.8.2. I have tried installing roms on it, it will install the rom and run then when i try to reboot, the soft keys will flash for 2 mins before showing the LG logo and going back to the Clockworkmod again. Keep in mind there is nothing on the SD card besides the signed_HO!NO!_p930 i have tried other os's too. I don't know exactly what he did to his phone. Please help me out. Thanks a bunch guys

I know I cannot get into download mode, Will be interested to see if Lugman can or not ... So unbricking is not an option at this point for me. Tried that yesterday also.
Lugman please post any progress sounds though we are in the same river of CWM... Why the HOX is so easy compared to this ....
Try charging it then do a battery pull then plug in the USB while holding the volume update. This should bring up a screen saying download mode. Then unbrick from there.

I can't even bring the phone to download mode. Already tried pressing all the combination keys, it's still won't power up. I'm ordering a USB Jig to try to get it to download mode. At this point, it is hard bricked.
Go through the motions of getting into dl mode. See if Odin recognizes it, even though the screen is black.
I tried the motion, it's a hardbrick, gonna send it in to mobiletechvideos to see if they can fix it.

It's your choice whether you want to root your phone or not but I suggest just taking the time to read everything what form what section of the form what carrier what are the bugs what are the risks. I have been rooting phones for about two years now and I have never booked a device because I read that I read again and then I use the search function.

Hey guys,
So I was screwing around with some Cyanogenmod ROMs on my LG G3, but after installing a snapshot cm12, the Phone won't boot up anymore.
I can't access TWRP, download mode, recovery mode, I can press all the buttons but nothing happens, the battery is 100% when I installed CM so that's not the problem.
I think it is bricked, but maybe you guys can help me, first time this happened to me.
Thanks in advance,
