[APP] Efficent Free App for Call Recording. - Galaxy S III Themes and Apps

With my experience of using call recorders, The best I have come across is Androrec. It is THE most lightweight and hassle free experiences I've had with call recordings. Just a 46k download
The max limits I've tested this app are recordings of calls from mere seconds to about 1h42m long call. Works perfectly. File sizes are great. Take a rough estimate of about 1mb for crystal clear MP4 audio for 10 mins.Exact sizes are,
1. 2mb for 22m03sec recording in format MP4
2. 5mb for 54m08sec recording in format MP4
It also allows recording in AMR and 3GP.
Play store Link : Androrec (Free) Androrec Plus (Payment). Sorry can't post links ! Free version is more than enough for the freeloaders out there as the free version is completely ad free as you can see from my screenshots attached below. I've tried this on my Galaxy S3 and S4. Works perfectly in mode two. More info can be had on the Google play store link. I have not seen much about this particular software talked about so I thought of putting this up. Hope it helps a few of you. Cheers.

thanks for this. i was also in search of like thia. 1 question. wil it work on kitkat 4.2.2 ?

Can anyone please try our the two way call recorder on skvalex app in the play store and let me know if it works, the last time I bought a new phone the gs3 I assumed it will work but it didn't and then had to return it and lost sixty dollars, I'd really appreciate some feed back on this issue.

I use it allot and works really well if not on BT. On BT it does work, but only can record the other ends voice not mine, it maybe a setting but haven't figured it out as of yet. Not a huge problem since I only use bt in my truck but do wish it would work both ways.

Thanks a lot for the feedback. I guess there will never be another chip like s3.

I emailed skvalex about the issue with not recording my voice when on Bluetooth, and he replied...
"Yes, it's a known issue and, of coarse, I want to fix it. But Samsung doesn't want to share documentation so I am unable to fix it without the docs..."
I really liked it on my S2, it worked flawlessly.
I use it on my Note 2, and it records the other person very clearly, but my voice is VERY hard to hear.

App that can record camera while others are open?

My 13 month old niece has discovered s note and the s pen and is amazed by the colors that come out of nowhere onto the screen. I know you can record the screen, but is there an app to record the with the camera while she's drawing? Not sure if this goes in q and a since it's app related, thanks.

Try something like DailyRoads Voyager, I haven't personally tried it on the note 2 (no decent active car docks out yet) but it worked well on my sgs2, recording in the backround was simple.
I'm not sure if it lets you record using the front facing camera though, you'll have to try it and find out
Cool app but only does rear facing

Secret Video Recorder does what you want but be aware, do not search for the cracked apk: some psycho is uploading a virus apk which deletes
internal memory of your note 2 as soon as you try to record. it's not a virus, the app is working as it should but as soon as you try to use it, you will find your whole memory wiped.
The downside of the app is that it's 8 euros on the play store (that's why I wanted to try by downloading the apk), but I bought it and it's working very well.
Secret Video Recorder (https://play.google.com/store/apps/...pps.secretvideorecorder&feature=search_result) seems to work, but the free version is limited to 30 second videos and the pro version is pretty pricey (nearly £7).
Also it would only go up to 640x480 for me but that may or may not be due to me using HyperDroid JBX (not a samsung-based ROM)

Record internal sounds/music??

I am wanting to record some stuff from different apps such as a beat maker that doesnt let me export as mp3. Are there any apps or mods that I can use to record sound that is playing internally. (Not thru mic).
I am looking for the same apps also. I have an apps which has very good melody in it and I hope I can record it down.
Anyone could suggest some apps about recording internal sound to help both of us? Thanks in advance.
I am using S2, siyah kernel.

Or you can just extract the audio from the video file, making it a whole lot smaller.
Pvstar + app store. I use it a lot to listen to things but lock my phone while doing it..
YouTube videos etc

I use OG YouTube (link below) which have great quality, works with screen off and also let me easily download videos for off-line playback.
Make sure you get version 1 so it doesn't replace YouTube and enable screen off in OG settings.
I hope you guys like it!

Edit: this app also allows mp3 extraction so you can greatly save space.

Also I use es file explorer. Any video you can just go to and open and you get the option to open as. I choose audio and it only plays audio. I am sure other file explorers will do same.

Get better help if posting in the right place. Ask questions in Questions forums. This is (1) not about the HTC One M8 and (2) not a theme or app.
Edit: Thread moved.

Most apps are going to perform poorly because of the way slow-mo actually works. There is a option on the video settinggns that records in slomotion and this is the ideal way of creating a slow motion video as it records more fames per second so u won't get all the chops you get when u try to slow-mo a regular video that is recorded with lower frames per second.
