I'm not sure what you mean by porting...porting a ROM usually means what I said, using the source code for a given ROM and building for your device. Including additional features as you see fit via cherry-picks.
If you mean extracting Halo as a stand alone component, the answer would be no. You can try one of the xposed modules to replicate it's functionality

You might want to tell people what you are trying and/or ask a well formulated question instead of screen shots of the Touchwiz launcher, these posts won't get you far tbh.

[Q] WiMax 4g Port JB4.3

I'm looking to get information about getting the 4g to work on Jelly Bean 4.3.X roms. Would it be able to port the functionality from a Jelly Bean 4.2.2 rom? Any thoughts?
It's been removed from the source code by Google, I highly doubt you'll get it to work.

That's what I have heard, although I think I was a little premature of them to pull it from source so soon after the abandonment of WiMax. But that aside you don't think it would be possible to push it back in to the code at a locale level. How much of a change really took place from 4.2.2 to 4.3?
Is the structure or 4.3 so much different that it is not even a possibility?

I mean you could try, but I wouldn't spend too much time on it. They saw it as no official 4.3 device will have Wimax so we can remove it.

Only if you use ridiculous amounts of xposed module's I.e all of them or if particular ones conflict with each other.

Problem with Android N-ify

Hi, i'm having a problem with Android N-ify in quick settings. The border seems..... weird. I disabled Style header and enable Fix notification tile.
This never happened in stock 5.0

"This module is intended to work on near-AOSP devices and won't work properly on ROMs that heavily modify code the module touched (Samsung & LG stock ROMs for example)"
App description in Xposed module repository.
On Marshmallow works fine

Great, but it's just luck.
The fact that it works dont deny the fact that the app was not built to that.
