[Q] Bluetooth / Handsfree issues on 4.4 ROMS - Samsung Galaxy Nexus

Bluetooth Handsfree does not work on either PA or Vanir 4.4 ROMS. The phone can play music through the car, but I cannot make calls, answer calls or anything related to calls. The only difference between now and when it worked, is 4.4. It seems as if the bluetooth drivers for 4.4 are different than on 4.3. Is there a fix or a way to install the old drivers? It would be nice to have that basic functionality again. Since I'm new I can't post this in the actual forum for PA or Vanir
Any help would be appreciated!

Bt is working for me, try updating last nightly and full wipe after install rom

Bluetooth Problem On MIUI V5 VJ's Rom

Hello,
I am sorry if i have posted the thread on wrong section. I am currently using vijendrahs miui v5 rom version 6.1 from here -> http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1850436
The rom is totally awesome on performance and looks. I want to thank miui team and vijendrahs for the rom on our device.
The rom is working perfectly besides the bluetooth. I am only getting the problem with bluetooth. I can send files to other devices but I can't recieve files from other device. I tried several times to get files from other device via bluetooth. Is there anyone facing the problem like me?? Or does anyone have any solution for this problem??

Try Bluetooth file transfer from google play. I had same problem with receiving of files but with that application works fine.

[Q] Audio Stopped Working

Hey guys,
I'm sorry if this has been posted before, but I've searched on the forums and on Google with no luck. Recently, my sound stopped working on my GSIII running CarbonRom 1.6. Nothing out of the ordinary happened, it just stopped working one day. Also when I'm in a call, the person on the other line cannot hear me. I've checked the sound settings numerous times and have made sure that I am not in silent mode.
I have tried other 4.2.2 ROMs and they all have produced the same result. I have also tried a factory reset and formatted data in TWRP. I reverted back to stock and have noticed that the sound seems to work when I'm not running 4.2.2 ROMs. Does anyone know what the problem might be? I really prefer the look and feel of vanilla Android and I'm really bummed out that 4.2.2 ROMs seem to kill sound. Thanks.

That's an easy questiion, like I have been saying all along none of the cm10/aosp/aokp or ported roms
are ready for prime time, they are good for those who want to experiment with a few features not found
in stock t999 4.1.1 Touchwiz Jellybean roms. None of the cm/aosp/aokp roms even have the Wifi calling feature.
That's why after trying all the aosp/aokp/CM and ported roms I have come to the conclusion above.
So unless you like experimentation only flash T-Mobile T999 stock 4.1.1 Touchwiz Jellybean roms
or any of the custom roms which are based on T-Mobile T999 Touchwiz v4.1.1 Jellybean stock rom.
The best custom T999 T-Mobile Touchwiz Jellybean 4.1.1 based rom in my opinion
is the Wicked v9.1 custom rom, check it out you won't be disappointed.
Good Luck!
You could always try to flash your 4.2.2 Tim of choose and choose not to restore Google backup, Google backs up settings. If it works without setting up your account then go from there.

I was using 3.0 kernel with FXP218 I believe of CyanogenMod 10, which is 4.1.2.
Will try out 3.4 kernel with CM10 or CM10.1, not sure which one.
i tried
with 4.1.2 with even kernel 3.4 it works but 4.2.2 have issues
Known issue of 4.2.2 with any kernel
Bluetooth does not work properly.
The recent test versions i used, bluetooth file transfer was only working. Nothing else
You can check your ROM thread to be sure.

[Q] Does CM11 play nice with Moto 360?

I've had the itch to switch my Note 3 over to CM11 for a while, but I've read that some of the milestone builds had connection issues with Android Wear devices. I definitely want to keep my Moto 360 connected, but I really want to make the switch to CM11, as well. Does anyone know if the latest milestone build of CM11 (M11, I believe) has fixed the connection issues that the earlier builds experienced? I'd also be open to using another custom rom like omni or AOKP if they work well with Android Wear.
Best option? TWRP backup, and try it. Or do some more research on your own.
I've seen some mentions of android wear devices in the Dev threads of aosp Roms for our device, you could start there.
I ran cm11 for two weeks with my 360 and had no issues. FYI, there is still no NFC for the n900t on cm11.
NFC not working doesn't really bother me. Regardless, I tried AOKP and I couldn't get my watch connected regardless of what I tried. I didn't have the nerve to flash over to CM11 since I was at work and had already wasted 45 minutes doing a nandroid, flashing AOKP, deciding to restore the nandroid (which caused a bunch of problems), then having to wipe everything and do a fresh flash of NF9. Maybe I'll try again, or maybe I'll just get a Nexus 6 once they're finally available.
