Yes , you can change the sounds. Make sure you have .ogg files.
Go to /system/media/audio/ui
In that you will see lists of sound files which are used most of the time.
The sound you are searching for keypress sounds.
There are totally 5.But you need to change only 3.
You need to change these 3.
keypressDelete keypressSpacebar keypressStandard.
And replace the files that you want.
Hope you understood , if not ask here.... will help
Yes dude is working...thanks a lot

If all else fails , make a fold on your SD-Card named ``Ringtones`` and copy some loud stuff there . Then when you select the ringtone it should be there
I know flasht my gio again with cm7.2 from marcin
Sound of all the notifactions R loud enough for me to here on my work now.
The only thing that does not work is the stk app.
It is there but it does nothing @ all. Maby someone know how to get it working????

Maybe the loudness is depending on the general one. Tried that?
Hi,
I got a question about enabling on screen buttons in OpenSEMC 0.5 running android 4.2.2, what is btw one of the best ROMS I've ever seen.
On AOKP 4.1.2 the option was integrated but the dev of this Rom haven't included it yet, so I need another way to get my loved on screen buttons.

Easiest way..
Use root explorer..
Got to system/build.prop
Enter qemu.hw.mainkeys=0 at the bottom..
Save it and change the permissions to rw-r-r..
Reboot and enjoy..

Thanks.
I gonna try it.
App-Choose
OK,
I tried it and works fine.
But am I wrong or are the buttons bigger than on a Nexus 4 or Galaxy Nexus?
I think they are a little big too big
Another thing maybe somebody could help me with.
I have Google Now and Alicoid (like Siri but on Android) and with the latest version of Alicoid, you're able to put the App into I call it "long-home-button-press-menu" (idk how to call it. I'm German )
But in my case (idk if anybody else noticed that yet because Alicoid is not such a famous app) there is only a Search button (like in 1st Screenshot)
And after I selected that search-button the normal app-chose menu pops up (2nd screenshot) and let me choice between Gnow and Alicoid.
Maybe sb can say me if there is any possibility to get rid of this app-choser and to have both apps in the "long-home-button-press-menu".
I know my discription is a little cofusing put i hope somebody knows what i mean
Thanks!
EDIT: Screenshots added!

Yep same here, from HTC to Sony, just adjusts my volume, not as handy as forward and back of tracks.
Having come from the LG Optimus 2X with CM, I'd really like this too

Wow, this feature was out of the box for HTC phones on the headset. I am really surprised that the walkman app doesn't cater for this.

Hi,
so I've tried to use a Home.apk intented to use for a Xperia S but that kinda destroyed my phone and I hat to repair it using SEUS and reinstall everything.
My question is - is there a reliable apk for the Ion which I can use to decrease the amount of homescreens from 5 to 3?
Thanks in advance!

Stock home.apk does not allow you to change the number of home screens. Sorry.
BTW, questions are supposed to be in the Q&A Section. Not the general section.

Actually you can. Go to home. Press menu button. Then press right soft button.then popup comes. Choose configure and then you can press on the x on the screen of the window of the homescreen. And there you go from 5 to 4 screens and so on

Lol no need to make a full backup, just make sure you set the correct permissions and you shouldn't have any problems

Last time I did that my phone rebooted automatically. Just to be sure I'll do it anyways!
When playing with launchers, make sure you are doing it tight, or that you have a secondary launcher in case it doesn't work.

@OP - In case you want a stock launcher with 3 home screens, you can try decompiling it and change the number of home screens.

I'm not sure whether I should try this or not.
The last two times I tried stuff like that my phone soft bricked.
D:
What does the apk do? Simply delete 2 homescreens? Or changing the design/loader, etc?
EDIT: NVM. Thank you so much! Now it's not only way more beautiful, but I can finally delete homescreens! Thanks!

Mine doesn't sound like a normal tone, more like a beep. Is this normal?
This is fantastic thank you! Would it be possible to edit and switch out all other water droplet effects? I find it rather annoying. As well as the lockscreen on/off tones. I'd like to completely rid those though
