[Q] my xperia arc s stop at sony ericsson logo ..

Hi there ...
I have a big problem with my xperia arc s LTi180 ....
I will tell you guys what i did to it first ..
I unclock it with fastboot and then i root-ed with arc_lt15a_modded.img
after root-ed it i unplugged the phone without rebooting .. [my bad ]
then i open the phone manually .. but my phone didn't start anymore . it stop at sony ericsson logo ..
then i tried to flash it with flash tools ... but it doesn't open ..
then i root-ed it again with system_bin4ry.img .... but it will never start ..
Please help me out with this problems ..

i dont know how smart it is (cuz you will loose root) but try with sony ericsson update service.

I've tried friend ...
update service says "The phone contains modified software that cannot be updated."

i think you must ReLock your bootloader and then try it.

re-lock done .. then update service says no new update for my phone .. hee

i think it must be some option (down right corner) which says if you have problem with phone you should update it (backup it lalalal)..

i would recommend flashing it with flash tool with 2.3.4 android (Generic Nordic LT15i 4.0.1.A.0.283)

the exploit of this method was patched after ML1 firmwares .. if u have knox sadly you will trigger it by other methods :/

if all fails you could try kingo root thought i can't vouch for that software .
not to hijack the thread i am on stock I9192DDU1BML1 , roooted, flashed 2 custom kernels, flashed the rom once too and my knox warranty in download mode is still 0x0 !!

arco68 Recovery Root dont work on I9192XXUBNB1 for me
i am on I9192XXUBNB1 as well.
i tried arco68 method http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2494435
well it worked (the phone is rooted) but the permissions are messed up and most software cant write to internal memory "/sdcard/"
still trying to figure what is the problem

please help,,,,,,,, after flashing carbon kitkat rom on xperia arc s lt18 i returned back to official software but first the battery stuck at 100 all the time ,,,,,solved with kernel ,,,the other problem people cannot hear my voice i did factory rest but people still cannot hear me the only way is to return again to rom kk ..... but i need ics for radio and hdmi ... any one faced this problem please help

this is kernel related issue try to change the kernel

How did you change to official Sony software?with ftf- file via flashtool?wich ftf did you use?try flashing again with kernel.sin checked. Else try to flash an rootet Stock kernel from kernel section.

i flashed LT18i_4.1.A.0.562_CUSTOMIZED-UK.ftf again but nothing changed i tried many kernel nothing changed i can record vedio ansd the sound seems good

[Q] Need help to recover my phone!

Hello guys i have a huge problem.
I tried to root my phone xperia m single.
I flashed the newest firmware Xperia M C1905_Google Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean)_15.4.A.0.23.ftf with flashtool everything was fine.
Unlocked bootloader with the code from sony.
After i flashed a kernel with CWM.
And after this is stuck on a bootloop my device dont want to boot.
I have acess to recovery but i want to recovery my contacts can someone help?

you just need to restore your kernel, now open your flashtool and select the bolt icon. after that choose flash mode and choose your latest firmware.

uncheck list your cache and data to avoid format data after flash kernel
after that you can flash this requirement on your ftf file. i mean you don't need to flash all requirement file.
1. kernel
2. FOTA
3. Baseband
4. system
5. elabel
after that choose flash and connect your device to flashmode and wait for flashing progress and reboot your device.
but in my knowledge you need to full wipe after unlock bootloader, but i hope this will work without wipe data

Thx for the asnwer I wanted to root my freind phone on android 4.3
when it stuck in bootloop i was so scared that i bricked his device and i thought i wont fix it
I flashed the 4.1 soft, the phone booted, then i flashed again 4.3 bootloader was unlocked already and flashed the cm kernel for cm12 and now he enjoys lollipop ;D
but i didnt recover his contacs , over 100 contacts are gone ;< but like 15 was synced with his gmail
i dont know why on 4.1 soft his phone said i cant unlock the bootloader ;P

Unroot Problem

first of all i hate that Kid of HTC because i had the same device & facing Bootlooping & i couldn't fix untiull today but anyhow try to check the your SuperSU & disable it as follow :good: :
*** Remove that Tick from "Enable SuperSU" & it will take like 30 sec. to 1 min for disabling it, if required to restart ok then go ahead & restart it.
