I9195XXUBML1 and root

hi all, i have installed latest firmware (I9195XXUBML1) with Knox but i don't I can not root my 9195LTE
I performed all the steps in the first page but nothing to do ... supersu goes in a loop: asks to update but does not update ..
someone has performed root of I9195XXUBML1 ?

KNOX void flag is still tampered!
- delete the old su app, or reflash the stock fw
- get CWM recovery
download this:
http://download.chainfire.eu/372/SuperSU/UPDATE-SuperSU-v1.86.zip?retrieve_file=1
reboot into recovery(CWM) and flash it
reboot and start the new superSU app

so, in the end, I have to delete the apk 3 of knox...
ok. im back to stock I9195XXUBML1 and i try to flash SuperSU from sd by recovery...
let's see if it works

Hello i'm new here , i updated my phone to the latest firmware I9192XXUBNB1 4.2.2
altho i tried this guide below but still not working

the exploit of this method was patched after ML1 firmwares .. if u have knox sadly you will trigger it by other methods :/

yes i ran thro admin , no results

if all fails you could try kingo root thought i can't vouch for that software .
not to hijack the thread i am on stock I9192DDU1BML1 , roooted, flashed 2 custom kernels, flashed the rom once too and my knox warranty in download mode is still 0x0 !!

arco68 Recovery Root dont work on I9192XXUBNB1 for me
i am on I9192XXUBNB1 as well.
i tried arco68 method http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2494435
well it worked (the phone is rooted) but the permissions are messed up and most software cant write to internal memory "/sdcard/"
still trying to figure what is the problem

-Framaroot -> cannot find the gandalf root, use Boromir FAIL, Faramir FAIL, Barahir Half-Success and don't know what to do next
-TowelRoot -> fail miserably.. :crying:
is there any method i haven't try for root LG G3 Stylus D690??

kingroot it works.....once u root it could you dump the stock rom thnx

well, i just bought this phone yesterday and i've rooted it using VROOT...
just install the app and the latest LG driver in your PC and dont forget to enable the USB debugging in the developer mode first.

Note :
1. its chinese software, try using translate then click the download button and install it in your pc ( im using Win7)
2. its normal if your phone reboot while its trying to Root, so dont get panic over it..
3. finally just install SuperSU from playstore, update binary, then remove the chinese apps in your phone :laugh:
4. i will try to make the full step guide, but i dont know where to post it since this device doesnt has its own thread section >.<

Bricked HTC M8 & ROM

Hey Guys
I've been a member here for a long time, but now with a new account and this forum always saving my ass , but this time i'am kinda stuck ...
So my HTC m8 is bricked , i already did all the first step , i unlocked it , installed TWRP inside of it etc ..
however now i can't find the right ROM to install and i've been searching and trying some roms for a while now without success

Anyway, it's not bricked (at least, probably not). It just won't boot. Did something happen to the phone that caused this condition?

You want the stock TWRP backup 6.12.111.4 from the above linked collection. It's the number on your getvar output "version main" as well as the OS number on the bootloader screen of the phone.

yes i followed the tutorial in the link u have attached and the ROM u suggested didn't work for me :/

On the bootloader screen, is the OS number in red font, or anything in parenthesis?
You might try to flash the firmware. But to do this, you will need to relock the bootloader, flash the firmware, then unlock the bootloader again, flash TWRP, and the stock TWRP backup 6.12.111.4
File for 6.12.111.4 firmware is on the following post (it's Post #5 of the same thread as before), with instructions on how to flash are at the end of the post.

Didn't work, meaning what? Stuck with no boot on HTC logo screen, or something else?

Did you update the drivers?

1. Check that usb-debugging is enabled
2. Make sure the cable isn't damaged
3. Make sure to install the phone drivers in-order for it to detect a device connection.

yes phone driver was not downloaded !! after download fixed the issue !

another problem arrived after that !! i flashed custom rom but very custom rom there's a display glitch happening !! only stock miui working !!! display texts and animation kinda everything stacking up !!! let me know if u ever faced this kind of problem and have a solution ..Thank you

That sounds like glitch from the rom itself, maybe you should retry by re-flashing the rom again or find another in this case

tried pixel experience rom twice then pixel experience plus unofficial after that awoken os !!! every rom has the same issue !!

Your phone is broken, final comma.
