I'm currently using the clear black version of this case on galaxy s2. Fits perfectly and feels very high quality in the hand. The ridged edges give a lot of grip which is good，Don't hesitate buying one!

People should be aware that the Verizon Galaxy Nexus is a different size than the UK Galaxy Nexus. The Verizon version is slightly thicker. I hope that does not interfere with the fitment of this case. I am purchasing the phone on Friday, but I am holding off on cases until I read more reviews.

I don't have the phone yet. The Verizon model is being released tomorrow, therefore, no one has been able to make a "Verizon specific" Galaxy Nexus case. I will most likely buy the cheapest case they have at Verizon and use that one until more people report back about fitment. Better to be safe than sorry.

Thought it was delayed? Unfortunately, I think its going to be awhile before we get more accounts of what accessories fit our Verizon model, IF it ever gets released....

Lol. That's why it is called a tpu. I forgot wavy tpu exactly my stands for but definitely not crappy stretchy silicone.

Let us know how that screen protector looks.
my requirement for dry apply screen protector:
-protector edge sticks to phone all the way to edge. (Most of the dry apply protectors have the last 1mm of the protector lift).
-no rainbow effects. I hate it when there is an ugly rainbow effect. totally kills teh phone.

This case will probably be great for the GSM version. I was not satisfied with the fit on the Verizon G-NEX. As you can see the case is a bit shallow on top of the phone. Compared to the Verizon TPU cases, this case seemed loose and could slide off, again probably because this was meant for the GSM phone. As a note, I do not have the extended battery.

I have the Black Version. Been using it for a few weeks now. I use mine with the Extended Battery and Backplate. It won't fall out, but I did mention (with pics) that it was too shallow at the top of the phone (where I never thought it would have a problem).
The phone fits good on the Extended battery backplate. Real nice and tight. The case fits perfectly at the bottom. The case lip is fine but only the top half is too shallow.
It still fits... not perfectly but fits. I've never had the case come off or remotely make me think otherwise. It is pretty good quality and I like that the black blends in with the screen pretty well.
That said, I did order a Diztronic v3 case with the button cutouts. It supposedly fits better. We'll see. I should be getting it Wednesday (or today!). I got the Smoke Gray and I probably won't like the color. I'm really digging the Matte Black or White but they didn't have any available during CES.

Mine seems to fit better. All my corners are covered, its only the buttons that are out of whack. Perhaps you got the GSM model.

I think you will, build quality is good. I like a little bit of a lip around the screen so if it happens to fall face first, there is less of a chance of contact.

Just got my white ultra capsule today too for the CDMA version. As stated the fit isn't very good around the top but it is a beautiful case. I was wondering if anyone has tried any modification to the top section to make it fit better?

Yeah it is the same. Any TPU type case really. I have the androidified case by Cruzer Lite.

OP, any reason you're getting rid of the Ringke case, if you even have one? I've been scouting them on Amazon and they look really nice. Hoping to pick one up here soon.

I'm not getting rid of it, I don't currently own either case. It looks like a good case, but I read a few reviews on XDA as well as Amazon where people state that the paint starts to chip and cracks develop after a couple of months of use. I don't want to pay $25 for a case that's not gonna hold up.

Yes in fact it's made for it. My gsm fits fine but there's a tiny gap of space at the top. It still fits snug though

The ONE thing nice about not having the phone in hands yet is it has given me time to get some goodies on order with cheap shipping. I have four cases headed my way (yes idle hands). As you will see from my selections, I like cases that are TPU or similar for absorbing shock. I don't like very bulky cases.

Still haven't decided if I am getting the Note yet, I have SGS3 and its great, with a nice strong seido case (extended battery active) it isn't too big. I feel like having a big case on the note will be too much. I'm in the army and the SGS3 barely fits in my ankle pockets now, Only option for the Note would be in my cargo pockets and it might break in there...

Ive got the Nilikin cases in white and black. Not a fan of the texture. But it was the only thing available that was decent at the time. Im waiting for the Elago slim cases to come out which i have on my original Note.
I just ordered this case of ebay, not bad for the price and it looks half decent. I will post pictures once i get it and the phone(still waiting for rogers to ship)

hey guys i got a quick question im currently married to my skyrocket...but im leaving her for this beautful note 2. something i came across that was rather annoying with the skyrocket when it came to cases is that the phone style changed based on the carriers. e.g the speaker orientation on the sgs2 hercules vs the sgs2 skyrocket where different. even tho they are the same phone specs wise. is this the same here since all the cases linked here are for the n7100 and our phones are the n7137m and n7147m or something to that effect thanks for your replies in advance

i also bought the ZAGG body shield
Boxwave case with the integrated stand. I have the black one on my current Note and it works great. The stand isn't super strong (can't expect it to be on a slim plastic case) but it's built well and holds the phone well also.
The case isn't available yet so keeping an eye out.
