Hi Guys:
I am a fresh man here. I follow the methods described in (source.android.com) and built the ROM for my Galaxy Nexus, but I found that the camera dose not work , it seems that the whole OMX component dose not work (video playback also dose not work).
Who can tell me what I missed.

Erm not really sure if this would work but can you just install the app again and see if it works?

Yes there is support for it in the latest CM10.2 and CM10.1. You just need to find a compatible app. I use Smart Remote which is a paid app.
In using smart remote it works perfectly

Was bluetooth 4.0 ever able to be enabled on the gnex? Any ROMs that support it?
Thanks!
It's a hardware, not software, you can't "enable" it..
The chip is capable of bluetooth 4.0.
