Hello there,
I flashed DN3 into my note II, everything went well in this installation, but once its done installing, its stuck in a bootloop [Samsung Note II GT-N7100].
I'm not sure if i bricked my phone or its just a simple mistake that can be fixed.
I tried going to the CWM recovery but i cant , i flashed philz recovery and still cant enter the recovery menu, please help , my past ROM was CM 10.2 Nightly.
EDIT: With the help of Antique_Sonic, I solved the issue by simply flashing the philz 5.00.5 into the phone then restoring my old back up, Special thanks to Antique_Sonic

Hello every one!
I have a problem with my Galaxy Note II N7100. I was trying to install a custom rom but ended up in a boot loop.
here is what happened:
First I rooted my phone with a Galaxy Note 2 Toolkit V3.0.0
after rooting i noticed that when i try to go to recovery my screen splashes, flickers for some time and goes blank. And some times it keeps doing this infinitely.
Then i installed TWRP latest version but it didn't fixed the problem. After trying several option i some how went into the TWRP recovery and installed a custom ROM but my phone did not booted. Same screen flickering problem.
I decided to flash a stock rom ALJ2 (which was the stock rom when i bought the phone)
I flashed the stock rom, now the problem is my phone goes into boot loop and wont start.
Now my phone dont start up.
It has binary counter raised to 4 (Can't use triagle away because phone can not boot)
I dont have any recovery but my phone can access downloading mode.
if i flash any stock rom it just goes to boot loop. (i tried ALJ2 & DLK7)
I tried USB Jig method but it did not reset my binary counter to zero.
Any help will be much appreciated, as my phone is brand new and still under warranty.

I'm using Philz recovery, if this thing happened on me, I would do a full wipe through recovery... and flash back stock ROM/custom ROM again...

I got a work around for the situation.
i Flashed stock ROM ALJ2
but phone did not booted
anyways i flashed CMW recovery
phone booted into the recovery...
then i flashed a custom ROM LiquidSmooth JB 2.1 RC1
and walaaa....
my phone is up and running again...

Hi Everyone!
I Just downloaded apps that can switch internal sd card to external sd card and I have to update the kernel and when I reboot my phone it didn't start up and end up my phone don't work..pls help, i'm not good when it comes to technology..

my tab is n5100 i flashed a wrong cwm recovery from ROM manager it was n7100 recovery the phone restart on note 8 screen
i managed to flash the n5100 philez recovery and it inter the recovery but the phone still cant inter the system keep freezing in note 8 screen
what can i do to fix this?
i solved the problem i flashed 4.2.2 by Odin
now every thing is great
So i accidently tried to install a kernel for the Internatinal Note 3 and it didnt brick my phone, but my phone wont boot. It just goes into bootloop. I tried to format everything and install a new rom but it keeps bootlooping. It says unable to mountusb. Can anyone help me?

Odin flash the stock kernel which you had before installing the International kernel.
Good luck!
If the above doesn't work use the efs bootloop fix and flash it via twrp
Hey guys
Please i need your help guys to figure out what happened and how to solve this problem together.
I recently rooted my note 2 N7100 and flashed Phoenix Rom v17 android 4.3 using Philiz recovery rom.
When download finished the rom was flashed yet had many problems like wifi going on and off and other stuff, so had to switch and go to another rom...
Here where the problem is.. i was going to Recovery mod to make a new flash yet the phone wasn't able to boot into recovery rom [like recovery mod didn't even exist] ...
So i tried using odin through my pc to flash recovery .. yet during the flash Odin Stopped working and was afraid my phone got bricked..
Thank god it wasn't and went back to the rom yet with no Recovery!
Please guys i really want to flash another rom and i need to have that recovery mod back!!

everything installed successfully but my android is now stuck in boot loop .. i have still access to the twrp recovery.. please help me ASAP.. Thank You

I got the same problems for days. I tried it on my Samsung galaxy tab 3 8.0 T310 and it installs successfully, but i cant get it to boot.. But somehow this is a problem for all CustomOS i want to install..
The problem was fixed by installing the stock rom using the stock recovery..
