YES i m using as admin , there is no way to do a partition again like stock ? :'(

Does it show on Download mode product name? If it doesn't than it's means that your phone suffered from Sudden death and you need motherboard replacement.

Try a different usb port and different version of odin. If not this should have the pit file

Okay, I'm not sure what you flashed with Odin. Download twrp and flash the recovery img in the past, with everything unchecked. Once you boot into recovery you have to flash the root file in the twrp root kit on that site.

Not that I'm aware of. Do you have custom recovery now? I.e. twrp or cwm? If so you can download a pre rooted rom with the phone if not good luck avoiding the computer... is there a reason why you are unable to use your phone and laptop together? Perhaps we can devise a solution to help.
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I747 using xda app-developers app
Do you have any warranty left? Rooting or installing non-official Samsung ROMs will trip the Knox counter, assuming stock AT&T 4.3.
Either you have a bad cord or USB port, or you need to install the Samsung USB drivers.
If you need root, you're not going to get around using a computer.

Theramsey's question of custom recovery is important.
There is a recovey flashable solution for our phones at http://www.epiccm.org/2012/06/team-epics-root-from-recovery.html?m=1
You can copy any files you need to a microSD card also to get them onto your phone.
---------- Post added at 02:32 PM ---------- Previous post was at 02:14 PM ----------
But if you got 4.3 OTA & you do not want to lose warranty, be careful. Custom recovery might have already broken warranty.

Read Chainfire's instructions for Auto Root. You can copy any files you need to a microSD card also to get them onto your phone.

WHAT??
I think that they are looking to root, and are not already rooted.
How is mobile odin going to be used to flash CF-Auto Root to root when the phone needs to already be rooted to use Mobile Odin? Mobile Odin is a rooted app.
And what good is putting the files on microsd when you still need a computer, in this case which will not connect, and odin to flash?
Those files in that zip are not for flashing from the microsd. One is the desktop Odin, one is the .tar file which you need the desktop Odin, and the other is the desktop configuration file for Odin.

It sounds like you have a bad USB port on your phone.
Thank you for catching my mistake about the CF-Auto..zip. It only delivers an Odin package. CF's instructions clarify it's use for fist time stock rooting, but that won't help with OP's problem.
I posted a recovery flash alternative in my correction Copying files to microSD via a built in PC card reader is a workaround for bad USB cables and PC usb ports that would apply here.

As the fellow members said this is usual. That red message shows the eMMC firmware version. Nothing great. And using a PIT file never changes that. A pit file is Partition Identification Table in which a code is written directing the Odin to flash files to different directories. Never use a pit file unless or until necessary. Flashing with a pit file may not be a walk in the park all time. Pit should be used only if Odin says There is no PIT partition. So never advice anyone in that way to use PIT.

i have the same problem my friend. i see your last post was on April, but i was wondering if you managed to do it so you can help me please reply.

Phone stuck, and won't boot. Possible soft brick?

Alright so my dad just got a S4, and I did the same steps I did when I rooted my S4, except this time it didn't work. I flashed CWM Touch Recovery v6.0.3.2 and flashed the root file via recovery. Now when I reboot it gets to the Samsung Galaxy S4 logo, and just gets stuck. In the corner it says "kernel is not seandroid enforcing". I'm doing my best not to panic, but I could use some help fixing this.
I can:
Get into Recovery
Get into Download Mode
Any tips and advice would be amazing, thank you!

No clue. I just assumed it would be the same as mine. I'd make the safe assumption it's 4.4.2 as the android version, as that is what the website is telling me. As far as Baseband I have no clue. Is there anyway I can find out without booting in?
I've actually done this same exact thing about a year ago with my last s4. All I did was flash the latest firmware with odin and start over. The fact that you can get in to recovery and download leads me to believe everything should be fine, except you may lose all you saved data like messages, pics, etc..

Extract (unzip) the firmware file
Download Odin v3.09
Extract Odin zip-file

Reboot phone in Download Mode (press and hold Home + Power + Volume Down buttons)
Connect phone and wait until you get a blue sign in Odin
Add the firmware file to AP / PDA
Make sure re-partition is NOT ticked
Click the start button, sit back and wait a few minutes
