Have a look at the attached ZIP file; it's got loads of .lnk files (shortcuts) to all/most of the Control Panel type applets. There's a memory one in there that should do the trick.
Mark.
Cheers
Worked a treat
maybe dumb question but...
Where do I have to put the icons in order to use one of them?
Do I have to create registry in order to get a Screen icon on the try??

I was gonna ask the same thing. What folder do the .lnk files go in to have the shortcut show in the tray?
EDIT: Found this app that does the trick called "PHM Traylaunch".
I just put the control panel folder in program files went into battery status>tray launch then navigated to the programs>control panel and chose the shortcut i wanted and then tapped add.
hope it helps
on the sliding panels i would like to have the right softkey link me to tasks instead of today. i can already see today on the panel, so a task button would be awesome there. any ideas? i know how to change the clock panel to do it but cant seem to get cappointments to have that option.
use smarttoolkit.

will that let me set just the one sliding panel to do it? i dont want it accept in that panel
What it wil do is above your left soft key, it will put a windows vista orb start logo and function as a regular pc start menu and above the right soft key, it will say tasks and put a tasks logo above it and you can use it to open or close tasks currently running
already have celetask so not what i need.... i want it to map to my outlook tasks
There is a way, but it's gonna be time consuming. You can go into your HKLM\Software\Microsoft\CHome directory in your registry, and edit the locname or SK2TEXT and url associated with that. You would then be able to link to your outlook contacts every panel you were on, but that would take away the coolness of the homescreen. You should probably just do it to the clock registry section and leave it at that. Anyway, hope that helps

not exactly... there SHOULD be a way to edit just the one panel like you can with the cmyapplications panel..... but when i go into cappointments there is no sk2text to edit or url.... If there was it would be easy to change them in both chome directory.
Hey guys. Whipped this thing up to help people choose the panels that can be displayed on the homescreen. So far it only contains 7 entries, the ones I found on my phone. You can turn the panels off or on, by selecting a panel and typing it "off" or "on" respectively. After you make the changes, you need to reboot to see the changes. The last option will make that easier for you. Choose "Reboot", type "yes" and it will reboot for you. Let me know if there's any other panel names you would like me to add, or if you find any bugs. Thanks!
Look good but isn't this just like the chome settings (neoOrder) that is in Rockys ROM where you can enable and disable the windows you want and change which position they are in on the screen?

To Clyde: It's cool. Contrary to popular belief, there are still some users that are on Kavana's ROMs. lol I have no problem with rickwyatt's, but I found them to have too many apps and tweaks that I found unnecessary for me personally.
To Org (and anyone who'll listen): This is great idea for those who aren't quite comfortable with editing their .xml files to rearrange the slider panels (like me)! I've noticed that many users have a panel called "My Programs". What do I need to do to create this? I think it's a really useful tool to "slide" straight through the programs you use on a regular basis. I've already read tons of posts on this, but it's not registering. Thanks in advance, guys.
It's difficult to sit here and do a step by step, but I'll point you in the right direction and answer your questions later.
1) Download a registry editor or use the one on the phone.
2) First off, keep in mind there's TWO places in the registry where you need to make changes. One is HKLM\Security\Chome\DefaultSettings\CWelcomeCenter and HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Chome\CWelcomeCenter
3) Look for a key that says "Disabled" and make sure it doesn't say "1". Or use my utility to turn the welcome center on.
4) When you're in the registry you'll find Page1, Page2, Page3 etc etc in both places. Each Page represents ONE slide. For each page you can makes changes such as... ACTIONURL is the path to the program you want to execute when hitting the middle button. for example "\program files\NRG\Chomeweathersettings\weather.exe" will run the weather program
SK2URL is the same, but for the right softkey. SK2Text is a label for that softkey. The "pictures" key points to the .png file you will be using as an icon for your program. Right now it probably says "2500". Change it to "\windows\weather.png" and you'll get the weather icon in its place, for example. The Title text is self descriptive... put in whatever you want the title of the slide to be.
I hope you can figure it out from here

I'm understanding how to read the code. Thanks for breaking it down. I'm just having trouble finding the .pngs for my icons and also (noob moment) finding the target file for certain applications. It's keeping me from being able to input the file address for ACTIONURL and SK2URL.
Not Hard to Find
Just think of your program, "Where is it stored?"
That should be your only question when finding your target file. That simple, you should look in your Program Files directory on your phone or you storage card, that will then tell you where the link is.
2ndly, you can find other programs in your startup folder. They will be listed in link format, but this is fine, the link can be treated basically as the exact file itself (as far as your phone is concerned).
Long story short, use these locations for your entries for ACTIONURL and SK2URL. Have a blast!

Thanks, OD. I've figured out the file locations and such. I just need to know where you guys edit the .pngs for icons. I've found some icons, but they sucketh. I want them glossy and polished looking like the default icons.
By "where" , I assume you mean what programs do we use?
I use Photoshop do edit my pngs. I think other, cheaper software is available. Don't quote me on that. Photoshop can also be attained other "ways" (cough, cough).
Anyways, you can easily mod any pictures, turn them into anything you want, .png,.tga,.gif,etc. Look around.

I understand how to make any pic a .png, .jpg, .gif, etc... It's not the icons that I need, but rather, the program. I'll search for "alternate" ways to get photoshop. lol
Rinku has a pretty good description on how to add CProgs on his blog. It at the bottom of the page.
Thanks guys for all your help and input! I've figured it out, and in the process figured out how to change the small icons in the upper lefthand corner of the panels as well. It's kinda tedious at first, but once you get the hang of it--it's not bad.

I used GIMP for my icons, it was easy and I think they turned out quite nice. Here are a few that I found/made they all have transparent backgrounds. Feel free to use which ever you like.

Editing Slider Panels
Does anyone know the default setting for this registry key: \HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\CHome\CMessage\ICONPATHS? I changed it trying to change the condensed icon (upper lefthand corner) for the message notifications panel. Instead, my weather panel's icon was changed. What're the default values for the key? (ex. 2xxx;2xxx)
It is 2201;2201
To change Homescreen colour theme to Transparant? Just for the Icons to exist but no color. Any ideas on how?
Thanks,

I sure can. actually it's pretty simple. Go to application data/home folder (example-whatever.home) file you want to tweak. email or what ever method you choose to get the file to your PC (I emailed it from my phone to myself). Open on PC and tweak using Notepad. Save your new version under a different name or same name and Autosync back to phone and put back in same folder and away you go with your new personalized homescreen. Let me know if this works for you as well. I will mess with it tonite and post before and after pics when done.

Kinda the same as what did to alter the colour of text
I think pretty much exactly.
Is it possoble to get me to press a bitmap and male ot shrink while making a different one grow?
Yes this can be achieved. With any type of toggle input you will need to create a Tasker task which will toggle a variable on or off. You can then output this variable to Zooper and use a conditional to act upon the variable state (in this case you would want to use the bitmap scaling function on each of the bitmaps) then set the module on tap element of both bitmaps to the task shortcut in order to activate it.
The speed at which this works would be dependant on your phone/tablet so it might not work particularly fast.
Is there a video for this? Im kinda confused but im understanding it a little more.
Sorry for not getting back to you sooner.
This isn't a video but should help you to create the toggle in Tasker: http://www.pocketables.com/2013/03/how-to-create-a-toggleable-task-in-tasker.html
After you have got that working you just need to add another action so press + in your task then select plugin, and then Zooper Widget Pro.
In configuration enter the Tasker variable in ZW Text (remember the %) and enter a name in ZW Variable which you want to use in zooper, this can be anything you want. The convention is to use all capitals for Zooper variables buy it is not necessary.
Once you have saved this you will see that Tasker has added #T to the start of your variable and another # at the end, this is what you will be using in zooper.
Exit from the task with the < icon in the top left corner until you are back at the task page. This is important as it saves your task and also you will not be able to access the task shortcut from Zooper (or any other app for that matter) as Tasker will still be in edit mode.
Right, in your zooper widget call up one of your Bitmaps and go to advanced parameters. Enter this code , changing the variable name to what you have chosen
PHP:
$#TTASK#=1?[s]50[/s]:[s]100[/s]$
This tells Zooper to display bitmap at 50% if #TTASK# is set to 1 or 100% otherwise
Go to module on tap, select the Task Shortcut from the shortcuts menu, then select your task from the list - It will probably prompt you to select an icon. Do that and you have finished that bitmap. Now repeat the parameters in the other bitmap but change =1 to =0 so it is reversed then you are done.
Hopefully I haven't missed anything but let me know if you encounter any problems.
I almost got it, when i tap the picture it just switches between hello and world its probly my tasker but ill show u a screenshot

You've misunderstood me a little there, probably my fault.
In Zooper configuration enter %Toggle as the ZWText. It need to be the variable you have already defined in tasker, otherwise you are telling tasker to output a variable that you are not setting.
Also, you can just put one zooper plugin activity after the End If instead of having two separate statements as Tasker will read this last and update then.
Dude the man it works now
When I'm done with the widget I'll tell you so u can see what I shud improve, ATM I have 2 five nights at Freddy's widgets posted if u wanna check them out
Yo, the doors work for the toggle, but I'm trying to make chika and bonnie pop up on screen after a certain time that they show up at the doors
So basically, can I make a timer that that is triggered by one bitmap showing up and when it goes to zero a different bitmap pops up?
