Seems that switching on QpairSnsNotification in Accessibility settings on a Nexus 5 stops the Ok Google command from working. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hey guys I have found sometimes when I open the market app i will start typing to search for an app then all of a sudden it just goes back to the home screen. Does this happen to anyone else at all? I am on 4.01
Recently I've run into a strange issue where my Galaxy Nexus will randomly start narrating itself. If anyone has used the TTS service under 'accessibility', it's similar to that. Whenever I open up an app it'll start reading what's on the page. The problem is, I have no way of turning it off. Under settings, I've turned off TTS, but it still does that.
Has anyone run into that problem?
I've noticed that the reading mode stops working on my tab 3 8. I know you have to specify which apps it affects (kindle, etc) . But sometime it just stops working and enabling it does nothing. A reboot seems to solve the problem.
Anyone else seen this?

Mine works after a reboot, but after a while it stops working. I haven't yet figured out what changes or what is causing it.
One last plea for a response. Can anyone test out reading mode for me?

I have a Nexus 7 (2013) with the latest stock 4.4.2. For some reason, at some point it stopped syncing Gmail and displaying any notifications when the screen is off. WiFi is always enabled, sync is enabled and the moment I wake it up it just pulls everything in 1-2 seconds. I tried a full reset a couple of days ago, but it didn't solve the issue and the tablet still doesn't notify me about anything when the screen is off. What could cause this behavior? I would appreciate your suggestions.

My Note 4, even with a factory rest and fresh load, is having problems. The most painful one is with Pandora.
If I don't have Pandora as the active/front app, it closes.
Anyone else experiencing this? Suggestions for fix?
The other one is I can't get any text reading app to consistently work when on BT. Samsung Car Mode doesn't work at all.
Becoming pretty frustrated with the Note 4.
