Hello everybody, Im here to ask if anyone can help me.
my problem: I had a xperia acro s lt26w stock rom, rooted, bootloader locked. I was using the app LAGFIX use the 3 option / system / data /cache
when I put Run the screen go black and the phone dont get on again. the led not go on when i put the charger or pc, but in the pc when I conect charge the semc controller, cannot enter in flash mode.
Any Idea to fix it? thx

i wanted to have ics in xperia play, i tried to install ics-beta without unlocking bootloader.
It got stuck in installing userdata.img
now its not booting up, i have tried installing ftf using flashtool, it detects phone but stuck at 16 % in flashmode
after somedays, now its showing blinking red light , not even allow to enter in flashmode or fastboot mode
please help for solving this , i hope u solve my problem

Blinking red lght?? Mybe ur bttry is awfully low. U should hav at least 50% to do any kind of flashing.
Mybe u should find anthr batt or get ur batt chrge n try re-entering flashmode n flash anther .ftf.. That should get ur phne back to life.

You need an Unlocked Bootloader for the ICS beta ROM as it uses a different kernel

Try flashing 2.3.3 then updating from there
I've had an issue with certain ftf stock ROMs in the past.
Occasionally it can be flash mode switching itself off. Try taking the battery out, selecting the 2.3.4 ftf to flash, then when it asks you to connect the phone, hold the back button and connect the battery but keep the back button pressed. Its a long shot but it might work.
Also, if you can still boot your phone up, switch it to MTP mode instead of Mass Storage (USB settings) as that can affect flashtool sometimes.
If neither of those 2 ideas work, then try 2.3.3 and update

[Q] Help me my Xplay stuck at sony logo
I need urgent help with my new Xperia Play.
i cannot open my xperia play, it stuck at Sony Erricsson Text,
but i can open it when i connect it to PC or charge it, but when i remove the usb chord or charger it restart right away, and it will stuck again in sony ericsson text,
please help me....
btw, when i open my phone trough my PC or charger the touch screen is not working, i only use the dpad,,plss help..
i already tried repairing it tru Pc companion,still no luck...
i already done reinstalling the software tru SEUS, as well as pc companion. but still the same,.
flash the stock rom with flash tools still the same what should i do .....
plzz.. help my..... is my xplay bricked?or could someone tell me what is going on actually....
now i manage unlocked boot loader and flash with doom kernel and still same problem
only working when i plug in usb to pc, if not it stuck at kernel boot (sony @ doom logo)
touch screen not working only droid pad and button functional.

Did you drop it? May also be the battery - I'm no "expert" but the fact that it only works when connected via usb seems to point me towards suspecting the batteries screwed up.
but if use battery it stuck at bootloader battery is in good condition... coz sometime i can boot with battery if i press randomly back key but touch screen out of order..

maybe problem with firmware just reflash the ftf file with flashtool
Hi, I've a problem with my Xperia Play, I tried to flash .42 FW over a custom rom, but I think I bricked it, because aftter flashing, the phone doesnt start up and a red light appears near the power button when I connect the phone at the computer (that happens also when I trying to power up the device). Also, when I connect the phone at my computer, it recognize as "Xperia Neo", instead of Xperia Play. Can someone help me, please ?

If u can go to flashmode and flash another firmware
Or if u have unlocked bootloader change ur kernel and install a custom rom

Hello, I have an Xperia S LT26i with ICS, I connect to the computer to upgrade to JB via PC Companion, but when it asks me to connect in flash mode, this is not carried out, the Xperia is set like I was charging the battery with the phone off. If anyone can help me would be very grateful.
Well this is is What happened. I was trying to install "ICS Neo2Play V2.7" on my "Sony Ericsson Xperia PLAY" I tried it twice and I couldn't so I flashed it again to R800a North America. As I couldn't do it I upgraded the "Flashtool! from 0.6.9.1 to 0.9.18.5 and tried to install "Lupus-v12-iCs-720" but I couldn't so I tried to install "ICS Neo2Play V2.7" and nothing so I plug it to flash it again and the Rom R800a wasn't there I didn't notice it and clicked flash so it did it fast and now I have a dead pone, it doesn't enter Flashmode doesn't turn on nothing but when I conect it to the PC the sound plays but that's it. It also doesn't turn on and the LED doesn't blink. HELP....!!! PLEASE.........!!! is there any way to fix it.....???

If u flashed x10 relock file, u probably damaged bootloader partition and i dont think u can reapir it in home, without flasmode, coz only thing i can think of (not counting using box) is to flash relock file for 2011 xperias

I messed up my xperia ion in a similiar way. Take out the battery for a few minutes. With the battery out hook it up to the pc. If you can see a dim charging light of any colour your should be able to fix it. Unplug the phone and put the battery in. Without trying to power it on click the back button and connect it to the pc. This may work.
